"We hope the same, Kuchiki-sama," Saya expressed with a respectful nod."If we obtain any new information on the group, we will report it to you immediately, sir," Kin affirmed.Byakuya nodded and rose from the table, prompting the others to stand as well. "Shall I show you out, Kuchiki-sama, or would you prefer to leave the same way you came?" Saya offered. The captain shook his head. "As much as I appreciate the sentiment, until we know more about how this Robin Hood gang gets their information, I believe it would be best to limit our interaction where others may be able to see us." Saya nodded in agreement, "Be safe returning to your division, Kuchiki-sama, and we will be in touch."
With that, Kin showed Byakuya back out to the garden so he could leave as discreetly as he arrived.~END RP~ "Understanding His Actions"

Bleach Unrated: REBOOTEDCurrent Arc: The ChaosEpisode 551 "Plan of Action": Kin paced the length of the sitting room, his hands folded behind his back, deep in thought. The light filtering through the shoji screens created soft patterns on the floor, the shadows dancing in rhythm with the subtle breeze. He had found his three younger brothers scattered throughout the estate. Kouen had been in the dojo, his strikes sharp and focused; Shirou, with his quiet intellect, had been engrossed in a book, the pages turning lazily in the stillness of his room; and Hakuryuu, ever precise, had been practicing his calligraphy, his brush moving in fluid, deliberate strokes.
He had given them all the same message—ten minutes. Ten minutes to gather in the sitting room and discuss a matter of some importance. And now, Kin waited.
Koko entered quietly, her presence hardly noticeable except for the faint sound of the door sliding open. She moved with practiced grace, setting down a tray with a steaming pot of freshly brewed tea and four delicate cups, their designs intricate but understated, much like the estate itself. Kin acknowledged her with a nod, and she left without a word, leaving only the comforting aroma of green tea in her wake.
He took a seat, settling his thoughts as he poured a cup for himself, the action mechanical but soothing. His mind was elsewhere, however, focused on the task at hand. The young lady, Fuu Ayumu, had become a pressing topic—one that Suigetsu had insisted they address sooner rather than later. The plan was already in motion, but his brothers needed to understand the gravity of the situation. Suigetsu, always several steps ahead, had her reasons for her interest in Fuu, but Kin knew there were deeper layers yet to be revealed.
The door slid open once more, and Kouen entered first, his brow glistening from training. His fiery nature was barely concealed beneath his calm expression, the weight of his curiosity hanging in the air. Without a word, he sat down opposite Kin, his eyes sharp, waiting for an explanation.
Shirou followed shortly, book still in hand, though his eyes no longer moved across its pages. He placed it aside as he took his seat next to Kouen, his quiet demeanor betraying little of the sharp intellect Kin knew lay within. Shirou was always observing, always calculating.
Lastly, Hakuryuu entered, his hands still stained with ink, though his movements remained pristine. He took his place beside Shirou, his gaze steady and calm, as if he had just finished composing one of his elegant scripts. The three of them now sat before Kin, the unspoken tension in the air palpable.
Kin took a breath, carefully placing his teacup on the table. "Thank you for coming," he began, his voice even. "We need to talk about Fuu Ayumu and what Suigetsu has planned for her."Kouen, ever the direct one, leaned forward slightly. "What does Suigetsu-sama want with her? Why now?"Kin paused, considering his words. "It's more complicated than it appears. Fuu Ayumu has uncovered something—something dangerous. Suigetsu believes she can be... useful to our cause, but we need to be cautious. We can't let this slip out of our control."Shirou spoke next, his voice quiet but firm. "And what is our role in this?" Kin met his brother's gaze. "Our role is to ensure the plan goes smoothly. Suigetsu has already set things in motion, but she needs our support. Fuu is sharp—she'll figure things out quickly if we aren't careful. We can't afford any missteps."Hakuryuu, who had remained silent, finally spoke, his tone thoughtful. "And what of Fuu? Does she know she's being watched?"Kin's expression darkened slightly. "Not yet. But she will soon enough."

