"Breaking Free": After Kita left Gin's room she walked the palace aimlessly not sure as of why she was doing so. Was she looking for confrontation from one of the Espada. The Ayakashi. Even a lowly fraccion at this point would have sufficed. She was mad and needed to release some anger. But was fighting really the thing she wanted to do? No. It was not. She wanted to talk to someone just to get her mind from what happen with Gin. Anyone would have worked, but no one was even out walking the halls. So she decided to go see if Vale would at least speak to her after what happen in his room. She was sure he was still just as mad and there might be a chance she would get tossed out on her head, but she did not care. Even a fight with Vale would better set on her mind then the talk she just had with the love of her life. On her way there she pasted two of the Ayakashi talking. Getting past them far enough, but not too far she did not proceed further down the hall. She stopped only listening to what they had to say.
When they finally broke going their separate ways, Kita had learned going to Vale's room would have been fruitless. He left about an hour ago for Soul Society and he was still in a rage when he left. She sighed turning around headed back toward the Fifth tower where her old room was. Tears started to fall once more as she walked along, shaking her head, quickly she lifted her arm opening a Godly gate. She was going to see Vale if he liked it or not. He needed her company as much as she needed his.Moved

"Necessary Foray" (continued):
Sojiro waited as requested for Yumiko to disappear around the bend before turning to face Tervaden’s room. Eyes narrowing, he knocked loudly on the door before him. There was no response. He did it again. “Time to get out of bed, Mom,” he called out. “You promised to spar with me today, since the lazy Alley Cat isn’t around, and if you don’t come out, I’ll throw a smoke bomb in.” At least he would if she had been in her real bedroom.
But Vale didn’t know that.
Or that the promise had been for the day after.

"Necessary Foray": (Continued) Vale appeared in the shadows, grabbing the quiet Ryouma by the throat as she turned. Forcing her from the shadows, Vale pushed her against a nearby wall. His grasp tightened around her neck. "I'm insulted, Yumiko. This pathetic attempt to avoid me using my own power." Vale slammed Ryouma against the wall. "Fucking insulting!" As her blade rattled in her grasp, Vale snatched it from her hand and threw it to the floor. "Did you think I would be incapable of sensing you? Sensing my power? You hold no mastery of another man's power. And, your use of another's power out of fear...That only makes you weak." Vale heard the frantic footsteps of the young Ichimaru and Kita coming toward him. Grunting, Vale slammed his fist into Ryouma's face, slamming her head into the marble wall. As she fell the ground, limp and unconscious, Vale called for the lurking Teruo. "Take her to Lord Aizen. And, if you should happen to lose your way to the Fifth Tower..." Vale grinned. "Teach her the pain that is birthed from fear. Then, return to the Soul Society." Teruo nodded and disappeared with the woman and her blade, just before Kita and her son rounded the corner. Vale looked to the two of them, running a hand through his white hair. "Kita, take Sojiro back to Ichimaru's chambers. Then, report to Aizen for your next assignment." "I thought you wanted me to talk to Kenji." said Kita. Vale shook his head. "After you see Lord Aizen. If you have time. I need to go. You know where to find me, when you are done, love." He smiled warmly as Kita and the young Ichimaru started down the hall of the the Third Tower. Vale watched until they were out of view. He turned, growling beneath his breath and disappearing in a flash of shunpo.

"Stubborn Blood": Soji folded her his arms again as Vale disappeared and Kita turned to him. "I am not going back to the room yet," he stated. "I am not done with what I set out to do. And I didn't get Daichi back either. So I am still waiting for that sparring match. And will go with you when you report to Gary."

Kita chuckled lightly shaking her head as she did. "You will learn like your father and I that that bullheadedness of yours will get you nowhere but beaten and bloody." She walked over to her son linking her arm with his folded one and tugged him lightly to walk with her.
She continued to speak as they walked down the hall towered the Fifth tower. "Daichi is fine. I promise. Your sparing match is going to have to wait until I am done with what I have to do." She looked to her right where Sojiro was walking next to her. "Like tomorrow. Like it was originally planned." She side stepped bumping into him playfully. "And whet did you set out to do by chance?"

“Steal you away,” Sojiro replied with a slight smile. “The almighty goal is accomplished. You should have more time for family.” He looked to the side. “And besides, you’re probably the best one to talk to Kenji who’s stopped talking to me completely.” He looked back to his mother. “I’m not scared of Tervaden and his bully act, the same way I am not scared of Gary. So really, if you must know, I was just doing my part to right the universe.”

