Shin nodded again. "That makes sense the auction is a whole new thing added, right?"
Allura nodded as she took a bite of her food.
"Well I am sure it is going to go over big time. I have seen some of the things Maki-chans mom has done and they are amazing."

"I sure hope it does. So far everything is going smoothly though, so that's a positive in the mess." Allura smiled to him.
"You think Makin-chan and Soji-kun will get to enjoy any of it?" Shin ask her finishing off his rice.
Allura nodded her smile still remaining, "They are healing right now and Makino said she wanted to be there. Considering the state they are both in, it may not be until the last day, but I believe they both will be able to enjoy at least a little bit of the festival.... And if not, we have future ones to look forward to."

"Yes we," he paused and smiled "they do." he sat back crossing his arms over his chest. "I always like the Winter Festival better especially if it snows. The lights look so pretty under the snow."
He sighed. "Man! I really need to get me a girlfriend. Things like this are always more fun when you got someone to share it with. This year Maki-chan will have Soji-kun, so she will be out of the friend group this year. Her and Soji-kun will want to be alone on such a magical night." He laughed shaking his head. "I guess there won't be a snowball fight this year either." He laughed harder. "I should be saying, 'Yea! This year I got a chance of winning the snowball fight.'." He looked to Allura as she sat there with a confuse looked.
"I will tell you about it some other time." He smiled warmly at her.

Allura nodded to him, the confusion still plain in her expression but she decided not to press any further, "I'll hold you to that, I'd hate for anymore surprises to pop up." She laughed a little and smiled back to him. "Don't worry," Shin laughed. "If I don't fill you in you will find out soon enough when the Winter Festival gets here.I am sure you will get drug into it. Your part of the clique now. Like it or not.""At first I wasn't sure if I'd stick around, but now. It's more or less that you all or stuck with me." She smiled as Shin laughed.
They continued talking until the end of lunch then they went their separate ways. Allura was relieved that so far all of this was going well, but she knew that after the day was over she'd have to confront the one person she knew who would be a problem. For now, she just wanted to clear her mind and relax while going through the rest of her classes.