Hakuryuu stood firm and crossed his arms, tilting his head at his older brother. "So, I'm assuming one of us will be following her. Should be easy enough. Keen intellect or not, she won't be able to spot us, even if she knows she's being followed. As for Suigetsu-sama, are we going to be privy to this plan of hers, or will she keep it to herself until the last minute?"
Shirou turned to Hakuryuu and smirked at him. "What? Are you doubting our soon to be sister in law?"
Hakuryuu shook his head with a scoff. "No, but we also know that she likes to drag out her games of chess at times, and often times that means keeping us in the dark until we absolutely need to know. I'm not sure what this reporter can do for us other than continue to stick her nose into things she has no business sniffing around in. Unless that's exactly what Suigetsu-sama is counting on."

Kin listened to Hakuryuu and Shirou's exchange, his fingers lightly resting on the edge of his teacup. He had expected Hakuryuu's skepticism, but it was Shirou's playful jab that eased the tension in the room, if only for a moment. The lightheartedness, however, could not distract from the serious matter at hand—Suigetsu's plan and their role in it.
Setting his cup down, Kin intertwined his fingers and leaned forward, his expression calm but his tone firm. "You’re right to question it, Hakuryuu. Suigetsu often keeps her cards close to her chest, but in this case, we need to understand her plan for it to work."
Kouen, ever blunt, interrupted, his eyes sharp. "So let me guess. The dangerous thing Fuu uncovered—it’s the Masanobu Assassins, isn’t it?"
Hakuryuu and Shirou both gasped, their eyes shifting from Kouen to Kin in quick succession. The shock was evident on their faces.
"Is that true, Kin?" Hakuryuu asked, his voice a mix of disbelief and urgency.
"And Suigetsu is letting her run free with that knowledge?" Shirou added, his brows furrowed in concern.
Kin sighed and nodded, choosing his words carefully. "Yes. But when Fuu realized what she had stumbled upon, she was smart enough to approach the Koriyama family directly. That’s the only reason she isn’t already a target. Fuu started out investigating the Robin Hood group, but instead, she uncovered secrets tied to the Masanobu Assassins. It’s more than we can afford to let slip."
The weight of his words hung heavy in the room, the severity of the situation settling in. Suigetsu’s gamble was a dangerous one, but Fuu’s quick thinking had, for now, kept the chaos at bay.

Kouen’s gaze hardened, the seriousness of Kin's explanation sinking in. He leaned back slightly, crossing his arms over his chest, clearly not pleased with the situation.
"So, we're just going to let her keep digging around in something this dangerous?" Kouen's voice was calm but carried an edge. "I get that she's smart, but intelligence doesn't protect someone from the wrong blade at their throat."
"Suigetsu has devised a plan to have Fuu investigate the Robin Hood group for us since we cannot seem to find anything on them. What makes this advantageous is that Fuu is driven—she thinks she's onto something big, and she is. What Suigetsu intends is for Fuu to keep digging, but under our guidance."
Kouen furrowed his brow. "You mean we're using Fuu as a pawn?"
He glanced at his brothers, then back at Kin, his brow furrowed in concern. "And what about the Gotei? Are they going to let Suigetsu-sama gamble with this reporter’s life like this? If things start crashing down, and anyone finds out she’s under our influence, it’s over for us all."

"Hmmmm," Shirou hummed, placing a hand on his chin. He sighed heavily with a slow shake of his head. "Well, Suigetsu-sama has proven time and time again that her unorthodox methods have resulted in great things. She gives us born-nobles a heart attack in the process, but she always proves herself. Although she can also be cunning and sly like any born-noble I've met. I may not see her immediate vision or intention in this, but I trust her."
Shirou turned to each of his brothers, then turned to Kin. "But I have to agree. What will the Gotei think when they learn she's snagged one of their high ranking officers for herself? What would Byakuya Kuchiki think?"

