Relationships:
Isao has been married for centuries to Koi Coda and they were never apart, until the dreadful day that Koi was blamed for taking part in the Urahara crimes. She, unlike Urahara, stayed to face the judgment from Central 46. Only to be stripped of her powers and zanpakuto, and banished to the human realm. Isao was going to follow his wife, but she demanded he stay, due to the rising threat of Sousuke Aizen. However, Isao learned—like most men--when a woman tells you not to do something of this magnitude. You do it anyway. Because if you don’t she will be forever mad at you. After years of the banishment, the blame was finally lifted from Koi, but she never returned to the Soul Society, and Isao never joined her in the Human realm. Hence, making her even angrier at him. Though he is not giving up, and pushes forward every day for her to forgive him and maybe get her to come back to the Soul Society.

Personality: Much like Kukaku Shiba, she is fierce, strong, and independent and can knock any man on his ass. She doesn’t take shit from anyone (not even herself sometimes). She can be a real hardass sometimes, but she does so with a kind heart. She can eat and drink anyone out of house, home and livelihood. Piss her off and you just may have seen your last sunrise.
Appearance: Do not be fooled by her baby face. She may be cute with beautiful eyes and short black hair in a bob style, but she is deadly. She always has part of her hair pulled back in a short ponytail. She wears a black tube top, a black skirt that falls to her ankles but is mostly open in the front, and thigh high black tabi stockings with her sandals. Around her shoulders is a black, half haori with long billowing sleeves and four white diamonds on each sleeve. A red string keeps her two wakizashi tied to her hip. Over her hands and arms are black sleeves that hook around her middle finger and end at her bicep. She is always seen with her signature black pipe and conical bamboo farmer’s hat that ties around her chin with a red string.
History: Chizue is from the same district as Ikkaku and Yumichicka. She has known them both for as long as she can remember. Chizue and Ikkaku are always in competition with each other. Yumichika makes jokes that they have the hots for each other, but they vehemently deny this. They both had the opportunity to be 3rd seat of Division 11, so Zaraki made them fight each other. Ikkaku was victorious, but Chizue swore on her life she would beat him one day. Though that’s not to say she can’t hold her own against him.

General Information:
Appearance: Hideyoshi is tall with long dark brown hair that he normally keeps up in a high ponytail and cold black eyes. If he is meeting important people, he places a small hat on top of his head. He wears the finest kimonos and haoris of silks with gold embroidery.
Personality: Hideyoshi is ambitious and unyielding. He is the picture of the refined perfect noble and takes after his father in his strict actions and manners. He cares for his family, but he sees his family's precarious position as one of the Great Noble Families due to the frailty of the twins and the instability and sealing of his sister. He definitely keeps an eye out for anything that will damage their reputation or raise it up further. Now that she's been freed, he keeps a close eye on any of her progress, especially, since she is the only one of the main family not in seclusion besides himself and there's a slim chance they can regain their standing through the power of the same zanpakuto that first set them towards self destruction.
History: Hideyoshi is the second eldest child and eldest son of the Ryouma family. He became the heir of the family when his eldest sister was sealed away for her uncontrollable power, despite her being more skilled than him, and later, he rose to become the family head -- when his mother nearly died giving brith to his youngest siblings (a set of twins (girl and boy)) and his father decided to become an elder and a member of the new Central to better take care of her. There are rumors that his father could not take another potential failing and retreated to save face, but despite being his eldest son, that is not a question Hideyoshi can ask.
He’s changed greatly from the kid he used to be. He used to train hard to please his father but also played pranks on his eldest sibling, Yumiko. Their mother was frail after losing another son during birth and kept it to her room, leaving his sister to spend time with him. She’d repair the leaf boats and he’d give her flowers from the garden. Sometimes, he’d forget to check for spiders. Then, when she’d wear the best at the evening meal, he’d stay quiet when any of them would appear and she would attempt to remain calm and dignified. For a time, the role of a high noble didn't seem as daunting with her.

