"Hi!" Vale said very sharply. "Do you want to explain what that surge of power was? Then maybe after that you explain what the fuck that sharp drop in power was...Because I felt it...Which means so did everyone else." Vale watched the man. He seemed off. But, he couldn't quite put his finger on what it was.
"Do you have whiplash from the reset of...the reset? Do you need a hug?"

Aizen narrowed his eyes at Vale, "You do not amuse me Tervaden." He walked away from the edge of the pillar. "It seems the reawakening of my part has indeed been playing a cruel part in the energy of Las Noches. Nothing for you to worry over, Tervaden. I have everything under control."
"Oh do you?" Vale folded his arms over his chest. "Because this isn't the first spike. It isn't the first drop. You...Sousuke Aizen...Look weak. Things were reset two weeks ago. And, we've heard nothing from you. You've wandered between your chambers and this room as if no one is supposed to notice you seem...Lost."
Aizen smirked and turned slowly as he looked in Vale's direction, "worry about your own existence, Tervaden." His smirk grew wider. "Which I have heard has grown more congested." He paused a knowing smirk across his lips, "and I promise you I will tend to my own."

Vale smiled and shook his head. "Don't do that. We're not going to worry about mine because what I have isn't a distraction. You, on the other hand," Vale chuckled. "Well, I'll let you sort that out. But, know that the realms have seen this look before from you. If it's happening again, you need to fix it. Because let's be honest, there is no doubt Giichi told Urahara you're back and you have the Hogyoku. He's planning, right now, on how to pull it out of you chest. You know I'm right."
Vale shook his head. "Stay still on this if you want to. But, they'll move quickly. And, from the looks of it, Urahara will beat you to the fix."

"Then leave me to sort it out, Tervaden. If you are looking for chaos, then send out the Ayakashi or the Espada, or" an annoyed look crossed his features as he looked pointedly at Vale, "bring back your women and children. Do what you need to make yourself happy while being in Las Noches."
Aizen turned with a flourish as he walked from the throne room, his words trailing behind him. "You are dismissed, Tervaden."

Vale narrowed his eyes at the empty throne in front of him. He took a breath, calming what spark of anger he felt. His eyes opened. "Happiness..." he muttered. "My happiness is outside of this realm. And, until my dying breath, they will never return to this place." A strange feeling washed over Vale. One that made him smile as he stood proudly in it. He looked to the empty seat, and sternly issued a warning. "Get your house in order, Souuske Aizen...before it is left empty." Vale felt a pain in his chest. His eyes watered and he let out a long breath. Looking around and finding no one, Vale allowed himself to fall to his knees. A hand went to his chest. This was not pain. His ears rang. His vision blurred. And, he felt an emotion that he'd known before...One that crippled him more than his anger. He was sad. But, why? He did not pity Aizen. No...He could never. Vale sat down on the marble floor, his forearms resting on his bent knees. He was sad, not for Aizen, but for himself. He had silently resigned himself to a something that was barely a thought just hours ago. This resignation would leave him without a purpose or path to follow. After a few moments, Vale gathered himself and rose to his feet. He took a deep breath, feeling somehow lighter than he had before. He disappeared from the throne room. His time in Las Noches had ended. END RP "Learning" |