Kita nodded slowly, "Yes, I plan on talking to Kenji. Even Vale has asked me to speak to him. I have to say it has been awhile since I could even sit and talk to him. Only in passing it seems like we see one another anymore."
She looked to her son and smiled as she reached across with her free hand and brushed his bangs from his eyes. She grew silent for a moment as she looked into his eyes, a sadness filling her heart as her smile fade slightly and she looked ahead of them once more. "You look so much like your father and you're slowly starting to get his personality." She slightly chuckled under her breath. "I remember the time he and I talked about this. He wanted you to be nothing like him." She nodded. "He was adamant about it."
She looked back to Sojiro. "Did your father send you after me or was it your own idea to face the towers to come get me?"

“Face the towers?” Sojiro repeated. He chuckled and shrugged. “I don’t think that really applies to me with my heritage. The only ones who would dare put a finger on me know there are limits. Besides, Dad is asleep still. ” He halted for a moment. “And I don’t really care if I am like him or not. I decided to come on my own. And that’s something I get from both of you, according to Yumiko and Kisuke.”

Kita turned and took a hold of his shoulders, looking him in the eyes. "There were limits on your God Aunt Rangiku as well." She said nothing more as she turned linking her arm with his again tugging him to walk again.
"Those limits mean nothing when Aizen is on the other side of them, and Aizen now has it where I am controllable in his presence." She glanced her son's way. "No one is safe anymore. Not even me."

Sojiro’s eyes narrowed. He didn’t like the way his mother had said that. “You’d be safer if you stayed away from Tervaden,” he muttered. And then when his mother halted, he snapped. “And I am not going to be scared. I won’t be backed into a corner and become an obedient pet!”

"No body is asking you to become a pet, and that will never happen." She glanced his way once more. "However, to keep your head above water. You will learn the tricks of the trade. Thus keeping your head on your shoulders. The hide on your bones and your soul from being eaten alive by the darkness."
They rounded a corner into another section of the third toward. "And you do not worry about what I do with Vale or how much time is spent with him. You devote your time to your father and listen to him when he is teaching you whatever it is he is teaching. His lessons will keep you alive." She did not look her sons way but she grinned madly. "Why do you think a mere human is still alive and kicking in Las Noches." She gave him a side glance. "Its not all by way of the Goddess, my son."

“You’re my mother,” Sojiro muttered. “I am supposed to watch out for you.” He looked away. “Especially when you do things that make no sense.” He fell silent for a bit as they walked. “And if you want me to listen to Dad, that would mean show even less care towards trouble when walking the halls. If you act like Las Noches’ darkness is full of peril, it will swallow you up. That is what he always said.” Move

"Loyalty":Vale stalked down the halls of tower. He shifted in and out of the shadows, as he followed the former Seventh throughout the tower. Koga stopped in front of a window, before he turned to the man lurking in the shadow. "Why are you following me, Tervaden?" question Koga, folding his arm behind his back. "You know the answer to that question, Koga." said Vale. "You're looking for Sada Teruo." Koga narrowed his eyes at Tervaden.Vale stepped toward Koga, a hand resting on the hilt of his blade. In the month since the fall of Las Noches, Koga had grown ragged. But, he was not the only one. Vale's hair was wild and pulled back into a ponytail. His clothing was torn and dirty. "You know where he is."

Koga chuckled, as he stepped toward Tervaden. "If I knew, I would have told you, Master Tervaden." Koga gave a slight bow.
"I don't know, Koga." answered Vale. "Your loyalty is as fickle as Teruo's sanity. Which is to say, it isn't there."
Again, Koga chuckled. "I will not argue that. But, why are you just now coming to me about this? It has been a month since his disappearance. And, it is not as if you care for him or his relationship with Miyamoto. Why?"
"He is important to her. And, as the mother of my child, I want Kita to be happy. For some reason, those two idiots can't function without the other."
"So, you're going to consider this a means of making her useful?" Koga grinned. "How quaint. And, here I thought you were being kind. But, I am afraid I am far from useful. I can only see glimpses of Teruo. And, never for too long. He has, somehow, figured out how to avoid my sight."
"Can he do that?" questioned Vale. "That means...That mean that he would essentially be avoiding -"
"The flow of time?" interrupted Koga. "Yes. Yes. It does."
