"My idea is similar to Hitsugaya's proposal," Juushiro continued. "And the time you have mentioned, the rebelling of our zanpakutos, was a short time. It is very different, a short time, not a full ten years without have the second part of your soul with you. And to not allow the young of our kind to find that bond could be harmful to their confidence and belief in themselves." He paused, aware of time limit mentioned, and lowered his head. "Kido is not for every solider either. Seal the captains' and lieutentants' blades for the full ten years. Please return the others in intervals of a few years. Is that possible? Not all of the flame took the same damage, so perhaps the price can be varied."

Kisuke stepped up offering Benihime to the God. "To save my friends I will gladly give Hime for the cause. The bond between she and I is not one that will be severed so easily. And it is not like we will be weak and defenseless. I have my strength, my reiatsu. My blade will still cut and purify a soul. After all, it is a soul cutters blade."
He looked to the God. "I am in."

Alister looked to the petite Captain. "What do you believe your blade is worth to me, child?" His gaze drifted to the Captain and Shopkeeper. "This is not a bargain, gentlemen. All or nothing. And, time is not on your side. Decide."
Juushiro frowned and then nodded. "I understand. Do it and you have my gratitude for your assistance."

Kisuke slid Benihime back in his belt and walked over to Juushiro resting his hand to his shoulder. "We will be fine. We have pulled through tougher times, and look at it this way. This could improve the strength of the Gotei."
Everyone in the room looked to Kisuke as he smiled adjusting his hat and shrugged his shoulders. "Just a thought, but the ones not so swell with Kido--will have to step up their game and improve that skill."
Vacanze looked at the God, "what about the zanpakuto's that belong to the Espada? The Arrancar? They are nothing like the powers of the soul reapers."
Kisuke looked to Vacanze then to the God, Vacanze did have a point there. "Yeah. What about theirs?"

Alister looked to the Espada. "I said every zanpakuto in existence or to be manifested. You will still have your hollow abilities. But, like the Soul Reapers, you will lack the ability to call on your power."
"Once your ten years are complete, the return of power shall begin with the zanpakuto yet to be manifested. And, from that point on, twenty percent of the zanpakuto shall be restored to you every year." Alister turned to the petite Captain with a smile. "Is there anything else you would like to demand?"

Kisuke looked to the now human Toshiro with shock that he offered up his immortality as well. Not to mention shocked at the comment the God made about a crush Toshiro had.
"You need to learn to hold your tongue Toshiro. The Gotei is going to need you. Now there is no chance in that."

"Have you learned nothing from this conversation, child?" Alister looked to Histsugaya with narrowed eyes. "Let the pain of another be a burning reminder that you are not as wise or clever as you think yourself to be." Alister looked to the Captain Commander. "He will wake up to a dark world. With you to thank for it."
Alister looked to the Shopkeeper. "You have offered so much of yourself for these people. I will not take more than what I have from you. Your humility is admirable."

As everyone in the room gasped and Captain Kotetsu stuck the irrate Hitsugaya with a needle to calm his nerves, Yumiko, still pale at the though of losing Mizue no Kagami so soon after earning her back, walked up to the god again. "Allister, please spare Kyoraku-san," she said. She lowered her head. "It's hard enough losing your zanpakuto. Adding the loss of your sight to that.... is cruel."

"Everything has it's price, dear Ryouma." Alister folded his arms across his chest. "Perhaps, this was what the Captain wanted. Or, perhaps this should be a lesson in humility. Either way, this was his price." He looked down at the woman. "Now, if you will excuse me, I have a fire to quell."

"That's how you do it huh? Punish others for things someone else says to you? Why not just me?" He yanked the needle from his arm, "I was right you are spineless." He placed his hand on the god, "you are no better than...." But as he did his body froze, and his eyes glazed over.

Renji walked in the room seeing a tall red-headed man standing before Yumiko. He drew his zanpakuto quickly not knowing who this man was. Kisuke quickly stepping in front of him pushing his blade downward.
"What the hell Hat and Clogs?!" Renji exclaimed as both looked to Toshiro with his outburst.
"That's Alister the God of Fire." Kisuke shook his head, "don't get cocky with him as you can see."
They both looked at the frozen Toshiro.

Alister palmed the child's face. "I have had enough of you! You are an arrogant fool who has been acting quite unlike himself for the entirety of our conversation! It. Ends. Now! I will humble you! Not only are you human now..." Flames began to dance around the petite Captain as he hung from the god's grasp. "But, for as long as I will it, you are mute and blind! All of this until you learn to be humble! Your Captain Commander can have his sight back." He threw the child to the floor. "Now!"
Alister looked to the flame trapped inside of the jar. He raised his hand, snapping his fingers as he did. And, in an instant, the flame was gone. "You get no grand display from me. I have grown tired and want nothing to do with you all for quite some time." Alister closed his eyes and shook his head. "I am through until the end of the fifteen years I have given you."
