Toshiro stood in front of Kita, placing a hand beneath her chin to raise her head. "We can no more change the past than we can tell the future. What we can do is hope. Hope that this last time, is truly the last time."
"What if it isn't?" questioned Kita. "What if he keeps coming back? What if this never ends?"
"Then, we will forever be locked in battle."

Kita leaned into Toshiro her head resting to his chest. She sighed heavily. "And some of us will always be a target. Why? Why does it always have to turn to a fight for your life? Is there not a species alive that does not fight for their survival against something or someone?" She pulled back and looked up at him.
"Why can't we all just get along?"

"Harmony between the realms..." Toshiro kissed the top of Kita's head. "Now, that would be something. Wouldn't it?" Toshiro placed his hands on Kita's shoulders. "But, that isn't going to happen."
Kita could not help but chuckle softly. "Life would be boring that is for sure, but I am not to hip on it being Hell either." She looked into Toshiro's eyes. "A happy medium for us all would be wonderful though."
"Well, for now, we have peace. And, when you turn Tervaden over, I am sure more of us will feel at ease."

Kita tensed with his last statement and holding her breath. She was not sure of the look on her face but Toshiro cocked his head at her. Slowly she turned her head then looked back at him their eyes meeting once more.
She shook her head slowly. "Vale... Vale will not be turned over to anyone."
Toshiro was about to object as Kita's head shook harder. "Yes, Vale has wronged many I will not argue with you there, but he has changed. Since he fell in love with Yumiko and found out he was going to be a father. He has changed."

"You will turn him in." Said Toshiro, stepping away from Kita. "He is as guilty in all of this as Aizen. So is Ichimaru." Toshiro crossed his arms over his chest. "I want all three of them dead or close to it."
"You don't mean that!" shouted Kita, jumping up from the bed. "Both of them are good men!"
"Their good does not negate their evils Kita. And, having children with Ichimaru does not save him. Ryouma can not save Tervaden. And, you can not save Ichimaru!" Toshiro turned away, grabbing his blade from the chair before heading toward the door.
"If we are to set the Soul Society back on a path of prosperity, then we must start punishing those who deserve it. Starting with the two of them." At that, he left the room.

"NO!" Kita screamed toward the door as Toshiro walked out. "I won't let this happen to either of them! I won't let the Soul Society rip apart my family like Aizen has done! I won't allow it!" She rushed toward the door stepping out and turning the direction Toshiro turned.
"If you want Rangiku and Momo's killers then I will aid you in getting the one because you already have Ran's! But I will not let you take Gin or Vale from their families! I WON'T!!"

"You have no say in the matter!" Toshiro turned quickly, looking at Kita. "What are you going to do against me? Against the Captain Commander? Nothing."
"Don't do this Toshi, please. Don't do this to them."
Toshiro grabbed Kita and leaned down to whisper in her ear. "Should I eat them instead?" A wide grin slid across his lips as he released Kita and walked away.

Kita's blood ran cold as she froze in place with what Toshiro, or what they were lead to believe was Toshiro said to her. Only one person would dare to be this bold or say something to the likes of what was just said to her.
"BASTARD!!" She screamed out as all heads turned her and the imposters direction. Suddenly a burning rage took over in her as her hands clenched into fists. She stormed forward her steps turning to a fast pace as she came up behind the imposter. She grabbed his shoulder and jerked him around.
"WHERE IS MY HUSBAND YOU SON OF A BITCH!? WHERE?!"

"Kita?" Toshiro's eyes grew wide as people crowded around them. "If I knew where Ichimaru was, you would be visiting him in a cell." Toshiro pulled away from Kita, his face twisted in confusion. "I think you've overworked yourself."
"Tell me where he is, Sada! TELL ME!"
"How dare you! My bond with Hyroninmaru has been severed trying to kill him. And, I did! So, don't you ever accuse me of being a hollow. Especially not that one!"

Kita's head shook madly, "No!" She grabbed the imposter's wrist and refused to let him walk away from her. "NO!!" Her next spoken word a scream. She hung on to his wrist as she looked at a few of the Soul Reapers standing around watching them.
"SOMEONE! ANYONE! FIND BYAKUYA! FIND CAPTAIN KUCHIKI! NOW!!" She looked back to Sada her eyes narrowed.
"I won't let you get away with this! Where are they?! What have you done with Toshiro and my husband?!"

