Goya spoke up, his head tilted to the side ever so slightly. “Why is having new hollows in Las Noches such a big deal with you?”
He looked to the darker skinned man that was wearing a blindfold. “You would think one would be pleased to see their forces grow in number.”
Vale chuckled. “Well, put that bronze dome of yours to work and think about it. Not every Soul that enters the Soul Realm becomes a Soul Reaper. Not every asshat that enters Hueco Mundo follows the orders echoed out from Las Noches.” Vale folded his arms across his chest. “Besides, it’s weird to randomly spawn in like this is some fiction. You need to introduce yourself, you dipshit.”
Goya’s head nodded slowly, “Introduce myself?” His tone questioning, but not, at the same time, he looked at everyone in the room. “I have been known and called by many names. So telling you my true name could cause confusion. I am loved and hated by all walks of life. I have been known to bring sweet dreams to life or worse, a nightmare.”
With a short pause, his attention turned back to the Soul Reaper. “It all depends on my mood, and of course, if I like you or not.” A clear smirk crossed his lips. “But you sir, can call me Goya, the dream weaver.”

Vale nodded slowly. "Oh...Ok...You know Goya is a bean brand in the Human Realm?"
"You're proving yourself unworthy of following..."
Vale turned at Alister's whispers. He said nothing as he turned to face the other unfamiliar hollow in the room. "And, you?"
Gesshin bowed his head as he placed a hand to his chest. "Gesshin Hora."
Pointing toward the new hollow, Vale chuckled. "A normal introduction...That's a normal introduction, Bean."
"Get on with it."
Another whisper. "Right...Alright folks. Here...we...go..." Vale snapped his fingers.

Kagawa exhaled loudly, looking around as he and the others waited for whatever was going to happen. After of few moments of silence, Kagawa looked to Tervaden. "I don't understand. What is su-" Kagawa disappeared. Then, Teruo. Vale raised a hand as murmurs filled the room. More disappeared. Hora, then Ulquiorra. Grimmjow, Halibel and Cassava. All of them disappeared from the room. Everyone. All except Oneiro, who had gone the moment Vale snapped his fingers. With the room now empty, Vale turned and looked to the god sitting on the throne. "Are you sure you want to do this?""A little late to ask that now, don't ya think?!" snapped Vale. "Besides, I wouldn't be me if I didn't cause a bit of chaos." "Yes." agreed Alister. "But, this is a lot of chaos. And, surely the end of you." Alister waved a dismissive hand. "But, that's unimportant. What I want to know, is when you thought of this...Three days in a hole and all of sudden you're a genius?"Vale chuckled. "I'm just thinking like she would..." "The human woman? You think that she would do..." Alister waved a hand again. "This?""Kita would kill them all if she had the chance." "And...You're the giving her the chance...""No...You are. You see little old me lacks the power and intelligence to do something like this. No one would dare think it was me. But, they would think it was you." Alister narrowed his eyes with a smile. "And you?""Oh just like I thought about before all the shit that led us here went down...You lived in my head just as much as I did. You know what to do." Alister nodded. He was slightly slouched, one arm hanging over the arm over a side while his chin rested in the palm of his other hand. The room was dark - pitch black without the glow of the fire in his eyes. "Here they come."Koga was the first to return to the throne. His vision had return to him. But the sense of unease that overwhelmed him in his previous location still filled him. He looked toward the throne. There sat the interim lord of the realm...But somehow not the same man. The throne was small beneath him, as if he was sitting on a chair meant for a child. His body gave off a light. Just enough light, that is, to cast a strange shadow behind him.
Koga narrowed his eyes. The shadow seemed to move independently of its light. It held the shape of a man. But not one he recognized. Not one he could see. Was it Tervaden's shadow? No. The god masquerading as the Shinigami's shadow? No..."Your task isn't done." The Espada, and every other hollow that sudden reappeared in the throne room, disappeared again. "Hello, Kita..." said Vale, his bright eyes looking in her direction. |

