Kita laughed. "You're delusional just like her. I knew walking away from you was the best thing to happen to me." She stepped in front of him placing her hand to the center of his chest. Her blue lustful eyes looking into his.
"If you think Master Aizen is not aware of yours and the shopkeepers plans. You had better think twice, Septima." She tip-toed and kissed his cheek then let her lips feather brush against his flesh to his ear as she felt him tremble under her hand on his chest.
"You're a liar. You still want me, but if you touch me Master Aizen will remove your balls."
Vacanze grabbed her arms and moved her back slightly as Kita giggled softly at him. "What the matter, Septima? Don't have the nerve to take what you want from the man you hate with every fiber of your being? At least the Snake took what he wanted. That's why he is dead now." She chuckled again as they still looked into one anothers eyes.

Vacanze's false grin fell from his face as she spoke. It was completely gone, replaced by a look of horror when she finished. Still holding onto her arms, he then pulled her close again. He lowered his head until their noses touched. He looked deep into her eyes, his hands moving up to her face. He looked and looked, staring into her eyes, trying to find what he was looking for.
It was no where to be found. She was gone. This was not Kita Miyamoto--his Firestone. His Gem. This was not the woman that changed everything for him.
He released her and stepped back, fear, horror and terror etched onto his face and saturated in his eyes. He turned and hurried off, leaving the shell of the woman he cared so much for standing there.
He had to push the plan forward. He had to get her out. Now. There wasn't any time left. He would not lose her. --END RP--

"Dim Morning Wanderings":Yumiko paused at a window in one of the many halls of Las Noches. It was early morning. Mizue no Kagami glowed faintly before she let the 'sight' go for a moment. Gazing up at the moon, she ran her hand over her silk blue and white kimono clad arm as a chilled breeze whispered through the gap in the marble palace. A month ago Las Noches had emptied in pursuit of Ichimaru and Azayaka had disappeared. But after those two occurrences, it had been strangely quiet in Las Noches. Too quiet. A new glint burned in the depths of Aizen's eyes, but he had only chuckled darkly when she asked about it, caressing her cheek and whispering something about telling her later. Another shiver ran down her back just thinking about the promise in those words. His secret wasn't going to be pleasant, she just knew it. And she still hadn't seen either Orihime or Kita. What had changed? Why wasn't he pursuing Azayaka? She closed her eyes, composing herself. At least this stillness didn't have a sinister intent.

Kita walked down the hall drawing closer to a figure standing in the moonlight. Drawing closer she noticed it was Yumiko. She stopped a few paces away from her and smiled warmly.
"Yumiko? What are you doing out here alone?"

Almost not believing her ears, Yumiko whirled around. Kita?! Kita tilted her head at her, as if asking a question. Yumiko hesitated all of a moment before throwing her arms around her. "You're alright. Thank goodness."

Kita giggled softly and hugged her back. "Of course I am. Why wouldn't I be? Master Aizen treats me well since I have have been released from the Snake's charm." They separated from the hug as Yumiko gave her an odd look.
Kita cupped Yumiko's elbows returning her look. "Are you alright, Yumiko?"

"Kita...?" Yumiko murmured. She paused, looking down at the hold on her elbows, recalling how Kita had broken Aizen's hold on her, but now, with what she said.... "You never call Ichimaru Snake..." she started.

"Because I did not know the truth about him then. I do now. Master Aizen opened my eyes to him. He used me for his own amusement, he lied to me building me up to only watch me fall on my ass so he could laugh at me."
Kita shook her head looking into Yumiko's eyes. "He lied to all of us. He is nothing but a snake and I hope Master Aizen finds him soon and kills him."

Yumiko paled and fell silent. Was this what had happened to give Aizen the fire in his eyes? "I don't understand...." How could Kita still be kind to her but.... murderous towards Ichimaru, who she trusted more than anything? She looked down. "Why do you believe him and not Ichimaru?" she asked quietly.

"It was not Master Aizen that told me this. It was the Snake, Ichimaru he was one that informed me of his guise. He admitted everything right there in front of me just before Master Aizen tried to kill him. He got away." She shook her head. "I am not sure how, but he got away."
Kita sighed and looked out the window beside them a sad but angry tone in her voice. "I trusted him." Her hands balled into fist. "I even loved him and he did this to me. She turned looking at Yumiko. Like what Master Aizen did to you."

Yumiko ignored the twinge of pain that rose up at the words regarding her and grabbed Kita by the shoulders. "If you know what Aizen did to me, why do you trust him more than Ichimaru? You told me you would always ....." she stopped, hesitating, doubt entering a crack in her mind that perhaps it was all a game with Ichimaru as well, then took a breath. "You said you would always trust him. No matter what."
There had to be some truth here.

Kita shook her head. "No." Tears started to fall from her eyes as she pulled from Yumiko. "NO! He admitted it! He told Aizen I was only for his amusement then waved me off dismissively like I was nothing to him." She wiped her tears away quickly.
"I was exactly what he called me. His pet." More tears fell as she turned away from Yumiko. "Why did he do this to me? I only want..."

"Kita..." Yumiko's voice failed, Orihime's voice echoing in her mind, repeating Kita's words. Her hand fisted then she set a hand on her shoulder. "You want to go home, right?" As Kita started crying in earnest, Yumiko embraced her, holding her close. "I'm sorry, Kita. I'm sorry..."

Kita shook her head. "No, I don't. I belong to to Master Aizen. Where he goes I follow and that is the way that will be until my death." She pulled back from the hug and looked at Yumiko with a warm smile.
"He has never lied to me. I have known from the start what he has needed and wanted me for. The Snake was the one planting all the lies making me believe Aizen was the bad guy here. When in reality Ichimaru was the bad guy."

Yumiko could hardly believe what was before her, Kita pledging allegiance to Aizen, hating and blaming Ichimaru. A lead weight settled in her throat. Her friend was now just as trapped as she had been. Worse, she would kill her glimmer of hope if given the chance. Her hands shook. What could she say to break the illusion?
But at that moment, she recalled Aizen's warning. She closed her eyes, firmly burying the need to display her disbelief, grief, and rage. She smiled back, a tear in her eye. "I hope you're right, but someone once told me to be cautious about that man." She brushed a tear from her friend's eye. "He will do anything to get to his goal. Be careful."