Tsubaki is a colorful girl, dressing in floral kimonos of vibrant colors and often wearing flesh blooms in her hairdos or on her wrist. Her brown hair is struck with red and blonde highlights from being in sunlight so much and has a natural wave to it. In spite of being in the sun so often, her skin retains its natural creamy shade. Her eyes are unusual and striking. They’re teal but shift in the shadows and light into blues and hints of violets. She has a bounce in her step and is nearly always smiling.
Personality:
Tsubaki has had a very happy life and easily laughs and smiles. She’s optimistic and romantic, sometimes even overly naive about her belief in people even when her father or brother tell her to be more careful on her outings. She adores flower and the natural world has been found more often than not in her family’s greenhouse or the nearby park than within the house. When she’s not immersed in the plant life around her, she spends a lot of her time reading and studying. Besides her wonder for the natural world, she has a passion for learning as many things as she can.
In spite of her kind personality, Tsubaki has been a kind of loner. She’s an open book to her family, but between her family and her love for books and the natural world, she hasn’t spent that much time gathering friends. She’s happy as she is as long as she doesn’t dwell on it, but it does have her family worried. And it’s one of the reasons she’s going to the academy.
History:
Tsubaki is the youngest child at the Flower Basket, a flower shop in Tozama District #5. Her father was a member of the Gotei 13 but was injured during Aizen’s betrayal and discharged. He married a childhood friend in his family’s neighborhood and used his limited resources to build her dream. Her mother is a Japanese beauty whose always wanted to raise a family around a flower shop and bring light into her neighborhood. The Flower Basket is now one of the most popular stores in the surrounding neighborhoods and though her family isn’t rich — they give as much as they sell — they are happy.
Tsubaki gained her zanpakuo at a younger age than most after stumbling on her father’s. She’s learned the basics of her powers with her father since, waiting eagerly to grow up and help more people than those in her neighborhood.

In sealed state, the wakizashi of Shiragiku is silver with with a braided gold-green hilt. Images of flowers dance along the blade when caught by the sunlight.
Shirgiku also has two release states, a passive state which is a silver bracelet, where her powers are more around healing, revival and protection, her more common appearance created from her master’s ardor for the natural world. In this state, the zanpakuto puts the natural world around Tsubaki in a more ‘aware’ state, allowing her access to a small level of the plants’ natural healing powers and to react to perceived threats with vines or roots.
To actually use Shiragiku as a weapon, Tsubaki runs her hand over the bracelet, coaxing it to grow. The bracelet vanishes and a six-petal flower blossom appears on her forehead. The wakizashi transforms into a short staff with chrysanthemums wrapped around it.
Though the zanpakuto’s release appears with six petals now, Tsubaki knows it is not the limit but that which she can handle right now. Chrysanthemums have numerous petals but some of her zanpakuto’s energy is constantly in use protecting her. The petals will change with her growth.
The zanpakuto’s petals unlock both abilities and reveal the level of the owner’s strength. Right now, she is fairly skilled with basic healings, pain and relaxants. She can create traps with the natural energy around her zanpakuto, webs or ropes, and she can coax plants to grow faster and stronger. She will work on combining kido with the natural energy around her zanpakuto in more complex ways.

He rarely carries a weapon, preferring hand to hand if something gets out of hand. Not much seems to phase him, but all his assurance goes out the window when he spies his sister climbing trees or realizes she’s pulled another disappearing act.
Personality:
Noboru is attached the life in his neighborhood, but his popularity hides a keen mind and more pragmatic side. He listens to others about the dangers lurking in the shadows of the Rukongai and is constantly worried about his pretty younger sister, Tsubaki, who has had a tendency to wander off with her zanpakuto in its passive state. He has tried to be firm with her without scaring her and taught her self-defense. At the moment, he doesn’t wish to go into the Gotei and even questions their ability to defend the people at this time. He doesn’t want his life to change either, as much as that is possible with his sister around. He knows it’s worthless to get in Tsubaki’s way. He plans on checking on her often and maybe even spying on her to ensure that she is making friends. He likes to stay busy and know what’s going on.

