Aizen looked from Gin to Kita as she was still kneeling her head lowered once more. In a flash of shunpo he appeared in front of her lifting her from the floor by her arm. "You want another man in your life when you have me?" He caressed her cheek with the back of his fingers as he looked into her eyes a smirk across his lips.
She tugged slightly against his hold as he grabbed her chin making her look at him. "You want the lieutenant do you?" He pulled her closer to him until their bodies touched, releasing her chin he brushed her raven hair back from her ear. He drew close to her neck the tip of his nose lightly brushing against the soft flesh of her neck as he whispered to her.
"Then you must do something for me."

Gin wrapped a hand around Kita’s forearm. “I never said I would let a ‘pet’ replace me,” he growled. “Kita’s mine and I decide what she gets.”
When she was taken ahold of, she turned to see it was Gin pulling her toward him. She tugged slightly against him facing Aizen once more.
"What do you want me to do, Lord Aizen?"
Aizen smirked, glancing at Gin for a moment as if to say she was slipping further away from him, and then broke his hold on her arm, pulling Kita back towards him. “If I am to give someone to you as I would my espada, then you must earn your right to your own ‘pets’ - as the Snake puts it.” He paused. “If you want the lieutenant, you will go to Soul Society and dispose of Juushiro Ukitake.”
Gin’s head snapped towards Aizen at his bargaining price. There was no way Kita could do that. She adored the white knight and always had. But…. it was to keep Izuru from meeting the same fate as Ran.
When he stepped out of line again.
He let his silver bangs shadow his eyes again as he chuckled. “That’s a difficult bargain, Aizen-san. Do you really think she’s ready for ‘the’ White Knight?”
He kept his tone light, veiling his unease with flippancy. He couldn’t make this decision.

A blast shook the throne room as Uquiorra swung Yumiko’s figure around, twisting both arms behind her back after casting a Kido blast. Hissing at the twinge of pain, Yumiko twisted her head towards the throne room. “Don’t you dare make her choose something like that, Aizen!” she snapped. “It’s wrong in so many ways…” She winced as Ulquiorra’s grip tightened and lowered her head. For a moment.
She threw her head up and looked to her best friend. “Please say no, Kita. He’s too important. Think of what he’s done for you, for the kids… me. Even if….” Yumiko fell silent.
Even if it was to protect one life…. it was too much.

Keeping an iron grip on the volatile noble, Ulquiorra turned to his Lord and Master. “Forgive me, Lord Aizen, but is that a plausible solution without the aide of the goddess? Ukitake is one of the oldest captains and has proved to be a troublesome opponent in many circumstances, even with an illness clinging to him and trying to change him into a creature of despair.”

Aizen looked to the Fourth his smirk still in place. His eyes moving back to the human woman. "He trusts her. He will welcome her with open arms if she were to go running to him. Her family is here. She would have nowhere else to run to but to him and the Soul Society for help."
He brushed her raven hair back from her face looking into her eyes once more, letting his fingertips caress her cheek to her chin, he lifted her head to look at him. "She doesn't have to kill him. She doesn't even have to wound him. Only put the man back in his sick bed," he paused, "and keep him there for a good period of time."
Kita did not pull away from him nor did she look away she only looked deep into his eyes as he gazed into hers. They were dull and dead even with her lover and best friend speaking out on behalf of her and the Captain.
"What will it be, Kitten?" He looked the way of the lieutenant. "Izuru Kira --" he looked back to her his smirk returning. "Or the Captain; Juushiro Ukitake, that already has one foot in the grave?"

Kita pulled from Aizen and slowly turned, her eyes catching Yumiko and the sorrowful look in her eyes, the pain written across her face from Ulquiorra keeping her in place. She then looked to Gin their eyes meeting for only a second as she lowered her head again. Slowly she lifted it and looked the way of the lieutenant, her eyes lingering there for sometime. She then looked back to Gin, her head started to shake slightly. Her eyes begging him to forgive her.
She then turned and looked at Aizen once more. "I..." her head lowered again, "...can't do that."

Aizen narrowed his eyes at her grabbing her wrist as he waved his other hand at the ones in the throne room. "Do as you were told to do with them." He tugged Kita behind him as he made a path toward his chamber door. "The rest of you are dismissed."
Kita tugged on her arm to get free, even went as far as calling out to her lover as she planted her feet firmly to keep from being drug behind their Master.
Aizen turned with a quick backhand across her face as her head turned, the only thing that kept her on her feet was he still had a hold of her wrist. Turning back Aizen continued on his path again tugging her behind him as she held her cheek in her free hand.
"It seems you still have some learning to do, Kitten." He told her.