Kita stepped toward the pillar where the throne sat high above the floor. "Hello, Vale. I am glad to see you're free or were released. I never got the full story of what took place. Only that you were sent someplace you did not deserve to be."
She looked up at the man sitting on Aizen's throne. "So that you know, I am not here to fight with you. I am just looking for an explanation for why you have Alister sending the hollows to Soul Society."
Vale only stared at her blankly causing her to sigh heavily, "Sending them there puts the children in danger, Vale. You know the Espada nor some of the Ayakashi give two shits. They will destroy anyone or anything that's in their way, and if you did not know. Yes, we have taken residents in Soul Society."

Alister smiled as he appeared next to the throne. He looked down at the man sitting beside him. "Something tells me..." Alister looked toward the human woman. "He does not care. And, if I may ask, why do you?"
Kita gave another heavy sigh and ignored the god. "Is he speaking for you now?"
Vale's eyes remained locked on Kita. But he did not answer her.
"Speaking for him?" Alister's smile grew wide. "I've done nothing but speak for him since my arrival. Quite longer than that, if I am to be honest."
"Then I call you a liar!" snapped Kita. "Because you were taken from him."
Alister frowned. He appeared just a few inches from the human girl and hunched over until their eyes met. "And, your meddling seraph was taken from you. Happy reunions all around."

"Happy for who? The only thing you two have done since you have come into our lives is cause issues, heartache and been nothing but a major pain in our asses. And it's not just you two, any of the Gods that came around were nothing but assholes that meddled where none of you belonged."
"Oh but we were invited, my dear." Alister's smile returned. "The moment humanity agreed to act as vessels...You invited the greater gods to do what we do best. Some of us choose to stand and act at the edge of our morality. While others, like me...Like your Sumi...choose to obliterate any sense of it. We-"
Alister stopped speaking as he could hear the Shinigami behind him inhale then exhale loudly. The fire in his eyes brightened. "He seems rather annoyed, doesn't he?" he whispered, turning back to the human woman.
She looked around Alister at Vale. He did look rather annoyed, but it was not at her. "If he is annoyed at anything it's you and annoyed at the fact is nearly the size of Captain Komamura." She looked back to Alister with narrowed eyes. "What have you done to him, or is this an adverse effect of hell?"

Alister stood tall as he turned to face the Shinigami. "Your Komamura is nearly ten feet in stature." he commented, folding his arms over his chest. "On his own, Tervaden stood just over six feet." Alister chuckled. "Hell would not stretch the man like this."
"Then what did you do to him?!"
Alister turned to face the human woman again. "I gave him what he wanted." He leaned forward again, meeting the woman's gaze. "Wh-"
"...Kita..." said Vale. His voice was low as he finely opened his mouth to speak again. "I beg you...Go protect the people you love..."
"Vale..."
Vale pushed himself to his feet. His weight crushing the marble beneath him. The shadow behind him moved, but out of sync with him. It moved as if it hadn't realized that he was now standing. The shadow was much smaller than the man it stood behind.
"A strange thing, " said Alister. "When Tervaden set this plan into motion, he said that he was simply doing what you would do...And, then..."

Kita gestured to herself with a daunted look on her face. "What I would do? No one in Soul Society has hurt the ones Vale loves." Her hands went to her hips, her look turning annoyed. "Try again, Alister."
She huffed in annoyance at Alister when he remained silent, "that's what I thought," she grumbled, then looked at Vale once more. "The ones in Soul Society that I love will be fine. It's the one here I love that I am worried about. What is wrong with you? What can I do to help you?"

Alister smiled. "What can you do...to help him..." Alister began to laugh as he turned and walked away from the human woman. "And, no one in the Soul Society has wronged him?" His laughter grew louder as he walked away. "It amazes me how foolish you are, woman."
"what are you talking about now?!"
"Not one of the hollow you sent back here...is here." Alister gestured in a way that emphasized the emptiness of the room. "You don't question where they've gone. Where they are. But what you are here for...Is to protect...Him..." Alister pointed to Tervaden. "A man willing to die for his ideals..."
"...Enough..." Vale rested a hand to the hilt of the blade at his side. "Are you not going to go?" He paused, watching as Kita shook her head. "Are you going to let her stay...Sumi?"

