Hearing the door open he looked over his shoulder seeing Fuu enter with the tray of tea. He slowly turned back to face Allura, his smirk still in place. "By month's end, your dear friend will be joining you." He leaned forward from his resting position as Fuu walked around the couch and placed the tray on the table before him.
A moment of silence past between them until Fuu was done pouring the tea and serving it to them. Once she had exited the room Mitsunari looked over to Allura. His eyes devious, his smile confident. "I also know every square inch of the Masanobu manor. Thanks to being part of their clan many decades ago." A soft scoff escaped him as he sat back once more with his tea.
"I doubt any of the Masanobu children remember me. Well. Kin-san... Hm..." Mitsunari hummed as he lowered his cup from his lips. "Let me correct myself. Kin-sama, might be the only one that would remember me, but it would all be pleasant memories if he does. I served his father well."
He chuckled when her eyes widened and he heard her tea cup softly clatter against the saucer under it. "Yes, my dear. I was once a Masanobu Assassin."

Allura said nothing as she looked into the cup she held, she didn't have any words to what he was saying to her and she didn't quite know how to respond. She settled instead for taking a small sip of her drink and trying to keep her mind clear and focus her breath.
Keep your mind calm, Allura. Don't let him mess with you.
She didn't care if any of this was true or some well thought out lie, all she could really focus on now is how she wanted out of this room. Without realizing she spoke openly, "Is there any other reason you called me in here?"

Mitsunari chuckled softly. "Well, of course. I have to take care of my best girls. I can't ignore them when they are so well behaved. They might start to feel neglected and start acting out. Also I just wanted to lift your spirits and let you know you won't be alone for long. Your friend will be joining you soon enough."
He placed his cup down on the table. "Though after I do get her here. I am not too sure how long either of you will be together. I have a few buyers for you both." He smiled when her eyes widened some more. A touch of hope sparking in them.
"Don't get your hopes too high, my dear. These buyers are not from around this area. Even if you're sold. You won't be anywhere close to home so you can go running back to them."

Allura didn't even try to bite her tongue as she spoke up quickly, "Because telling me any of this is certainly lifting my spirits."
Her tone was still even and calm, but it was obvious to anyone that she was moments away from snapping at him or taking on a sarcastic tone. "What's the point of bringing us around one another only to split us apart again? To let us have a goodbye?" There was something added to her tone, but it was hard to decipher. It was anything from irritation to sarcasm.
Her lack of sleep was not on her side through this conversation and as it went on, it was obvious. She needed it to be over soon before she said something she would quickly come to regret.

"Will you even have that?" Mitsunari asked her as he lowered his cup from his lips, sitting it back to the table. He looked pointedly at Allura. "After all, Lady Masanobu is going to have questions as of how and why."
He leaned back with another smirk, his arm draping over the back of the couch once more. "Her first and foremost pressing question is going to be how did they know all this?"
His head cocked to the side as he fell silent for a few moments. "Tell me Lady Nakane. How well does Lady Masanobu and yourself know one another? Is your friendship strong enough to exceed this type of trial?" He shrugged, "and who know what the men might tell her after her capture. We may have to keep you two apart as well as far away from Miss Kishi as possible." A soft chuckle escaped him.
"I would hate to lose two of my best girls because of her anger toward the two of you."

"If she doesn't trust me enough to believe anything you throw her way, then she's not really an ally I need in the first place, is she?" Allura shrugged at his words and she looked to her glass again.
She had faith in her friendship with Makino and that her friend would believe that she's better than that, but her words were honest to say the least. If something like this could tear their friendship apart, then it wasn't fully worth it. There was the problem of believing Sayoko would have said something, but that wasn't her problem to face, but theirs.

Mitsunari chuckled softly, "such faith you have in your friendship. Its honorable in the least. Though we will see how things go when she finally graces us with her presence. I am sure she will have questions just as you, though she will be more vocal about it unlike yourself."
His smirk widened, "she is a Masanobu after all. They don't take lightly to being captured."

"It's better to have no questions then to ask foolish ones." She took a sip of her tea and she looked to him.
Allura saw the amused expression he had and she had to stop herself from rolling her eyes, "Any questions I had at the start got answered through context anyways. When you're quiet and observe you learn quite a bit."

Mitsunari nodded slowly as he sipped his tea. "So true. It is the silent man that learns his enemy through observation rather then questioning his motives."
He placed his cup to the saucer, topping it off. "The Gotei would have had quite the ally in you if you had remained there." Mitsunari chuckled softly. "Too bad for them I saw more potential in you then they." He lifted the teapot offering her more.

"I was planning on staying there, but it seems you and your men had other plans for me and other girls from the academy."
Allura shook her head at his offer then laughed softly. "You hardly see potential in me. All you see when you look at me is the price you put over my head and what ways you could raise that price before you actually sell me off. Or have I completely missed something and there's more than just the price on me?"

"My dear, Lady Nakane. You are a noble." His smile brightened. 'Do you know how much your family would pay for you to keep you with the family and free from the hands of the men that I have employed?"
"They would likely pay whatever you demand."
"Of course they would, as would the Masanobu family for Makino," he paused with a malicious grin, "as well as her future father. I could retire on her ransom alone."

Allura felt a shiver go through her at his grin and she couldn't help but to shake her head. She had her own hope for how this situation would really turn out, but she could tell they had plenty of tricks and solutions.
"And how long have you had this all planned out? Seems you've spent a lot of time looking into our lives."

Mitsunari chuckled. "It was no effort at all. It's just knowing how people think, and nobles are the simplest to figure out. They only care about two things. Their honor and their money. Think of the disgrace that would blanket their clan if word got out one of their children were a slave."
He chuckled. "The shame."

"I believe it's more than just protecting the family name. I'm sure there is plenty of nobility that couldn't possibly care less about what their children are going through or even bother because it's easy to move on or to cover it up. I'm not speaking for everyone, but quite a few families care for their children and want the best for them and would pay to take them back for their safety."
Allura clasped her hands together in her lap as her mind wandered to what her parents are doing right now or if they even knew. Her mother would be demanding answers and making a fuss while her father would likely be worried but trying to mediate for her. The thought almost made her smile, but she made sure to hide the fact.

"This is true, but in the case of the two noble families I will be dealing with it is quite the opposite." He chuckled again. "I wonder what I could get from the family of the young Tervaden or even the young adult Ichimaru."
Allura bit her tongue and didn't respond to him. She couldn't speak out on their families, but she believed that taking things that far would possibly lead to more trouble for him than anything else. Instead, she settled for silence.
"No comment I see. I am guessing you are thinking I am rather unaware of who their mother and father's are." He chuckled.
"On the contrary. I am very aware. So much so I was actually thinking of asking the infamous Ichimaru, Aizen's right hand, to join us in our endeavors. However, when I heard his only begotten son was in love with one of the girls we wanted to obtain. I decided against it."
