Kisuke looked down at the map he had managed to put together of Las Noches, thanks to Ichigo and exploring 90% of it, when he was there last time to get Orihime. "We play it by ear until the time comes." He looked to Juushiro. "Maybe keeping overly sensitive information away from them might help some."

Grimmjow stood from his crouching position on the roof and stretched out the kinks with a wide grin. "I think Aizen will be pleased with what I found out. This will surely get a rise out of a few people." He grinned wider. "A good rise indeed."
He laughed and jumped down toward the back of the shop and took off.

Tsukiro was just walking around the back of the shop when he spotted Grimmjow jumping off the roof and taking off. He froze for a split second. He's an espada!!In that moment, he made a decision. A potentially stupid decision, but it was his only chance to get Kita back. He concealed his reiatsu and followed the espada, making sure to keep him in sight. "I can almost guarantee Kita is with Ichimaru." He lifted his hand and pointed at a large group of rooms in the fourth tower. "Here."
He looked to Juushiro which was looking at the map and where he was pointing. "The others from what Kita told Tsukiro, Aizen is keeping them close. Which could mean they're in the fifth tower with him. That tower is covered in rooms. So it will be a game of pick a door and hope it's the right one."

Juushiro frowned. "So it would be a game of picking doors and hoping we don't run into a trap behind any of them." He tapped his fingers on table. "IF we can get close and cancel out Aizen's cloaking reiatsu...." he thought aloud, "Kurosaki might be able to sense Karin, if she's able to recover from her punishment, and he concentrates. I should be able to pinpoint Yumiko. Orihime's the one that will be difficult to find." Juushiro looked at Kisuke. "From what you told me, Kita's energy will be very noticeable but she's going to be with Ichimaru. Will he give her to us or fight us, you think?"

Kisuke sighed and adjusted his hat. "You leave Ichimaru to me. Because it will be a fight to get Kita from him. He has to cover his ass in front of Aizen or he is as good as dead."

"I would like to leave Tessai second in charge and pull three, maybe four of the lieutenants/seated officers and one Captain down here." He looked to Juushiro. "It might be a little much, but I would much rather be safe than sorry. I don't trust Aizen this time around. There is too much to lose on both sides."
Juushiro looked on at Kisuke waiting for names. Kisuke chuckled softly, "Renji, Ikkaku, Yumichika, Kira and Captain Mutsu. That's all I have right now and I am still debating on making the group larger."

"Captain Mutsu is working on a personal mission for Shunsui, so she's unavailable, as is her counterpart, Koriyama." When Kisuke raised his eyebrow at that, Juushiro elaborated. "They are in charge of snaring Aizen's daughter I told you about." Kisuke chuckled and nodded. Juushiro continued. "Captain Kuchiki is necessary for the last stage of that plan, but until then, he doesn't have any pressing orders, if you believe Captain Hirako and myself are necessary for the raid on Las Noches."

Kisuke adjusted his hat. "Then that counts out Hisagi." He leaned down on the table and thought. "I would really like a Captain here." He started to laugh. "I guess if I wanted to go real over kill I could have Kenpachi come here."

Juushiro laughed with him. "Kenpachi is in charge of Soul Society, so he's unavailable."
"No, I think the best option is for Kuchiki to come here and when it comes time to capture Aizen's daughter, we can leave Hachigen, Tessai, and Isshin in charge while he is gone. Or...." here he paused, "he could come here with his captive. That would throw Sousuke off the scent."

Kisuke shrugged with a slight chuckle. "It was a good idea while it lasted." He then looked up realizing it had been rather quiet. He looked over to the clock then turned looking out the window.
"Have you seen or heard Tsukiro lately?" Kisuke asked Juushiro still looking out the window. He turned back looking at Juushiro.