"Sumi is not here, Vale. I told her I wanted her to return to Soul Society"--she glared at the fire God--"just in case he sent them back." Her attention then went to Alister, fully, "and I did not say people in the Soul Society did not wrong Vale. I said no one in the Soul Society has hurt someone he loves. Plus, Vale is not the only person I know that is willing to die for their beliefs or ideas."
"Vale," she spoke his name as her eyes adverted to him, "please tell me what is wrong and how to help you."

Alister watched as Tervaden tilted his head back and exhaled loudly. "Well...I hope you fair better than the others will, my dear." He smiled then disappeared from the room.
"Wait!" shouted Kita. "Vale! What are you doing?!"
Vale sighed. "I am doing what you...Aizen...and every other fucker that's taken up arms against any realm has done..." His eyes focused on hers. "Wiping the slate clean!"
Kita's head shook, casting her eyes down. "I'm done," her tone exhausted, her head shaking again as she looked at Vale again. "I'm done. You're giving me no choice. I am tired of all this nonsense. You all need to dump some hormones and get the hell over yourselves. If this is what you want then go for it, but you will do it without me or the kids being around to witness it."
"And where do you think you're going to go?"
"Some place as far away as we can get." Her head shook. "I should have done this when Sojiro was born, when Aizen returned the first time." She clenched her hands at her sides, "When Gin came out of his coma. The three of us should have left town, the country. I am tired of fighting. I am tired of the boys being in danger." Her voice lifted, "DAMMIT VALE! I AM FUCKING TIRED OF IT ALL! I AM DONE!! When you're all done acting like a bunch of egotistical morons that want to rule the universe and you get all of this out of your system," She stepped back a step, "I might return. Until then. Leave me the hell out of your bullshit." Kita vanished from the throne room without another word.
Alister chuckled. "How's this plan of yours going?" He reappeared, standing in front of Tervaden. "Something tells me...You did not plan for that. Now, I am going to do you a favor...One that you would never ask for because you're too fucking...fucked." Alister lifted a hand and snapped his fingers. "There..."

"What the fuck did you do?!" shouted Vale, suddenly sounding like himself again. He looked down, focusing on his blade and free hand. "What the fuck...No..." he cursed. He moved his hands, peering down at his reflection in the marble floor. He was himself again - A tall, lean yet muscular hair with white hair and a foul mouth. "What the fuck did you fucking do?!" "As you said..." Alister shrugged. "I wiped the slate clean. Or rather, I put the pieces back where they belong...As they belong. A restart..." He placed a finger to his chin then snapped his fingers. "A reboot, if you will.""What are you talking about?" Vale looked up at the god to find him pointing to something behind him. He turned around. "Oh fuck..." "Everything in its place, Tervaden. Everything in its place."Vale felt a twinge of pain in his chest. Then...An odd sense of relief. He looked at the throne. In it was Sousuke Aizen, Hogyoku in its place. Vale looked around to find the Espada and Ayakashi occupying the room. Panic set in. "Calm down." laughed Alister. "They are frozen in time. Unaware of you. But, the moment I leave, all things resume.""When?" Alister looked at Tervaden curiously. "You choose to ask when and not where Miyamoto and the others are? Interesting." Something had to spark the sudden spike in power. But as quickly as the spike in power happened, it vanished. "What was that? What happened?" he asked looking to Aizen. Aizen looked to Vale as he stood at the base of the pillar of the throne, "Is there something you need Tervaden?" He walked to the edge of the pillar and looked down his nose at the man as he stood there looking up at him.
Though it had only been three days Vale had spent in Hell. It had changed him. His reiryoku had grown stronger and his looks--he had grown older--much older.
