"Tell-Tale":Vale appeared in the halls of the First Tower in a flash of shunpo. His eyes narrowed as the scanned the halls. The pale gray eyes falling on a shadow between two windows. "Koga..." he spoke. "Come out. It's hard to hide from me." Koga stepped away from the shadow, revealing himself to his Master. He bowed. "You know where I am, as easily as I know why you are here.""I wouldn't exactly call that easy. What a burden that must be, to see everything." "It is no burden, Tervaden. It is a choice. My zanpakuto is what you call a constant release. But, it is so by choice. If I were to sheath my blade, I would be completely blind to the world."Vale shrugged and walked toward the Espada. "I need to know something. Something I know you can tell me." Koga nodded as Vale stopped a couple of feet away from him. "When Alister returned my memories, I think he returned more than he wanted to. I remember seeing him but not meeting him until here in Las Noches. He said it was necessary...I want to know what he's talking about."

Koga smiled, shaking his head and placing his hand behind him. "And why should I tell you? Because...You are my Master? And my power is your property? Hm..." Koga began to pace the width of the hall, his violet eyes focused on Tervaden.
"You will tell me, Koga," demanded Vale. "And you will do so now."
"Or you shut up and listen."

"Well, listen to you!" laughed Vale. "Keep this up..." Vale stepped toward the Espada, grabbing him by the jacket. "And, you'll die before Teruo will." He rested a hand to the hilt of Chinmoku, Koga quickly placing his own hand over his.
"Six years with the monster Teruo, and you think you scare me, Shinigami?" Koga's eyes narrowed. "You've forgetten that everyone else are the ones absurdly unprepared for what is to come. Not me. I will never be."
"Because you see every tense of time?" questioned Vale. "Really? Do you think that gives you some sort of upper hand? Hm, Koga? That you can be the man in charge here?" Vale pushed Koga away. "So, what are you going to do with this newfound confidence?"

"I am going to share a secret with you." Koga smiled, adjusting his jacket. He tilted his head to the side. "No riddles!" "No." Koga shook his head as he began to pace the width of the hall again. "This secret is quite a simple one. No riddle required." Koga raised his hand, pointing at Tervaden. "You love Yumiko Ryouma. Because of that, she will always be a weapon to be used against you. And for that reason, you will never be that man Sousuke Aizen needs you to be. Unless...""Unless?"

"A King's Word":As Vale walked down the hallway of the First Tower, his hand resting on the hilt of his zanpakuto, his grey eyes focused on his path ahead. He stopped in the center of the hallway, peering into the shadows before him. His eyes narrowed. Drawing his zanpakuto and calling on his power, Vale cut into the figure darting out of the shadows toward him. "Eisaku Koga." Vale smiled, looking to the Espada holding the wound at his neck. "To what do I owe the pleasure of this visit?" Vale pointed a partially formed blade at the Espada. "Gaining information, are we?"

Holding the wound at his neck, Koga looked to the Soul Reaper before him. He frowned as he leaned against the wall. "It is a lovely pastime." The lifted his hand from his neck, revealing the healed wound.
"It seems that the rumor is true. You have regained your former strength. Chinmoku moving at a barely visible speed." The Espada smiled.
"You know better than to believe rumors, Koga." replied Vale. "Especially since the sight you have."
The Espada's frown deepened as he looked to Tervaden. He said nothing.

Vale sighed, stepping toward the Espada. "I've...come to a conclusion about you, Koga. You see, I don't believe that you can see as well as you would like us to believe." He smiled at the bewildered hollow. "To see all tenses of time, simultaneously...Well your vision would get blurred. Which means you see no better than Aizen or myself."
"I believe that you have an impeccable memory; you're able to see the 'future' and memorize it before coming to us with it. That's why you are always disappearing for long periods of time. You need time to view and remember. But, that is it. There's nothing more to you, except your ability to learn the history of the things you touch."
Vale narrowed his eyes at the hollow. "Or..."

Koga narrowed his eyes at Tervaden. "Or, you could be wrong. What you end, is the very same thing you start. Do not call into question my power Vale Tetsuya. I know much more than you believe I do."
"Oh. I know you do." grinned Vale. "That's what I've come to talk to you about. I need to know what you know."
Koga crossed his arms behind his back, a grin on his face. "I am well aware. What I would like to know, is why you want to know this? You have all the information and persons needed to achieve your goals. Yet, you question what I know."

Vale smiled, recalling his power and sheathing his blade. "Yes, Koga. I questioned what you know. I also question what you are up to. And, you are going to tell me." Vale shunpo'd over and grabbed the Espada by the the jacket and slammed him into the marble wall. "Because, I am faster than you are. So, you won't out run me. I am stronger than you are. So, you are not going to fight me. You are going to tell me, Koga. Or, you are going to die." Moved |

"Reckless Action": (continued) The tower was clear of all but a few guards, and those he could easily slip by. It was the Espada he needed to watch for, but they had seemingly disappeared to deal with the disturbance. Even as it got quiet, Izuru ran to the door he had picked out over the years. Opening it, he rushed in and closed the door behind him, hand on his zanpakuto.
Nothing.
"Who's there?" a hoarse voice uttered. A pale face with wide dark eyes lifted from the sheet that covered her. Rukia.
Izuru shed his haori as he walked over. "It's Izuru. I'm getting you out," he whispered. He threw the long kimono over her. "Can you walk?"

"O Where, O Where Can the Captains Be?":Vacanze sonido'ed off toward the closest Captains reiatsu. Though he could feel Captain Zaraki the best. Byakuya's was the closest. What had him confused was why was Byakuya in the first tower? Given all the main towers were connected to the dome where Szayel's lab was located, but to just stroll down Espada central seemed a little crazy. Even for the Captain of the Sixth division. If it were Zaraki he could see it. He is a blood thirsty battle freak, but the Noble? Vacanze shook his head as he came around the corner seeing Byakuya slice through one of Whisper's fraccions. Vacanze sighed his shoulders slumping forward. "Well things around here are going to start getting hotter." He bolted toward the Captain. "Captain Kuchiki, sir." Vacanze bowed his head to him as he turned to acknowledge him.

The noble turned his head to regard him. “What is it that the Substitute’s friend want with me?” But before the once espada could reply, a flash of white entered the edge of his vision. Captain Kuchiku shunpo’ed, cut off the guard's energy with one move, and then his life with the swing of his blade. “Be swift with your words, Vacanze."

Vacanze combed his fingers through his fire red hair and sighed again. "You think you can conceal that massive reiatsu of yours? I would like to find the others and get the hell out of here. There are still a few others besides you captains that I need to find and the less we have to fight the faster we can find them."
He turned hearing footsteps coming quickly their way. "Come on this way!" Vacanze told him as he took off the opposite directions of the on coming enemies.

The noble didn’t give him a reply but dimmed his power nonetheless. Not for his purpose but because it was a sign of a momentary loss of control. Something a soldier didn’t show on the battlefield. Especially behind lines. He deigned to follow the former espada. The man had the ability to leave this area, and he could continue to cripple Aizen's forces as they moved on.

Vacanze pushed forward with Byakuya following close behind. Their next find the Captain Commander and by the direction his reiatsu was coming he was close to the Detention Tower where they were holding Captain Zaraki. Once in the new hall Vacanze walked up to a wall sliding his hand across it. Finding what he was looking for he pushed his hand forward into the wall as the wall on the other side slide back reveling a hidden passage. Vacanze motioned with his head to Byakuya as the Captain stepped into the opening followed by Vacanze. The wall sliding shut behind them. Moved |
