"A Noble Outing": (continued) As they entered the courtyard, Saya looked to Byakuya a smile pulling at the corners of her lips. "I think I can live with that, Kuchiki-sama." She step up beside him and decided to drop a subtle hint of her own.
"Your company suits me fine." She looked his way as the door to manor slid open and her lady in waiting gasp. "My Lady! What happen?! Are you alright!?" Saya turned to Byakuya. "Koko, please. Tend to our guest first." She looked to Koko, "Draw Kuchiki-sama a hot bath and find the finest to dress him in."
Koko nodded as Saya bowed to Byakuya. "I will see you for tea after?"

Byakuya nodded. “I think that can be managed.” As the lady in waiting hurried away, he added. “If you can endeavor to enjoy my company without soaking me with tea. Or losing another accessory. I do believe that it might be more than acceptable.”
He folded his arms as the chill wind rushed by them again. “You should go. I do not want to be the reason you become unwell.”
“But I told you I wouldn’t accept any blame for what happened.”
“For that incident perhaps. But what led you there?" he inquired.

She smiled at the man as he turned slightly but kept an eye on her. "My love for painting. Yours just inspired me to pick up my brush again. No blame. Just a thank you for reminding me of one of my many passions I enjoyed so greatly...before..." she paused, her smile becoming warm.
"I have missed out on many things over the years because I forgot how to enjoy life." She nodded to Byakuya her head lowering as she went to turn then stopped, looking back at him. "Kuchiki-sama." He turned looking at her with the calling of his name. Her hands were folded in front of her as her head tilted slightly.
"Would you join me for dinner tonight?"

Byakuya hesitated before turning around to face her again. "I would be glad to accept your generous offer, if you do not believe it will intrude on the time you now have with your daughter." He reached out to comb a long lock of hair out of her face, running his fingers down her cheek, before taking a step back again. "I know she is being punished here, but it does mean you have more time with her. And my presence may disturb that balance.”

Saya felt her cheeks warm and her flesh tingle from the delicate touch of his figertips. She smiled warmly with a small nod. "Thank you for your thoughts, but it seems my daughter has let her studies slide and I have given her the next few days of freedom to catch them up."
She pulled on the haori, covering herself as a chill ran through her. "So there will be no interference on either part." She smiled warmly at him, her eye holding a soft glow.

Byakuya’s slight smile returned. “Then I will accept, but if that is to be the case, I wish to insist on one thing.”
He paused as her lady in waiting returned and bowed to tell him the bath was ready. “Please give that bath to Lady Masunobu.”
“But Byakuya-sama-” Saya murmured
Byakuya turned back to her, his slate blue eyes catching and holding her dark glowing ones. “Lady Saya, please do not worry about propriety and take care of your own health first. The chill is not bothering me in the same way as it has been you. I will not suffer." He turned his eyes to the courtyard. "It would be most unfortunate if you caught a cold and weren't able to keep your dinner plans."

Saya smiled with a slight nod to the man before her. "I will move quickly. I would not want you to become ill either. Your position as Captain is much more important than mine at the moment." She looked to Koko once more.
"Make Byakuya-sama as comfortable as possible." She smiled looking to Byakuya once more. "Serve him a cup of my best spice tea. That will keep him warm until I have finished and he can have a warm bath himself."Koko nodded walking up to Byakuya, "this way please." Saya smiled at him one last time before that parted ways. Saya going to the bath and Byakuya going to the sitting room for tea. Moved

"Dinner with His Princess":After returning home Kin went straight to work to prepare for the dinner he was having with childhood friend and secret love. Once he had finished there he spent the rest of the afternoon trying to figure out what he would wear to the private dinner he set up for them. He did not want to steal the beauty that would be surrounding him he wanted to compliment it and let Suigetsu shine in all her beauty he had grown to know through the years. When the time finally arrived Kin waited for her arrival in front of the manor. He did not want anyone else stealing her away tonight it was their night and their night alone.
When the gates opened and she stepped through them, Kin felt his knees grow week as she walked slowly toward him in a kimono that was a deep, dark midnight blue, around the skirt portion of the kimono was a painted scene of a garden pond with the full moon reflected on the water's surface. Next to the pond was a sakura tree in full bloom, pink petals scattering in the wind and landing on the pond. The midnight blue portion of the kimono directly above the scenery was peppered with tiny white dots that looked exactly like stars to anyone that stood a certain distance from her. She shined as beautiful as the star filled sky about her. She had left her long hair down but pulled up at the sides and pinned in place with small star like pins he had bought her for one of her birthdays years ago. He did not even know she still had them.
He smiled warmly and finally got his feet to move toward her, but for some strange reason he felt like he was looking at her through a whole new set of eyes, and the closer they drew the more nervous he became.

Suigetsu practically vibrated with excitement as she walked though the gates to the Masanobu manor. She kept her hands inside her long, billowed sleeves, yet on the inside she wrung them nervously. Especially when she saw Kin.
Kin wore a medium gold men's kimono with long, furisode sleeves. Painted onto the sleeves and the bottom of the kimono were birds painted in blood orange and red colors. Covering his kimono was a blood orange, red and bright gold sleeveless haori with broad shoulders that were pointed at the ends. His obi was belt-like and deep red. His long coco powder hair was pulled into a high ponytail and pinned up with hair pins with rubies and red tassels on the ends.
The two of them together looked like polar opposites that harmonized perfectly--fall and spring. They were two different ends of the spectrum that complimented each other perfectly.
As the gap between them closed gradually, she noticed his eyes change from enamored to nervous. She smiled widely. "I'm glad I'm not the only one whose nerves are frayed," she teased him playfully, pulling her white fan with a blue carp painted onto it out of her sleeve and popping it open. She waved the fan in front of her face, covering her mouth and nose. She always loved how her exaggerated attempts at being "lady like" amused him.

He smiled warmly at her a faint chuckle behind it, he offered his arm as she link hers with his. He then lead her into the house. "We won't be bothered tonight. My brothers are out and mother and grandfather promised to leave us to to our own doing. Grandfather of course reminding me of my raising and how to treat a lady.""Lucky for you, I'm not a hard critic," she took his arm and smiled back, closing her fan and twirling it by its tassel. "Nor am I much of a lady by noble standards. Imagine how much different I would be if I was." Kin leaned closer to her and whispered to her. "I would probable hate you." Hearing her chuckle lightly they entered the manor as he lead her to the sitting room as they waited for dinner. "Tea or would you like to share a drink with me?"Moved

Bleach Unrated: REBOOTEDCurrent Arc: RejectionEpisode 412 “Childhood Friends”: (continued) Jiro’s head nodded slowly, “Mom doesn’t want me to join this year since it’s the first year back. She’s still a little paranoid about the whole Sousuke Aizen and the Vessel thing.” He paused with a sigh. “The takeover was not kind to any of us, and she is worried this--” He looked around at nothing in particular but at everything, “so-called ‘Reset’--the Commander and Urahara are calling it. She thinks it has something to do with either Aizen’s powers or the Vessel’s and everyone is just playing their part.”Makino nodded as they walked toward the front gate of the property. “She thinks it’s a conspiracy theory. I can understand her fear. It does seem odd that one minute we are in the middle of an all-out war to break free and in the blink of an eye everything is back to like it was before the takeover.” “Yeah, I guess,” Jiro’s hand lifted as he scratched the back of his head.
The two continued to talk as they made their way to the front gate, once reaching it and before they could exit, Jiro and Makino turned to the voice of Makino’s eldest brother, Kin.Moved
