Character of the Month Changes

Hello Everyone.
With the new year three days away, its time to let you all know about some forthcoming changes. I would also like to hear from you all on ways that we can improve on a few things.
* Character of the Month will begin on the 1st of every month - Currently, the Character of the Month begins on the last Sunday of every month and ends on the last Sunday of the following month. Since the title given is Character of the Month, why not start on the first day of the month, hm?! So, regardless of what day the month starts, the CoM will always start on the 1st of the month.
*The winner of Character of the Month will continue to sacrifice every Tuesday for a Take.Over Tuesday theme. But now they will have the option of picking who they would like to see during the Take.Over. If they do not want to choose, I will continue to put up a random theme.
*Currently, winners of the CoM are ineligible to be nominated for the following month's CoM. Moving forward, the same character can be nominated (and potentially win) for back to back months. Hey, if you deserve it...you deserve it.
*Currently, the winner is chosen via poll. Sometimes, this results in a tie. In the event of the tie, the winner is chosen by a rather comical argument between characters. Moving forward, if the poll result in a tie, we will show one of the default themes (Either Aizen or the Captains).
