Throat aching and in defiance of his delight, Raelin whimpered and slowly pushed herself up into a sitting position, arm pressed against her chest and holding the bleeding stump of her torn arm. Coughing as tears and the black waves of pain nearly blinded her from the continuation of the beating, her fingers slipped in the blood from her shoulder. She held onto the stump in spite of the icy shock running down her body. Swallowing bile, she used her falling energy to bring her legs closer to herself. Not willing to say anything more. Not even in another show of defiance. More blood filled her mouth as her glowing hair fanned out around her face. She closed her eyes.

Teruo narrowed his eyes, grabbing a hand full of hair and lifting the women from the floor. "Quite the disappointment, you are." Dropping the angel to the floor, he walked over to the torn wings lying on the floor. He picked one up, devouring it quickly before turning back to the woman. Quickly, he grabbed the angel's arm, devouring it as well.
"Delicious but disappointing. You're the one to set the demons free? How? You can't even save yourself from the likes of me." Teruo chuckled. "But, who could?"

Raelin’s eyes narrowed as the pain surrounding her changed to rage at the revelation. “Set demons free?!” she snapped. “If that’s what I am here for, then I’m glad I chose death. I will NEVER let Aizen’s power reach that length. I will never let him cause that kind of suffering on others.” She could feel some of her powers returning with the burst of feeling and clung to it. Her hand clenched on her torn shoulder. “You’re terrible enough.”
She willed the spark of powers to grow. Hoping to leave a mark.
Physical proof that it wouldn’t happen.

Teruo growled deep from within his chest. He frowned at the angel, cursing beneath his breath at her resolve. Watching as the woman rose shakily to her feet, Teuro walked over. "You're annoying." Teruo lifted his foot, kicking the angel in the chest. The woman flew backwards into the marble wall. She slumped over, hanging from the hole in the wall, unconscious.
"My being here is simply to break you, dear one." he said, walking toward the door. "I can not kill you because he needs you. But, I will bring you as close to death as I can. Perhaps, one day, you will meet her. I hear she is a beautiful creature."
Teruo grinned as he glanced over his shoulder at the woman. "Live now, dear one. Do his work. Die later." Teruo disappeared from the room.-- END RP -- "Shopping Date: | "Kitty Search":

"Devil's Choice":
The dark room's silence was broken by a groan of muted pain as Raelin turned in her fitful sleep and the mattress tore at the scabs on her back again. Gritting her teeth as she drifted closer to wakefulness, she curled up again, jolting the knobs further up. What had healed of her wings so far. Just last night. Or was it? After her beating at the hands of the demon, she'd lost track of how many times she'd woken still racked by ripples of agony.
She'd managed to wake fully only recently. From the cracks and pops of her healing powers forcing her body to regrow her arm. She'd passed out during the process a few times. But at least no one had disturbed her screams.
So far.
As more centers of pain throbbed as her consciousness refused to shut down again, Raelin pushed herself slowly into a sitting position, her limbs shaking, face pinched from moving her half-healed knee. She ran a hand over the wall, letting its coolness ground her. But the pain wasn't the only thing she had to face when she woke.
Raelin hung her head and squeezed her eyes shut as her aching body was momentarily displaced by voices - and faces. If she were to look. Hallucinations. They were only that. And she had conquered them within others' bodies. However, at this time, the poison was still flowing strongly through her. Running rampant through her limbs and ignored due to the other ills along her body.
As Uryu's voice lifted above the others, saying words she'd all but heard back at the estate due to the renewal of the war, she whimpered. A track of tears burned down her numbed cheeks.

Pushing the door open to the room Aizen stepped in as the light from the hall cast across the floor illuminating the room and the angel sitting to the edge of the bed. He stepped in the room his keen eyes on the girl hearing her soft whimpers.
"This could all end now. All you have to do is agree to do my biding and free the demons I have chosen." He smirked, stopping in front of her. His hand lifting as he brushed her sliver hair from her face. "No more pain and suffering. You will be protected not only by me, but by my army. No one will ever harm you again."
His hand slid under her chin as he lifted her head to look at him she whimpered softly a grimacing look on her face. "If not. I will not hesitate to send the demon Sada back in to visit you once more." He chuckled lightly. "For the third time this week."

She wet her chapped lips. “It doesn’t matter,” she whispered in a hoarse tone. “My calling….” She flinched as another face formed behind the dark master of the realm. “It comes with pain, Aizen. You ... and yours.... are the nemesis … of the realms. I will not…. help you. And I will not release any more suffering on the realms. I’ll take the price.” She managed to gather some energy and did her best to glare at her captor. “Just kill me. For you will never get what you want from me. I swear... on my mother's line."

Aizen released her as her head fell forward once more. He turned away from her stepping toward the open door. "If that is what you wish. Then death will follow you shortly. I have another in my care that can use the powers of her Goddess to purify their chains."
He heard a quick short gasp then a whimper following after. He looked over his shoulder at the Quincy as she was looking up at him. "Yes. You thought right. I once again have the Vessel in my possession. Now you could save her from what you are suffering..."
He turned and looked at her. "Because we all know she is as hardheaded as you - if not worse. So she will suffer the torment of Sada just as you are."
She cast her eyes down from him, Aizen shaking his head as he looked back toward the door. "It is a shame three will die in this endeavor of mine, and two not even taken their first breath of life."

