Saito grinned madly as he stepped toward the tiny woman. "Well, if you insist on this beating, tiny teach, we'll gladly do it." His hands rested to his hips as he looked down at the teacher. "Ready?" he said mockingly.
"Don't be stupid, Shimizu!" shouted Etsuya. "She's doing this because none of us can beat her!"
"Yeah! But, if we team up on tiny teach we could beat her good."
Etsuya shook his head. "You're an even bigger idiot than I thought you were."
"Besides~, Etsuya. This outfit of hers leaves hardly anything to the imagination. And, I'm dying to see what she looks like when she gets moving." Saito grinned as he drew his blade. "Come on, tiny teach. Bring it on!"

"Ah, you must be Saito Shimizu." laughed Ryo, shaking her head. "The lovable oaf. I'm a bit disappointed that you go first." A ring of fire erupted from the ground as Ryo began to circle the boy. "Here are the rules. If you're knocked out the ring, you lose. If you choose not to fight, you lose."
"What happens when we lose?" grunted Saito.
"Oh! That's the really fun part. Those who lose will be divided among the Divisions for a day." The students grew loud in their excitement. "You all sound so excited. But, you should really let me finish." A smirk tugged at the woman's lips. "You will be divided among the Divisions, without your zanpakuto, to do absolutely nothing but clean and cater to them. And, at the end of the evening, you all will gather your strength to prepare a meal for the masses. Sounds good, yes?"
Oda sighed as he rested a hand to his zanpakuto. "It sounds to me like there is no lesson in this."
Ryo smiled at the boy. "There is a lesson in everything, Oda Kikiyo. And, I assure, this lesson is not in the consequence. It's in the fight itself."

After her brief moment of rest in the courtyard, Makino decided go to the Academy, or better, the Zanjutsu Training hall. She had heard they had a new instructor, she wanted to see who and how well of an instructor they were getting. Sitting to the back of the class listening to the new instructor and the students with the instructor's challenge to get her to one knee.
Makino nodded her head as she listened to Oda spout off about a lesson to be learned and the instructor tell him that there is a lesson in everything. Hearing a few of the students mutter among themselves wondering what the instructor was trying to teach them, Makino sighed as her head shook.
"And in this case. 'It's never underestimate your opponent'." She announced not meaning to, but the words just slipped out from the annoyance of the idiots that just did not get it.

Ryo disappeared from the center of the group, appearing beside the young Tori. "Very good. Makino Tori." Ryo looked to the girl with a smile. "I assume that since you are still injured, you are choosing not to fight?"
"Doesn't that mean I lose?" asked Makino.
"Of course, it does." Ryo smiled wide.
"Even if I am under strict orders not to be here by Captain Kuchiki?"
"Well, you should learn to follow orders." Ryo shook her head with a smile. "If you are under orders of Captain Kuchiki, losing here is the least you have to worry about, today."

Makino smiled and stood next to the instructor her height, even on her crutches, making her have to look down at her. "A very good point you bring up there, Captain Komamura, but with being on strict medical watch. I had to get out of that room. I would love to partake. I am sure there is much you could teach me., but if I become more injured in your lesson it could cause me to have to drop out of the Academy completely." She looked out to the field where the others stood.
"But I wish you all the luck in the realm with the ones you have to deal with in this class. Maybe when I am back on my own two feet you can offer this training again. I am sure there is a lot I could learn from you with it." She bowed to her new instructor with a bright smile.
"I need to be getting back to the Fourth Division, Captain. My brother should be there soon to get me." She bowed again, "I am glad I stopped by, its nice to know we have Captain Ryo Komamura as our new instructor. Have a good day Captain." Makino turned and walked toward the exiting gate of the field.Return

Ryo shook her head as she looked to Tori. "Understand this, Makino Tori. This unwarranted air of arrogance about you will be the reason you fall first. And, until you understand and shed it, you're no better than the people you think are beneath you." Ignoring the girl as she turned back around, Ryo turned to face the rest of the students. "That goes for the rest of you. I dislike arrogance. Get rid of it."
"You're a bit arrogant yourself, tiny teach." said Saito, resting the blade of his zanpakuto on his shoulder.
"If there is even a bit of arrogance about me, Saito Shimizu, it is because I've earned it. All of you who think you're something because of the families you've come from or the tasks you've taken thus far, you're nothing. You all are nothing. Blank. Clean slates. You want your name, you earn it."
Etsuya called on his power, and pointed his bo staff at the teacher. "You're not being very encouraging here, Sensei. You're supposed to build us, not tell us that we're nothing."
"Why should I lie to you?" questioned Ryo. She disappeared, quickly dodging an attack from Shimizu. She reappeared in the center of the group. "None of you understand the shit names you've made for yourself thus far. Hm?" Ryo looked around. "Okay. Let's start with some of the students that aren't here. Ryusuke Tanahashi, and Yukio Mori. They revel in isolation, mistaking it for solitude, because no one is on par with them. Kaemon Kaiba. Got himself arrested because he sought out an easy way to live; all because he saw himself above everyone. Haru Usui. Well, he's new and is excused. Riku Asuhara. A boy who condemns self indulgence but dwells in the midst of promiscuity."
Ryo narrowed her eyes at the group, some of them murmuring while others remained quiet. "I am sorry if my words seem harsh or even untrue to you. Many of you are in your second and third year and its a wonder how you've made it this far. You'll have to do better with me here. If a man wished to be Captain, he fought me. If you wish to join he Gotei, you'll have the same obstacle to go through."

