*scratches back of head* Even if Gin told Rangiku to let go in his letter, it is easier said than done. Yes, he loves Kita, but does that replace what he has felt for Ran? Could he replace Ran with Kita? I don't think so, but I don't know.
Gin has all of his memories. Even if she is his irreplaceable light, he knows that Kita loves Tsukiro. He watched their love grow, and if it is able to come back, he is not going to stand in the way of that. His happiness is not what matters here. Also, Gin is not going to chase happiness immediately. If he gets free of Aizen, there is a lot of other 'stuff' he has to deal with before he even considers it. Kita's been forced into darkness in a matter of months. Gin gradually gave himself to it, even if he kept a piece of his soul clean. Finding what he wants if he frees himself of Aizen is going to take time.

That's understandable. He has a long road of healing he has to go down. I guess another thing that worries me is Tsukiro. He HATES Gin so much. I can see him keeping Gin and Kita apart and their still going to need one another even after they leave Las Noches *shakes head* is't not like their suffering is going to end the second they leave that place. Even if they remain friends. Their TOO close and this will damage them both if he does this.
Why do things have to be so complicated *sighs*?

Because Tosen is dead because Aizen wanted it that way. So we did not bring him back.
