Thinking he was Yumiko, the commander's lieutenant Nanao stepped toward him. He drew his swords and lashed out at her as he transformed back to himself. However, his attack was blocked.

Shunsui cursed as blood splattered across his back from quickly turning and protecting Nanao from the shape-shifting espada. Pushing her away, he whirled around, his zanpakuto switching in an instant, and sliced the espada down his shoulder and through his torso. His eyes blazed. "You'll pay for both of those stunts with your head," he growled.

Gin's grin froze and he completely missed the bloody meeting between the espada Loki and the commander. Why would his master want Izuru? As Aizen turned to give orders to Whisper to follow him, he chuckled quietly, hiding his eyes behind his sliver bangs. Drawing his blade, his smile slowly morphed to an evil smirk of his own. "Very well, Aizen-san," he whispered, the grip on his blade hard. He vanished.

Loki laughed as he looked down at his chest. It was already starting to regenerate. "Will I?" He lunged at the commander as both their swords clashed ringing out around them. Loki turned coming around beside the commander and slashed outward with one sword at his side as his other sword was still lock with one of the commanders. Loki caught the commanders haori slicing is wide open from his arm to the hem.
Loki laughed again drawing his swords to him as the commander spun and faced him. The two locked swords again.

Seeing Gin come toward him Izuru's eyes widened, but he drew his blade and called forth his zanpakuto. "Wabisuke! Raise your head!" His blade transformed as he held it tightly with both hands.
Just then, the female espada with blue hair landed beside him a few few away.

Whisper looked to Gin and smiled as she played with one of her blue fireballs. Her head tilted slightly. "Can we play with him first? Before we take him captive that is." She looked back to Izuru. "I won't hurt him much. Just singe a few hairs is all." She giggles softly and stepped toward him.

Shocked, her spectacles spattered with blood, Lieutenant Nanao stayed bent over, looking over her shaking arms to the whirling crimson duel between her captain and fiendish espada. Her heart shook in her chest. A cry of rage from Renji and Hisagi broke through the haze.
She stood up, glaring at their enemies, just as Ichimaru Gin disappeared from Aizen's side and went towards - Lieutenant Izuru!? Eyes narrowed, she shunpo'ed to Orhime's side, and she spread her arms wide.
"Soren Soukatsu." A lage pale blue arrow shot towards Gin and the blue-haired espada.
"Hisagi," she gasped, "protect Izuru. Renji, get Orihime out of here and get Captain Mutsu from Fourth. Immediately!"

Hisagi whipped around and took off toward Izuru in a flash. Zanpakuto already drawn he looked at Gin and the espada. "Not such a fair fight. Two against one?"

Byakuya's eyes narrowed as Lieutenant Ise's cry and blast reached his ears. Quickly scanning, he saw the snake Ichimaru and a new espada approach Lieutenant Kira. "Chire, Senbonzakura." He altered his course from one traitor to the other's espada, raising his hand to direct his blades more precisely.

As Whisper's flame swept around him blocking the Kido blast, Hisagi landed near Izuru. Gin clicked his tongue, not amused. He did not need this to be any more difficult than it already was.
"Look, yer makin' this a lot harder than it 'as to be." His raised Shinsou. "Even with yer tricky blades, Hisagi-san" he quipped, "it's going to be difficult to fend yourself from both myself and my helper. Just surrender. You saw how it went before the fighting broke out. It will just git worse~"

Whisper spun hearing the sounds of whooshing winds coming their way. She smirked as she saw thousands of tiny cherry blossoms rushing toward them. She drew her zanpakuto holding it above her head.
“Rise from the ash Phoenix!”
A giant blue Phoenix swooped down burning all of Byakuya’s petals to senders. She laughed and looked at him. “Nothing better from the Captain of the sixth?”

"It don't matter how it turns out. I won't leave a friend in need and I won't let Izuru to fend off two against one." Hisagi told Gin keeping his eyes trained on him.

Byakuya's eyes narrowed and tightened his hands. The blades rose up again and cut through one wing of the phoenix in a blur of pale blossoms. "Don't underestimate mine," he murmured and sent two more swirls her way with his hands, feeding more concentration into his zanpakuto. "It will be your demise."

Whisper chuckled raising her hand again as the Phoenix reformed burning brighter and hotter than before. "I heard your old Commander use to wield fire. They said it was pretty hot. Burned everything to ashe it touched." She tilted her head. "But his flame was red." She looked to Byakuya and raised her hand palm out toward him. "Do you know what the hottest part of a flame is Captain?"
She dropped her hand as her Phoenix shot toward Byakuya.
"The blue part. I burn things to nonexistence. There is not even ash left behind." She so kindly informed him as her flames engulfed him and his petals.

"Thanks Hisagi, but we both know he is right." Izuru said.
Hisagi looked to Izuru with narrowed eyes. "That don't mean shit! I am not letting Gin walk in here and think he can do what he wants. The bastard already has one of my friends. I am not going to let him have another. To take or kill!"
Izuru smiled weakly and nodded his head. "You're right. Lets push them back." He looked over at the espada. "She is busy with Captain Kuchiki. Between you and me we can do this."
