"Time Moves Forward": (continued)
Hueco Mundo was empty, cold, and vast, and even if Aizen had a handful of the most powerful hollows in his service looking for him, Gin had something they didn't. The ability to completely disappear. His tall figure rippled into being after the search party faded over the horizon. Apparently, Aizen was still searching for him. He grinned. That was good. His hand tightened on Shinsou as he felt a wistful wave, tinged with sorrow, from another direction. He wandered in the opposite direction.
Shinsou swung through the large boulder once, toppling it and then returned three, four, twelve times before it fell on the ground next to him. A cut opened on the silver-haired reaper's cheek, healing almost immediately. Gin withdrew his zanpakuto. This warm up kept his emotions in check. Receiving feedback from Kita was a double-edged sword from this power. It kept him focused, but certain feelings gave rise to his bloodlust, a thick vicious desire not easily calmed out here in the long landscape around him.
If he came across any hollows at that time, they died. Brutally. He barely stopped himself at smaller ones and not because he was satisfied.
Because of Kita.
He closed his eyes. "You really are the light, dearest. When will I see you again? How long will your heart allow you to obey Aizen's twisted wishes?"