Kin’s expression grew more serious as he leaned back in his seat, letting Shirou’s words settle for a moment. He understood Shirou’s confidence in Suigetsu’s methods, but the stakes here were too high for blind trust.
"Shirou, Kouen—both of you make valid points," Kin said, his voice low but firm. "But let me make one thing clear. Under no circumstances can Captain Kuchiki find out about this. If he catches even a hint of Fuu’s involvement or Suigetsu’s plans, everything will unravel. We’re not just talking about the investigation being compromised—he will reprimand Suigetsu, and I don’t know how far he’ll go with Fuu. He may see her as a rogue element, and in his eyes, that’s unforgivable."
Kin leaned forward, his fingers lacing together. "Byakuya is meticulous, calculating. He has his own way of handling things within the Gotei 13, and if he thinks one of his officers—especially one as sharp as Fuu—has been swept into something under our control, he’ll consider it a violation of his authority. He’ll stop at nothing to correct it. That means pulling her off this entirely and maybe worse, depending on how deep this gets. You know how protective he is of the Kuchiki name and their alliances."
Kin’s gaze swept across his brothers, his tone sharpening. "This isn't just a matter of trust in Suigetsu’s methods. It’s about managing a delicate situation where we have to keep the Masanobus hidden, Fuu safe, and Byakuya completely in the dark. If he steps in, he could destroy what we've worked so hard to keep secret—and worse, it will expose the Koriyamas and us. We can’t afford that."
He paused, letting the gravity of his words sink in before adding, "So whatever we do, it has to be done without alerting him. That’s non-negotiable."

"We're not assassins in name only," Hakuryuu stated firmly. "We do our jobs well. Byakuya Kuchiki will not find out about this. And whatever Suigetsu-sama's ultimate goal is, which I can only assume is for the benefit of both of our clans and the greater good, will be achieved."
He sighed and rubbed the spot between his brows where he felt a headache coming on. "I just wish she would give us a little more to go on. But I'm sure if we knew it might cloud our judgement or distract us from the task at hand. She's more than earned her title as Head of the Koriyama Clan, so we follow her orders." Hakuryuu looked towards Kin. "And yours."

Kouen leaned back in his chair, nodding in agreement with Hakuryuu's statement. He understood his brother’s frustration, but also the weight of the situation.
"I have to agree with Niidono," Kouen said thoughtfully, his voice steady. "More information would be invaluable right now. We’re not amateurs; we know how to keep things hidden and execute our roles efficiently. But when it comes to navigating the politics and shadows of both the Gotei and the noble clans, even the best assassin can benefit from a bit more clarity."
"I can give you as much information as you like, Suigetsu wants this to go off without a hitch." Kin told his brothers.
"Well then," Kouen sat up looking at his other two brothers, then to Kin. "What's the endgame here?"
Shirou raised an eyebrow at Kouen, leaning back with a half-smirk playing on his lips. "Seriously, Kouen? You’re fine with knowing just the bare minimum? No curiosity about the details in between?" He tapped his fingers lightly on the arm of his chair, his tone teasing but laced with genuine intrigue. "I’d personally like to know more before we blindly follow along—call it a professional interest." Shirou’s gaze shifted to Kin, the teasing tone fading slightly. "But I guess I’m just the curious one."
"Just do an info dump on us so everyone will be happy." Kouen rolled his eyes. "Another hour sitting here." Kouen grumbled under his breath.

"I already said that Suigetsu was having Fuu investigate under our guidance. She of course is investigating the Robin Hood group. Suigetsu believes that the Robin Hood group is losing their touch. She wants to find out why and hopefully keep them from self-destructing. She believes the notes the Masanobu clan was left at the scenes is evidence of this. The ultimate goal is making sure the Robin Hood group's legacy is preserved."
"And from there?" Kouen questioned with a raised brow. He looked on at Kin as he sat in silence. "Come on Niisama?! There is more to this, so spill it. There is no way that's everything. What are we getting out of this? There is no way in Hell it's that simple."
Kin sighed, running a hand through his hair before shaking his head slightly. "Suigetsu's ultimate goal is to bring the Robin Hood group in line with the Masanobu Assassins, to convince them to work together."
The room exploded with disbelief. Shirou leaned forward, his eyes wide. Hakuryuu crossed his arms tightly, tension rippling through his posture, while Kouen's expression darkened, his brow furrowed in deep thought. The atmosphere, which had been calm moments ago, was now charged with unspoken concerns and questions.

