When Aizen and Azayaka left the room, a little of the tension in Kita left with them. Though staying on guard with Gin, she looked his way. There was good few yards between them, but nothing he could not close in a matter of milliseconds. She held her tongue as he stood there looking at her. She didn't know what to say or if she should even say anything. His eyes still dark from battle and rage still festered behind his silver bangs.
After a few more minutes of silence Kita opened her mouth. "Gin... I..." She stopped short when his look bore down on her.
She sighed, turning and walking further across the room from him. She did not look his way, only waited for him to finally speak to her.

His look ordered her to be silent, lest he do something to her he would rather not. A large part of himself wanted to take her and fulfill the threat he'd given her so long ago, fueled by rage and darkness stirred by battle but her finally calling him 'Gin' kept him still. Barely.
"You're an idiot.... calling me that...." he finally hissed.
Kita jerked her head his way with him calling her an idiot. She just about bite back but kept her tone mild. "Calling you Gin only alerts Aizen that there is still something between us. I would rather him not think that."
"Maybe you should cut ties with me," he bit back. "I'm nothing but bad news."
Kita narrowed her eyes at him and stepped toward him. "You would like that won't you." She flung her hand in front of her. "Cut ties with everything and everyone you care about because you're too damn scared that you're going to lose them. Did you ever stop to think we want to stand up with you and fight on your side?"
"No one else has to do this but me," he retorted. "Stop caring about me before it becomes something you regret. I'm no one but the enemy and you're nothing but a 'pet' Aizen gave me," he emphasized with a cruel edge.
Kita shook her head and turned away from Gin the bite in her tone returned. "And you call me an idiot." She spun back around her eyes raged and her fist clenched. "Fine! If that's what you want! You got it! What would Master Ichimaru like his PET to do for him first!?"
Gin sneered and grabbed her by her arm, tossing her to the bed and coming on top of her. "If you want to live after Aizen cuts the seraph from you, I'd keep your resolve to surviving his designs, not spitting in your enemies' faces. Others aren't as nice as me."

Kita pushed against him as he hovered over her as she growled. "I plan to. I did not come back here to die. Like you would care either way." She worked her leg under her and and flipped Gin off her to the floor as she stood and looked at him. "I may be human, but I have more to fight for than anyone one of you bastards here in Las Noches."

As the wounds on him sent a lurch of pain through him, the rage he had barely contained broke free. In a matter of seconds, he backhanded her and pinned her to the bed. "Give me a reason, dearie, and I'll do it."
Why did he keep warning her? Why couldn't he break free of her?
He growled, strangling both of her wrists with one hand and tangling his hand in her hair with his other, and kissed her roughly. She was his pet. Not a weakness. Nothing more than that. He tore away from the kiss, eyes blazing.
"You should have let that whelp die for you," he murmured. "You don't know what stakes are at play this time."

Kita pulled against her hands turning her head trying to break free of the kiss. When he pulled back she growled lowed. "Get off me!" She tugged again only to be met with more resistance. Around her wrist.
When he spoke of Yumichika like he was nothing but trash she narrowed her eyes. "I would never let a friend die for me." She spat looking dead into Gins. A rage she never saw there now bore witness. However, this did not stop Kita, when Gin shifted his weight she worked her leg under her again and flipped him off her. This time though, he did not hit the floor. She scampered from the bed and ran straight for the bathroom.

She never made it. A hand seized her wrist and threw her back against the bed, tearing her lovely kimono in the process. Gin stormed over to her, ignoring the fact that some of his wounds had opened. Fury clouded his mind. Grabbing her again before she could rise and run again, he slammed her back against the bed post, one hand around her throat, the other pinning her hands above her head again.
"You will learn to keep a civil tongue in your throat or you will not like the consequences, missy." His fingers squeezed around her neck. "This is your final warning, warning number three," he hissed into her face.
The hand around her neck started to shake.
Eyes like steel, the name of his lieutenant slipping past his lips, the hand tightened once more.
"Do you understand me?"

Kita closed her eyes and slowed her breathing so she could get some air. Slowly her eyes opened a she looked straight into his. "I have and always will trust you, Gin. And maybe when I am dead and you are too. I will finally understand."
Her eyes closed again as a tear slipped past her lid. "Kill me. Please. So at last you will be free of the burden Kisuke placed you under."
She said no more only laying there waiting for his grip to tighten and finish her off.