A bolt of kido ripped through the group, scattering the students. It was aimed at the yammering vixen standing in the center of the mass. "You're speaking as if none of the current Captains or Lieutenants were snot nosed brats at one time or another." Another bolt of kido rang out. "And, you, I'm sure, were not saint! So, why then, do you speak to us so harshly?"
Ryo narrowed her eyes at the student. He appeared in front of her, his blade drawn. "How cute." Ryo raised a hand to the boy's forehead and plucked him. The boy went flying through the crowd.
Kikiyo grunted from the ground. "Damn it."

Saito yelled as he stomped his way through the students, sword and shield in hand. He rammed the teach with the shield, causing her to stumble. Saito grinned as he charged at her with his sword. "Yeah! What Oda said!" He swung at the teacher, each time she evading his swings with little effort. Saito narrowed his eyes as he looking to the grinning teacher. "What the hell, tiny teach?!"
Ryo shunpo'd over to the boy, grabbing by the arm. She quickly brought the boy over her head and slammed him into the ground. She placed a foot to the boys chest as she was quickly surrounded by students with swords drawn. "Oh? Have we found our resolve?"
Saito reached up and grabbed the teacher's leg. She wouldn't budge as he tried to lift her. "What. The. Hell?! How much do you weigh?!"

Ryo quickly removed her foot from the boys chest and slid it beneath him. She launched him into the air with a swift kick. "That's not something you ask a woman!" she grunted through a grinned as she appeared above Shimizu while he was in the air. A heavy foot hit him in the chest, knocking him back down. Ryo landed next to him, as her flames ripped through the grounf, further dispersing the students.
A student rushed her, trying hardest to take out her legs. Another student grabbed her from behind and trying to push her forward. But, Ryo did not budge. She only laughed as more students piled on top of her. "I'm used to having a 700 lb man on top of me every night. Do you all really think this bothers me?!" Ryo disappeared from beneath the mass of students and reappeared a few feet away from the groaning pile. "Come on. This is the most one-sided fair fight, I've ever seen. You guys can try harder." she laughed.

Etsuya let his staff whistle as he brought its end to the bend of the Captain's knee as hard as he could. The woman buckled, just slightly, drawing a grunt from Etsuya. He swung his staff again, repeating his attack. His whistle grew louder as he grew angry with the fact that she wouldn't go down.
Ryo covered her ears and narrowed her eyes at the boy. "Knock it off, Tanimoto." she said, raising a hand. Ryo looked around as the boy's whistle grew louder and started to effect the other students. "Stop!"
Etsuya threw his staff to the ground and charged at the Captain. It was like running into a brick wall. He shook off the shock and did it again. Oda followed in behind him.

Ryo quickly found herself laughing as the students continued to charge at her. "Alright." She waved her hands, sending out a push of kido that knocked all of the students outside of her ring of fire. "Nice to see you all are so easily set off." Ryo calmed her flames. "Look...Do I mean everything I said? Yes. Is it the truth? Yes. Do I think you all are a bunch of failures?" She looked around the ground of defeated students. "No. You all are the future of the Gotei 13. That being said, and each of you being outside of the ring, your journeys toward greatness starts today." "One-sided fights aren't fair, Sensei." said Etsuya, dusting himself off. "And, if you wanted to teach us the lesson to never underestimate our opponent, you could have done this differently." "Oh?" questioned Ryo. "Was that my lesson? Or, is that what you went with because Makino Tori said it? Look my lesson was to simply give you all a dose of reality. To get you to shape up. Or, get it in your head that you need to leave." "So, being mean is ya game, eh?!" grunted Saito. Ryo chuckled. "I'm not a mean person. Just a really blunt person with convoluted methods." Ryo turned to leave the group as students aides came over. "Let's...change the rules a bit. You all are exempt from the loser consequences. However, I leave it to you all to inform Tanahashi, Mori, Asuhara, Usui, Nakane, Ichimaru, Tori and any other student missing that they are all to meet me on the grounds of the seventh division tomorrow morning. If they don't, they can consider themselves dismissed from the Shino Academy." "You can't do that!" shouted Oda."Can't I?" "No?" questioned Etsuya. Ryo smiled and left the group to the aides who had began tending to whatever injuries they may have gotten. ~ END RP ~ "Final Hours of Haze":