Rounding the corner in a rush Isane heard Kita demanding information and she saw Kita containing Toshiro, her hand griping his wrist so tightly her fingers and knuckles were turning white. When one of her squad members came to her and told her of the ruckus she was shocked to hear the news. Kita and Toshiro of all people and Kita accusing Toshiro of being none other then the hollow he was trying to kill to save them all from his brutality.
"Kita, stand down." Isane ordered her.
She knew Kita was not one of her squad members and Kita did not have to listen to her in the slightest bit, but she had been working under her for the last month so her authoritative side just kicked in. And of all people for Kita to be containing and demanding answers from in front of everyone... A Captain.
"Kita! I said, stand down!" Her voice now more orderly as she drew closer, Kita still not responding in action in any way. Kita was determined to get the information she sought and Toshiro was going nowhere until he gave it to her.
Stepping up behind her Isane placed a firm hand on her shoulder. "Kita! Do not make me have to take this any further than a verbal order."

Kita turned slightly and looked at Isane rage covering her face and glowing brightly in her bright blue eyes. "This is not Toshiro!" Kita bellowed.
Isane looked to Toshiro as he stood there shaking his head a scowl look on his face. "I think you are working her too hard Captain Kotetsu."
Isane looked to Kita, she was still holding tightly to Toshiro's wrist. "Kita. Release the Captain now."
Kita shook her head madly, "No! This is not Toshiro I know its not!"
Isane started speaking but Kita drowned her out with her ramblings of why she believed it was not Toshiro. As the two talked over one another neither hearing what the other was saying, Isane grew annoyed.
When Isane sighed, Kita turned back to Toshiro as he was trying pulling from her grasp. "I won't let you g--"

Kita was cut short of her accusation and or threat as Isane pressed against a pressure point on her neck and Kita withered toward the floor. Toshiro however, caught her before she fell too far. Lifting her up in his arms bridal style he looked to Isane. "She needs a break. From what I have heard she has been working around the clock since they got out of Las Noches."Isane nodded. "I apologize for her actions Captain Hitsugaya. She has been working very hard here and at home to keep things together." Her head shook lightly as she looked at the sleeping Kita in Toshiro's arms. "She told me the other day she has not been sleeping well because she is worried about Ichimaru." A soft sigh slipped from between her lips. "He needs to be found and quickly. Even if he is dead. The poor girl needs to rest her weary mind over this mess.""If you want to make it up to me make her take a few days off." Toshiro looked to Kita. "She needs to rest. She has been through enough."Isane looked back to Toshiro and smiled softly. "For you I will do that. Can you do me a favor?" Toshiro smiled softly and nodded. "Can you pack her back into that room?" Isane pointed to the room Toshiro was occupying for the last month."Sure." He told her as he walked toward the room. Once in the room he laid her out on the bed and covered her with a blanket. He then turned to Isane. "Take good care of her please. She is a dear friend to me. I hate seeing her this way."Isane smiled at him and nodded, "You know I will. You have a good day and thank you Captain."Toshiro gave a quick swift nod as he turned from the bed and walked toward the door. When he exited the room Isane turned back to Kita with a sigh. "What has gotten into you, Kita? Are you really that tired?" She pulled up the chair to the side of the bed and sat down waiting for the woman to wake.

The other two were with the Koriyamas. The captain was leaning against the door, both to give them space and be better able to defend them. If they were attacked again. Captain Kotetsu had gathered them here after they had been waiting in the courtyard because it was highly likely that Makino would be returned in a condition worse than when she had disappeared. Especially given who had taken her. Byakuya closed his eyes. He didn't know what to do. He had been ordered to wait by the commander. He knew the reasons behind such an order, but his duty had only weighed on him like this one other occasion. When Rukia had been sentenced. His inner turmoil was broken by an outburst by the eldest Masanobu.

"What the hell is wrong with this place?! For centuries we have kept those bastards at bay and now they can come and go as they please!? Who the hell is running security?! The slacker of the District 80?!"
Kin combed his fingers through his hair as he spun from his mother that was resting on the bed. "This is bullshit!" He turned to Byakuya. "You have to be able to do something! It's been an hour since those bastards took our baby sister! If you're short on man power, send us, we can handle it! We're just as powerful as the men of the Gotei!"
