10th Division, Large-Scale Operations- The 10th Division is in charge of planning, coordinating, and executing large missions. Everything is run through their division first, and if approved, the 10th Division gathers the required shinigami from each division, assembles them, assigns duties, plans the attack, coordinate the shinigami according to the mission, execute the attack, and then keep maintenance over it. That includes sending out more reinforcements and information regarding the mission.

"Toshiro's Return":Captain Toshiro Hitsugaya wore a stern and stoic expression as he walked through his Squad barracks, the members of his Squad bowing and saying their greetings as he walked by. He greeted them back without looking, continuing forward to his office. As he made his way there a ominous thought creeped into the back of his mind. His office... And his lazy lieutenant... left alone for over two weeks. He shuddered at the thought and picked up his pace. However, when he arrived at his office and opened the door, he was met with the sight of both his and his lieutenant's desk being completely spotless, cleaned of paperwork. He halted in place, his eyes wide, jaw slack. "Impossible... She would never..." Then his thoughts landed on his third seat. He narrowed his eyes. "No, that's probably more likely."

Walking toward the office Rangiku saw her captain standing in the doorway of his office. She squealed, “Taichou!” She grabbed him from behind around his head and pulled him to her chest hugging him as she swung him back and forth.
"Where have you been!? I have been worried sick about you!" She started to pout. "Your so mean to me. You never tell me anything. Then all I have to do around here is worry about you."
She still hugged his head as she rattled on.

Safe to say Hitsugaya wasn't too surprised when he heard his lieutenant's bubbly voice and felt his head being pulled into what felt like two very large pillows. Of course, he had been in Tenth Division and known Rangiku Matsumoto long enough to recognize the feeling of her too-large chest being pressed against his head.
This was a common thing he shook off most the time. Though this time he wasn't just assaulted by one of her suffocating "hugs". This time she swung him around like a rag doll.
It was like the time she had forced him to go to what the humans called an "amusement park" (which he didn't find amusing even in the slightest). She had dragged him on some sort of ride that looked like a giant flying saucer. The inside was dark with padded plates on the wall that moved up and down. When the ride started, the saucer would spin around like mad, pinning them to the wall. It left him dizzy and disoriented. This was a lot like that ride.
He struggled against her iron grip. "Matsumoto let go of me! I'm not a toy for you to swing around!"

Breaking free of her grip Rangiku pouted, her lower lip pushed out. "But Taichou I was so worried about you." At the snap of your fingers her mood changed. "But you're back now!" She squealed again throwing her arms up in the air going to grab him again for another hug. Toshiro side stepping causing her to stumble. Thankful she caught herself before she fell face first to the floor.
She turned quickly with her hands on her hips. "Where have you been!?" Her tone orderly.

"I was out on a mission gathering Intel! But never mind that, where have YOU been!?" He pointed at her desk over in the corner. His white brows knit together on suspicion, his turquoise eyes narrowing again.
"The ONLY time your desk is spotless is when you push all of your work onto Third Seat Ashimitsu! You're the laziest Soul Reaper to ever come though the Academy! Apart from Captain Shiba! So I don't believe for a second you finished everything that came in within a two week span. So either Ashimitsu competed it, or you're hiding it somewhere."
Hitsugaya crossed his arms and waited for her confession, a knowing and partly irritated expression on his face. "So out with it. Who finished the work? IF it even got done."

She gasp in surprise at his accusation. "Taichou! I can't believe you would think I pushed all my work off on poor Tsukiro. I will have you know I busted my butt doing that paperwork." She turned to her desk gesturing to it. She spun quickly around and point her finger out at him. "See I even have a paper cut to prove it!"
Toshiro looked at it and scoffed, "You probably got that from filing your nails."
Rangiku pulled her hand back with a huff. "Tsukiro did help though. That I will say, but only because Momo wanted to go shopping and asked me to go along with her. So he was a dear and did my paperwork that day."

A vein popped in his temple. The bridge of his nose scrunched up as he made that face he always did when he was trying to control his temper.
"Shopping? So you DID push it on to him." He gave her a look as if he were working the gears in his mind to come up with a punishment.
"Ok then. If you did do most of it, except for that ONE day..." He pointed over his shoulder with his thumb, with a blank look, his eyes almost apathetic. "Then you won't mind collecting this days rounds and completing the work while I finish writing my reports. Am I right?"

Rangiku shuffled her feet under her. "Well~" she started, "I kind of had plans for today since I did not know you were going to be here. Me and the gang were going to go have a few drinks."
The vein in Toshiro's forehead popped out again as Rangiku started whining. She then quickly cupped her hand together. "Well then~" she replied in a sing-song tone. "I see that went over well."
She stepped lively and darted toward the door.

"Matsumoto don't you dare leave this office!" However, like always, it was too late. She was already out the door and long gone. Hitsugaya ran to the door and looked around. No sign of her. He grit his teeth and clenched the door frame. "Matsumoto!!!"

"Ability vs. Responsibility":
Shunsui chuckled shortly as the two members of Division Ten guarding their barracks jumped to attention at the sight of his pink kimono down the road. That's definitely one perk to being Captain Commander, he noted to himself as he neared, getting to spook everyone. It also cheers you up momentarily. Small wonder Yama-jii was so amused by it.
"Hello there, good work," he saluted with his hat, chuckling as they visibly sagged. He grinned. "Were you falling asleep on the job?" One member paled. He snickered. "That face is priceless~"

Hitsugaya, sensing the captain commander's reiatsu long before he entered the Tenth Division barracks. He walked up to the gates, seeing Kyoraku laughing at his pale faced guards.
"Captain Commander," Hitsugaya bowed. "What brings you here?"

"Hello, Hitsugaya, there's no need to be so formal. I'm still the same," his laugh calmed, "I wish." He adjusted his hat. "Do you think you have some spare time to take a walk with me?'

Hitsugaya winced slightly. "If I may ask, may we keep it short. It seems my lieutenant and third seat have disappeared and left me to finish all the work."