He didn't. For a moment, the fingers stayed there, punishing, against her neck, but then he let her go, standing as she coughed beneath him, the tear still clear in his mind.
"I can't," Gin said, barely above a whisper, "and it's not because of Kisuke," he admitted aloud. He turned, intent on walking away from her, then spun around. Lifting her from the floor, he kissed her slowly, hoping for forgiveness, then buried his head in the crook of her neck.
"If I had succeeded, no one else would suffer for my mistake."
"Or if I had died," he stated, a moment later.

At first Kita was shocked by the kiss then quickly melted into it, kissing him back. When he rest his head to her shoulder she held him close to her and caressed his hair and back.
"I would have cried for weeks if you were to die and my heart would break into a thousand pieces." She hugged him tightly. "I am here for you, Gin. Even if you think I am not. I will always be here for you. Just like I know you will always be there for me." She kissed his temple softly laying her head against his. "Its called friendship and with friendship comes an undying love. A love not even that monster you call a master can destroy."

After that, Gin stayed there for a moment longer then pulled away. "You don't know that, Kita. You don't." He paused. "But I hope you are right." He reached out and stroked her bruised cheek, one then the other. "Those are going to hurt later," he murmured, "and Aizen's not through with either of us."

Kita smiles softly as she placed one of her hands over his. "I will live. I have had worse hanging out here." She let her hand slide gently down his arm to a freshly opened wound from their struggling with one another. Her fingertip softly brushing next to it. She looked from the wound to him.
"Stay the night with me." Kita shook her head and laid a finger over his lips. "I will tend to any need you have tonight. You need to be cleaned up and wounds taken care of. Please, if not for you. For me."

Gin didn't reply just quirked his lips up and kissed her silently, slowly pulling her against himself.

She wrapped her arms around him and returned his kiss. When they pulled back she smiled at him lifting her hands to his shoulders and slid his haori gently down his arms, letting it drop to the floor at his feet. She leaned in kissing his lips softly bringing her hands between them and started removing his shihakusho. Gently and very carefully she worked it from his torso, shoulders and down his arms trying not to open any other wounds on him. That was discarded to the floor as well.
When his chest was bared she closed her eyes and ask Sumi for her help to heal him. She granted her request as Kita opened her eyes. Placing her fingertip over one of the wounds on his chest, gently and slowly she let her fingertip glide down the wound. The wound healed like it was never there.
She looked up into Gin's eyes and smiled, "Is that good enough for you?" She softly spoke.

Gin chuckled quietly. "You're making Nori-chan's work look weak," he said teasingly, barely above a whisper. Kita shook her head and continued to run her fingertips down his torso, healing the new battle wounds, as her eyes traced the old scars nearly hidden by his too pale skin.
Threading his hand into her hair, Gin ran his fingers down to her neck, paused, and then moved further down her figure, making her gasp when he cupped a breast through the fabric. Grinning slightly, he pulled at the strings of her obi, letting it fall to the ground. He parted the top layer of her kimono, frowning at the ripped sleeve, then hissed as Kita's healing fingers found a deeper wound.
"Sorry," she murmured, then kissed her fingers and pressed them to the now-bleeding slash, "I didn't think that would hurt."
Gin shook his head. "It's fine."
He slid her kimono down exposing her upper chest and kissed the corner of her bust lip before trailing soft kisses around her shoulders and collarbone. Lifting her chin and further distracting her, he nipped at the spot where her throat and chin joined. His other hand moved from around her waist to tug at the strings of the belt holding the lower layers in place.

Closing her eyes as the soft material brushed against her skin sending a tingle through her body, Gin opened the inner kimono further. He kissed the bared skin of her collarbone and neck as her gentle touch brushed over his wounds.
Slowly and one by one Gin's torso and arms were returning to normal. Healing the last wound on his stomach she stepped forward and softly let her lips brush against the skin of his upper chest.
Her hands then moving to his belt and started losing it.
"Just a few more to go and we are done with the healing of your body." Her lips brushed against his bare chest once more.