Raelin grit her teeth as a fist of horror seized her heart at those words. At the fact made apparent. Her hands gripped the sheets on the mattress below her as if to tear this reality from her. She knew the word was cruel, painted with so much violence and lack of caring. However, she had always believed in the other side, the one half hidden in the suffering, whispered in the dark, that which always cleansed the air.
"You can't," she hissed, tears blurring her vision. "You wouldn't take the lives of children. You - you -" she was grasping at straw, looking for a needle of truth to stall him. But her teeth was chattering. "No, you were angered when he raped your daughter. Even you... you have your boundaries."
Please let her words penetrate something. She arched as her bones cracked, reacting to her flare of emotion, trying to restore her wings. A blinding sign of hope. One she couldn't reach.

"But it won't be by my hands they suffer, and you know Sada does not care for any soul. Born or unborn. He will only follow the orders to bring her to our side and do my biding as I wish." His head shook again.
"He gives true meaning to the definition of Demon. He will show no mercy to the living, the soul or the unborn." He chuckled lightly as he stepped into the doorway and turned looking to the Quincy once more. "I will give you twelve hours to contemplate what I have told you. If you still welcome death, taking two unborn children with you. I will explain to the vessel how you felt this was the right decision for everyone's future." He hesitated as a smirk drew across his lips.
"Everyone that is, but the future of her unborn twins. Urora and Akira."

“NO!” Raelin screamed. Shaking like a a sapling caught in the middle of storm and hands clenched so hard that new blood was soaking into the mattress, she shook her head over and over. “I will not ALLOW you to give that demon … one minute to harm those children nor Kita any further. I will not.” Her heart had locked into a vice. A throbbing vice that sent another wave of pain through her with each breath. But this alone she could not allow.
She raised her reddish eyes to the devil who would destroy all she was and bit her lip until it too was bleeding, forcing more energy into her failing body. “I’ll attempt your heinous crime. But the gods may kill me beforehand. However, before I even use one spark for you, you, Sousuke Aizen, will swear with your blood that you will not use Kita for this. Even if I fail. Swear it!”

The look on Aizen's face became solemn. "You will not fail, and the Gods will not take you from me. You will succeed in freeing the chosen demons. It has been foretold of your success. In doing so you have my word as Sousuke Aizen that no harm will come to you, the vessel or her unborn children." He paused, another smirk tugging at his lips.
"For this matter at hand that is." He turned from her again. "Heal yourself, Raelin Fang. I will send a good hot nurturing meal for you and if the vessel behaves herself. I will send her in to help you heal."
He walked from the room locking the door behind him, leaving the Quincy to her own once more.

Raelin’s energy failed and she collapsed against the wall once more. For a moment, it seemed she had passed out once more. But slowly, her arms lifted and clawed down the wall keeping her captive. Eyes squeezed shut, tears spilling down her cheeks, the angel mourned the future. The terrible suffering and darkness she’d unleash. As well as the hearts those dark gods would blacken.
And that wasn’t all. If she lived, as Aizen seemed to predict, she would deserve no home and no rescue. And if Uryu did ever see her beyond her dreams and nightmares, it would be as his enemy. For the good of the realms.
What would remain of them.
She had been granted a great gift. A light onto the hard road of the Quincy. Now, like the collar around her neck, it would doom her.
There was no escape if Death wouldn't take her.
All because she left home to taste freedom.

"Step In or Out of the Abyss": Raelin sat on end of her bed, slowly sipping at the soup that had been delivered, tasting it and at the same time, not. Her wings stretched behind her at the turn in her thoughts, but their restored shape and the dim light in the feathers betrayed the truth. She had been healing at a better rate in the last couple days.
And with strength would come her bargain.
She ducked her head, giving herself another shock from the whiplash in her neck, and set the soup aside.
She was no longer starving as well.
Her hair fanned around her as she laid down and wrapped the sheet around her body, closing her eyes against more facts she was fighting against. Denying herself food would only steal away so much energy from the process. It was inevitable. If no one touched her again. As an angel. She still would heal. Slowly she tucked herself into a ball. Ignoring some remaining pains and compounding on others. Her whole arm was screaming at her. Her stomach was pounding. And she was constantly aggravating her knee.
Anything to shut them out. The remaining hallucinations that formed on the edges of her vision after her time with the demon Sada Teruo.
She had not recovered enough to take them away.
And the words they continued to utter since she had surrendered to Aizen.
“I’m sorry…” she whispered, her wings slowly wrapping around her but only adding to the anguish. She couldn't tear them out. She couldn't deny what she was. Even when it meant her soul to do so.
She was trapped.

The door to the room opened as Aizen stepped into the dimly lit area. "I hear you are healing well, Raelin Fang." he stopped at the bedside as he reached down touching the soft white feathers of her wings.
When she turned to look at him he smirked. "Are your meals acceptable?" He looked at the half eaten bowl of soup on the table. "Are you still having issues with swallowing?" He looked back to her. "I guess. Since you have been behaving. I can send the Vessel in to heal you faster. I am sure you would like more solid food in your stomach."