"Well," Shirou said with a heavy sigh, leaning back into his chair. He let the silence that had fallen between them linger for a moment longer. "That is not what I expected you to say... I have many questions, but I'm not sure I know where to start.
Shirou tried to imagine a scenario in which the Robin Hood group was working with them. Along side them. How would that even work? Wouldn't they just get in each other's way? Part of the reason the two clans had co existed this long was because they passed each other like ships in the night. But working with them? What sort of chaos would that bring?

Hakuryuu gave a huff and shook his head, his arms still crossed. "Oh, I know exactly where to start. How about with: how does she expect us to work with them? Does she expect us to become thieves and them assassins? How does she expect to get them on our side once she finds them? I doubt they'll agree just because she asked kindly."
He threw his arms out to his sides. "And how does she expect us to react to this? With open arms? Wagging our tails obediently? Do we even get a say in this? Not to mention, why does this matter so much? They steal from those we kill and give part of the riches to the poor. They're the guardian deities of Rukongai. Congratulations. What does that have to do with the Masanobus and the Koriyamas? If they get caught, it's not up to us to save them. We have our own clan to protect."

Kin let out a slow breath, his gaze steady as Hakuryuu's frustration filled the room. He didn’t react immediately, waiting for the silence to settle before speaking in his usual composed manner.
"She doesn’t expect us to change who we are, Hakuryuu," Kin began, his voice calm but firm. "We're assassins. The Robin Hoods are thieves. There will be no crossovers—no one's asking us to become something we’re not. Nor is she asking the Robin Hood group to become something they are not. Suigetsu understands that better than anyone. She knows there will be tension, even hard feelings between us and them. After all, they’ve spent their time mocking our work, taking pride in being the so-called 'guardian deities' of Rukongai while we remain in the shadows."

Shirou thought long and hard about Kin's words and Suigetsu's intentions, humming to himself. He took a deep breath and spoke once he had processed everything their brother was saying. "Well, if the Robin Hood clan is everything the Rukongai villagers claim they are, then perhaps they can only serve to make the Koriyama clan stronger and benefit both the Seireitei and the Rukongai even more than the two of us separately already do."
"Until they go decide they don't like answering to Suigetsu and go rogue," Hakuryuu scoffed. "We have no reason to trust them."
"And we're assassins," Shirou countered, shaking his head. "They have even less reason to trust us." He gestured around the room to his other brothers. "Why, I'm sure one of the three of you was contemplating the best way to kill them all just for leaving us a silly little note to poke fun at us. Far better men have been killed for far less than wounded pride."

Kin let out a deep sigh, his jaw tightening as he rubbed the back of his neck. "Believe me, I’m as angry as any of you about their childish mockery. It’s not just wounded pride—it’s their complete disregard for the work we do in the shadows to maintain balance." He paused, glancing at each of his brothers, before continuing, "But if Suigetsu’s plan works, if this alliance benefits both us and the Koriyamas in the long run, I’m willing to forgive and forget."
His voice softened slightly, though the tension was still there. "We have to think bigger than our personal frustrations. Suigetsu sees something in this, and if it works, it could be to our advantage. I’m willing to put aside my anger—for now."
Kouen crossed his arms over his chest, a low growl rumbling in his throat. "Forgive and forget, huh? Well, the one who left those notes mocking us will get a good ass-kicking from me first and foremost before any agreements are made. They think they can taunt us without consequence? Not a chance."
Kin remained silent, letting his brothers vent, but his gaze stayed steady. He understood their concerns, but he also understood Suigetsu’s vision—and he trusted her enough to see it through.
