"Half Full": (continued) Toshiro headed to Kita directly. Was she ok? He opened the door, "Kita?" He called quietly.

Kita rolled over hearing Toshiro. Her face was red from crying, her eyes swollen and almost shut. She shook her head slowly, "They're dead. Vale had one of his Espada kill them." she buried her face back in the pillow. "He killed them." She sobbed.

He walked over to her and sat on the edge of the bed, and wiped a tear from her cheek. "I thought they were hidden, how did he find them?"

"Kisuke..." she sniffled, "had just returned them--back home--the day before." Her speech broken as she spoke between sobs. "The espada cut off their heads."

A small sadistic grin appeared across his lips before vanishing quickly, "Then we will just have to remove theirs." He got up and walked across the room,"Damn bastards beat me," his other side thought darkly. "Did they go back to Los Noches?"

Kita shook her head. "I don't know. I am guessing yes." She pushed up in bed swinging her legs around until her feet touched the floor. Standing she looked at Toshiro shaking her head. "I want to know what Espada did this and when I find out I will crush the life out of him." She stepped toward the door of the room as she wiped away her lingering tears before more fell.

Kita stopped at the door turning around she looked at Toshiro confused. "Where did you hear that?"
Toshiro raised a brow, "Hm?"
"Where did you hear I was powerless?" Kita repeated.

Kita shook her head. "I have lost nothing, Captain. Sumi still dwells deep inside me, she has just retreated to rest in your time of peace." She smiled at Toshiro as she rested her hand over her stomach. "Don't worry. She still protects us. She will never let that guard down."
She took a deep breath and exhaled. "I just wish Gin..." Kita fell silent hanging her head as her tears started falling steadily again. "I have lost Gin. I have lost my parents." Her hands tightened to tight fists as they hung to her sides. "What else does that Bastard want from me?"

Kita jolted at Toshiro's outburst, but did not back away; only reached out to him with an open hand. "Captain? Are... are you alright?" She went to touch his shoulder as her quickly looked at her causing her to halt all action, but she did not pull away.
"Toshiro?"

Toshiro gripped his head and crashed against the wall, "GET OUT!!" He didn't understand. He was sure that person was gone, he hadn't surfaced for so long. Why here? Why now? His eyes flashed crimson as he saw Kita reach for him. "I will take him," he said as he punched Kita forcefully in her stomach. "I will make sure you lose him!"

Kita doubled over grabbing her stomach with both hands. "Tosh--iro." Kita gasp as she back up into the wall grabbing at it to keep her on her feet. She looked to the Captain with narrowed eyes, one hand on her stomach. Her tears started to flow again as she quickly went for the door.
Opening it she ran out straight to Gin's room slamming the door behind her.

He ran out after Kita, but just as he was about to make it there he snapped back. Realizing what happened he fled.Moved
