More and more people started screaming and panicking, pushing any and everyone to get away from the supernatural creepiness. A baby cried out as his stroller rolled away from his mother. The mother gasped, reaching out, and was pushed into the roadway.
A hand yanked her back onto the sidewalk, Yuzu's other hand grabbing the stroller. She smiled widely. "It will be alright. Focus on what's important." A hush settled. And then a bang echoed out. People started yelling once more as a tall window cracked wide open and started raining shards on the crowd. Her eyes narrowed at the figure in the air. "Quickly get out of here," she whispered.
The mother, still pale, clung to the stroller and ran between the two buildings.

Narrowing his eyes as the frightened humans ran away, Fey rested a hand on his zanpakuto. Spotting one of the Kurosaki women ushering the crowd, Fey disappeared from his place among the twins.
Appearing before the Kurosaki, Fey wrapped a hand around her neck. "So, you are the first to arrive in an effort to save this pathetic realm." Fey hummed as he quickly lifted his knee and slammed it into her chest. "You will be the last to die." He lifted up her hunched over form and slammed her into the wall of the building nearest them. Unrelenting, Fey slammed her into the wall several more times, before letting her fall.
As the girl fell to the ground slumped over, Fey looked down at her. "Do not die." he demanded, before vanishing from her side.

A spark flared in her hands before dying as the Ayakashi left her. Through blurry eyes, she watched the mother and child disappear down another alleyway. She sighed. "Be safe..." One bloody hand clenched. "Ichigo, hurry..."

The air shook as a wave of furious reiatsu washed over the mall, and a dark shape zoomed past. Ichigo, with his zanpakuto drawn, screamed and charged forward. "YOU BASTARD!!!!" In a flash of shunpo, Ichigo nearly slammed Fey into the nearest wall. "Damn it, you're fast!" He sped after him again, swinging his blade against the Ayakashi's. Sparks flew as the weapons screeched against each other. "I am going to take your head off for this!" he snarled, eyes blackening.
In a close pass, he chuckled. "I know Las Noches is boring, but did you have to disrupt my cover by attacking one of my hot sisters?"
Ichigo jumped away, landing by his sister, his opposite hand outstretched. "Hang on, Karin. I'm right here! Don't you dare die on me!"

Fey's eyes narrowed at the Espada's display of affection toward the human. He hummed, looking to the twins as they continued to torment the humans.
"I think Loki may have formed some sort of attachment to these beings." he said, shaking his head. "This should make for an interesting battle."

In a flash of sonido, Vacanze appeared beside Ichigo, his gigai off, sword in hand. "What the hell is going on here?" He narrowed his eyes at the tormentors. "They're the ones who did all this?" He looked down to Yuzu and kneeled beside her. "They will die for this." His fiery red eyes glowed and burned with rage.

Ichigo chuckled. “You got that right,” he snapped. He raised his blade then paused. He couldn’t use Zangetsu’s released right now, but that didn’t mean if he wasn’t careful that he couldn’t play.
“Hey, V,” he muttered, standing again. “take my sister, take Karin, to Orihime. They’re the Ayakashi. You’ll get chewed up before your time.”

Vacanze lifted Yuzu up off the ground gently, carrying her bridal style. "Ichigo, did they hit you on the head while I was gone?" Ichigo gave him a look as Vacanze stood up with Yuzu in his arms. "Ichigo, who am I holding?"

Damn it, he messed up. What was the other girl's name again... Ichigo's brow furrowed. I am not going to lose this time. I just have to buy time.... And then his temper snapped. "Does it fucking matter who you're holding, Septima?" he spat. "That's my sister bleeding all over your clothes, and she's going to die!"

Vacanze narrowed his eyes, staring him down. Suspicion and shock written all over his face, he turned and sonido'ed off. "We're talking later! You have some explaining to do!" He was gone in a flash, carrying off Yuzu.

Slamming Ichigo into the wall after his outburst at the former seventh Espada, Killian stood with his arm pressed against his neck, their eyes meeting for a brief second when he whispered to him. "You bitch about us blowing your cover and you can't even get his sisters' names right?"
Killian grabbed Ichigo's arm, jerking him from the wall, spinning around still holding tight to his arm Killian released him as he flew across the street into a crowed of people.
"You make a good bird, Substitute." Killian chuckled then turned looking at the former seventh. "If you like living. I suggest you run. NOW."
Just then, Fey landed in front of Vacanze.

As the Ayakshi Fey appeared in front of the former Seventh, Teruo appeared behind the traitor. As the Seventh took a step back, Teruo quickly thrust his hand through the hollows chest. He grinned madly as he pulled the limpy girl from the hollow's grasp.
"My my, you should be dead already." Teruo spat through his poison soaked grin. "You have a knack for living." Pulling his hand from the hollow's chest, Teruo grabbed the hollow by the collar and lifted him from the ground. "Let us change that."
Teruo pulled the hollow closer and bit down on his shoulder, tearing away chunks of flesh. He looked down at the woman in his hand, as he dropped the hollow to the ground. "And, what shall I do with you?"

As the Ayakashi looked to the limp form of Yuzu dangling from his hand, heat radiated through the surroundings and a shape zipped through. Another window cracked as rivers of flame ran through the empty lot in front of the mall through the intruders. Clawed hands shining in the sunlight, twin stripes along her cheeks, and long ponytail behind her, Karin Kurosaki glared through her narrowed eyes, dressed in a tank and flowing hakama.
She vanished again. The heat doubled and flame ripped at the being holding Yuzu.
“GET YOU DISGUSTING CLAWS OFF MY SISTER,” she hollered, from another spot, crouched on top of a park bench, “YOU SLEEZY DRIPPING BASTARD SON OF A SNAKE!”

"Oh my!" grinned Teruo. "You have such a foul mouth, my dear." Tilting his head to the side, his grin grew wider as he tossed the unconscious Kurosaki in the air.
"You want her so badly, come and take her!" The other Kurosaki disappeared from her place, catching her sister in the air. Landing with her sister in her arms, Teruo appeared behind her. Claws drawn and dripping with poison, Teruo clawed down her spine. She swung backwards, elbowing Teruo in the face as she screamed out in pain. He laughed.
"Temper! We wouldn't want those beautifully terrifying screams to bring in Daddy, now would we?" Teruo's grin grew wider still, as she swung at him again. This time, he grabbed her arm. "Don't get carried away." He leaned closer to her, whispering in her ear as his poison took effect. "The Kurosaki name will end with you."

Karin clung onto Yuzu as blood soaked through her clothes and dripped down her sister’s eyes and nose…. “Fucking hallucinations…” she groaned. “It’s not real.” She twisted her wrist. “And I am not going to die Here!” The claw markings whipped around both of her arms and Karin slashed down the enemy’s face. Flames erupted at her call.
“That’s …. for my sister….” she hissed, voice fading. She tightened her grip on Yuzu and fell forward.