Gin grabbed Kita’s shoulder, stopping his master’s pull on Kita. Aizen’s baleful eyes turned on him, but the Snake only grinned and wrapped his other arm around Kita’s waist. She was trembling just enough for her lover to notice. Whether it was from the choices that came from entering her or the threat looming in front of her, he didn’t know. But it didn’t change his course of action. She was his wife. That had not changed.
Leaning down, he licked her ear. “Calm down, dearie, and think about the option before you.” Kita shook her head quickly, crying out as the girp on her wrist worsened. Gin lifted his eyes to Aizen for a moment and then returned to focusing on his target. “We know the gods will give Aizen another chance at taking the realms, and at the rate the captains have been falling into his traps…” he paused, “Soul Society will be a wreck by the time he descends. Do you want Ukitake, your friend, caught up in that final fight?”
Some of her shaking had stopped. She was listening, or Aizen’s grip had relented, letting his words work on what he could not reach. Her heart.
“Aizen has granted you the boon of not killing him. It’s probably because he wants the White Knight alive. After all, there are few who are more knowledgeable and even tyrants need a voice from his subjects. Ukitake would do nicely in that area. But,” he hesitated, squeezing her around the middle, “if he joins the fight, there is no guarantee he will survive. This illness is natural and it wouldn’t take much to accomplish what you need after a month of waiting for someone to return. Do this one thing, and you will save his life and another one.”
The Snake kissed her throat, licking at a tear that had fallen. “To build an empire, you must choose who to save, what to preserve, and what will fall into ruin before you start building. In that order. This is a step that is coming. But someone like the twin who wrenched him back to a time of agony could do it instead.” He lowered his voice down to breath, breathing into her ear. “What is important to you?”

Kita's eyes went closed as Gin held her in his grasps. The thought of harming Juushiro milling over and over in her mind, but then the thought of her lover losing another person important to him flashed before her. The image of Rangiku's listless body on the floor in the torture chamber. Blood encircling her. Her pale skin, dead eyes. Tears rolled down Kita's cheeks as she hung her head.
"I'm sorry..." she whispered softly to her lover and the late Rangiku. "I am so sorry." She sniffled lifting her head as she wiped away the falling tears.
She looked to Aizen her eyes now open as she spoke softly. "I will do it..."
"I did not hear you, Kitten." Aizen replied.
Kita took a deep breath, wiggling from Gin's hold she stood on her own again. With her shoulders square and a new resolve in her eyes she looked into Aizen's eyes speaking up so everyone would hear her. "I said--I will do it, but Izuru comes with me. Now." Kita demanded.

Aizen laughed as he looked over to the Ayakashi Fey that had the lieutenant. He nodded his head then looked back to Kita. "If you fail in this mission. You and the lieutenant both will suffer the consequences."
He looked at Gin and smirked, "and your Master will be the one to administer the punishment--I deem fit for your failure."

Gin’s smile faded before changing to an icy smirk. “That’s a really mean ultimatum, Aizen-san,” he stated. “Saying something like that, it makes me think that you may just be setting her up for failure to watch the blood flow.” There was a bitter edge to his words, not completely hidden by his airy tone. His hand clenched over Kita’s waist, momentarily. “Does Izuru really have to pay too? I mean, “ he waved his free hand, “his freedom is already bought. That stings enough on his pride.”

Aizen looked to the Snake. "It's the price she will pay. If the threat rest solely on her she will not feel the weight of the mission. Making Izuru pay the price with her carries more of an impact. Assuring success on her part."
He turned to Fey once more as he stepped toward the Lord and Master of Las Noches. He dropped the lieutenant, Gin catching him before he hit the hard marble floor. Aizen smirked as he turned from the group before him. However, before he could take a step forward Koga stepped back in the throne room.
"Lord Aizen," he called to him.
Aizen looked back over his shoulder at the Espada as he stood in a bow. "What is it Koga?"

"A ripple." Koga's head tilted to the side, his violet eyes wide. "One for three, he's bargained for. A weighted promise that favors only one." His gaze fell on Ryouma. "Under such honorable circumstances he should return to this place. To save them...But, not you."
A grin formed on the Espada's lips. Koga chuckled, turning on his heels. "Chaos will consume the Soul Society like a disease. The Captain Commander becoming a ghost of his former self, unable to recognize enemy from ally. Wonderful."

White-faced, Yumiko clenched her hands, Koga’s words ringing in her ears like drums heralding doom. She shook her head. “It won’t work,” she muttered. The espada paused. “It won’t work,” she repeated. “Gods don’t shape the world. We do. Alister can’t control Kyoraku forever. He couldn’t control Vale forever, and even if it takes a while….” she gulped, “there are other strong people holding Soul Society together.”

"Can't I?" asked the god, appearing in the room above the throne. "The only reason why I became known to Tervaden is because I simply introduced myself to him. As far as my control over him, even now I control him."
The god hovered over the throne, as he looked down at the self appointed lord of the realm. He raised his hand, snapping his fingers. All but Sousuke Aizen fell in a deep slumber. A smirk formed on his lips as their bodies fell to the marble floor.
"They'll awaken, remembering nothing about my being here or my influence over your Captain Commander." stated the god, coming to rest in the marble seat. "I know of the limitations the Soul King placed on you. I know of your plans to conquer the realms and claim them as your own. But, I am a curious god, Shinigami. What would you give to see those plans done and the limitations removed? Hm...?"
The god rested his head against the back of the marble chair as he turned his gaze from the Shinigami. "What would you give?"