Appearance: Shiori is a young woman with long, midnight blue hair and bright, cobalt blue eyes. She wears a long kimono that is split up both thighs and has a tightly wrapped obi. The color of her kimono matches her hair with the underlayer of the kimono being dark blue, almost black. The trim of the collar is golden. She wears black thigh high tabi stockings, black cloth shoes, and dark blue elbow length gloves with gold on the wrists and at the elbow. Her glove on her right hand is fingerless, though sometimes she wears fingerless gloves on both hands. She also wears a matching dark blue cape around her shoulders that has gold around the bottom and on the shoulders with green gems hanging from the gold shoulder pieces. Her cape hood has a scarf that trails out behind her. Around her neck is a silver necklace with green magatama gems. In her hair is a matching silver hair piece on the right side that also has green gems.
Personality: Shiori is dedicated to her work as a priestess for her clan. She works hard to assist those in need who may not be receiving help from the Gotei. She understands that the Gotei is a military institution and as such their priorities are not always people-focused. That is where the Miyazaki priests and priestesses come in.
Shiori herself is very sweet but can also be very serious. She is kind, considerate, and helpful, but can also sometimes come across as motherly, especially to those younger than her. She is mature, despite her young age, but also likes to have fun and let loose when she's not working. Many don't realize that she knows how to have a good time until they get her away from her work.
Backstory: The Miyazaki clan of nobles are influential but not officially ranked in noble society. They are a clan of priests and priestesses (some born into the clan, others adopted or married into the clan) who are sworn to protect the people of Soul Society and their culture, particularly on sacred grounds, in safe havens, and in areas where Soul Reaper presence is lacking. They are independent of the Gotei, but receive a zanpakuto. They also have their own training in martial arts, Kido, sword play, and hoho. Anyone is welcome in their shrines, villas and on their training grounds, however Gotei members have to receive permission from the Grand Priestess in order to use their training grounds.
Shiori is next in line to be Grand Priestess, her Grandmother is the current Grandpriestess. Shiori's mother married into a different noble clan after failing to move up in the rankings past the initiate level of her priestess training. She did not have much spiritual energy and was not cut out for the life of a priestess. Her father is a highly influential nobleman who takes good care of her mother and respects the Miyazaki clan. Once Shiori displayed an abundance of spiritual energy as a child, she was immediately moved to the Miyazaki main villa and trained at the Miyazaki School of Priesthood where she was expected to one day become Grand Priestess.
At 70 years old, she has climbed the ranks of priests and priestesses to become a highly ranked priestess and the youngest and lowest ranking priestess to have achieved bankai.

Released form: The sword's blade turns into a highly reflective silver that almost looks see through, like crystal. It is sharper than diamond and conducts heat and cold extremely well. The blade reflects every color of the rainbow like a prism.
Abilities: Sanzenhoshi can absorb any color of light from white to red to blue and any color in between. Each color has a different property and can be used for different things. It can also purge itself of light to create darkness (absence of light). She can absorb these colors into her sword and use them through her sword or by using her hands. She uses them as if she were casting spells.

In addition to making the use of each color stronger and the effects last longer, Shiori can also combine all light colors except black (no light) to create a primordial light energy that appears as a light that is constantly changing colors and has all colors swirling within it. This light is called kousouhikari or Grand Light. It has enormous destructive power but also enormous restorative power. It can destroy indescriminately, but it can also heal and even restore reiatsu/spirit energy.
Shiori can also combine two different colors to create different abilities. For example:
Blue/Green - Create or grow natrual landscapes on an enormous scale OR create poison water
Yellow/Green - Water and electricity (you do the math) OR create a barrier that has and electrical field
blue/white - healing abilities that also restore spirit energy
Violet/Blue - Tsunami (wind and water)
White/Black - black hole
These are just a few of the possible combinations that can be done with bankai.
Sanzenhoshi's spirit is that of a white dragon with a mane that has the same color as its Grand Light (mix of all colors that glow and swirl around). It has 3 transparent curved horns on either side of its face: a larger one on top, a medium length one in the middle, and a shorter one on the jaw. These transparent horns glow and swirl with whatever color light it absorbs. It's white body has smooth fur all over it and it's muzzle is somewhat dog-like. Its eyes are black with yellow irises.
