When Vale answered the door Kita could hear Orihime in the background bitching about how he was getting the place all dirty and she just cleaned it up. She had a book in her hand shaking it at him telling him to put his things away when he was finished with them, not just leave them laying around the house. Vale only smiled with a soft chuckle and invited Kita and Yumiko in the house.
"She is nesting I see. Any day now..." Kita told Vale smiling brightly.

Vale scooped up Sojiro from Kita in a flash. "Nesting is putting it mildly." He tickled little Sojiro until his laughter filled the apartment. "Please get her to sit down. She is driving me mad." He turned to Ryouma with a smile. "Now, you know if you ever get pregnant, you'll either be like Miss Kita or Orihime. Please...Don't be like Orihime."

As Kita turned to Orihime to do just that, Yumiko chuckled at Vale and set down the cookies she had made on the counter. "If I were to get pregnant, I would be stuck in bed or in my rooms while everyone else got to calm their jitters by cleaning." She smiled as Soji reached up and grabbed Vale's hair.
"Need rescuing?" she asked, stroking his soft head.

Vale chuckled as he gently tickled Sojiro beneath the chin. Sojiro pulled Vale's hair harder before letting go. "I've gotten pretty good at getting this little one. But, thank you Miss Ryouma. If you want to hold this little man, I will make you ladies some tea for your talk."

Yumiko smiled. "I can do that," she said. As Vale handed Sojiro to her, she curled him into the crook of her arm and let him have a lock of her hair, chuckling as he giggled in glee. She turned to Vale, who had went behind the counter for the tea supplies. "How is your work at the flower shop going?"

Vale smiled at Ryouma. "It's going well. Thank you." answered Vale as he prepared the tea and glasses. "Orihime will not let me bring in any roses. But, other than that, it's going well." His smile faded a bit as he continued to look at Ryouma. "Go ahead and join Kita and Orihime, love. I will bring the tea in a bit."

Kita looked quickly from Orihime into the kitchen with hearing Vale call Yumiko 'love'. She did not like the fact that that word slipped from his lips. She walked quickly in the kitchen and looked at Vale not saying anything to him, then turned and took Sojiro from Yumiko. Without a word Kita tuned again and walked back in the other room with Orihime which was up cleaning again.
Kita could not help but giggle softly shaking her head. "Hime, sit. We did not come over to watch you clean. We came to visit you."

Yumiko started at that word, but as Vale continued with his preparation of the tea, she brushed it aside and followed Kita to Orihime’s room, chuckling as Kita pushed Orihime down again. “Orihime, sit down and talk to us. The house looks great. Any more cleaning and you will start throwing away things you don’t want to.” She took a seat on the floor and looked up at her friend. “Have you decided on a name for your daughter?”

Inoue beamed with excitement. "Vale and I decided on Evita!"
"No I didn't!" shouted Vale from the kitchen.
Orihime giggled. "He likes the name Sora, after my brother." She rubbed her belly and looked to the two in front of her. "I'm..." she began in a whisper. "I'm excited."

"I like both. Why not give her the middle name Sora. Evita Sora Inoue. I like that." Kita suggested as Sojiro reached up and grabbed at her cheek wanting his mother to pay attention to him. She smiled brightly and looked down at him.
"Do you like that name too, Sojiro. Mhm," she bounced him lightly in her arms as he giggled softly.

Inoue smiled at Sojiro. "What do you think of that Vale?" she asked as he walked in and set the tea pot and glasses to the table. He nodded with a smile and kissed the top of her head. Looking to Yumiko, Inoue's eyes grew saddened. "Vale, I have something for Sojiro in the bedroom. Can you go get it please?"
Vale left the room and Inoue hung her head just a bit. "Are you two comfortable with this? Vale and I?"

Kita hesitated and Yumiko took her friend’s hand. “He hurt you more than anyone else, Orihime. If you want him at your side now, I don’t think anyone has a right to stand in your way.”
“But you-”
Yumiko sighed and looked down at their hands. “That includes me, and right now, even if I were to fall for him again, it wouldn’t be smart to follow through.” She looked up again. “I said farewell, Orihime. He visited me while Soul Society was burning, though he tried to wipe the blood off. I ended it then." She sighed again. "If possible, I would like to be friends again…. with him. He sort of became one before he started messing with my head.”
The noble chuckled. “Besides, it’s amusing seeing you ordering him around like you two are some old married couple.”
She calmed down again and smiled. “If you are happy, then don’t let anyone else take it away. It should be that simple, after what we’ve been through.”

Inoue looked up to see a saddened Vale turn back into the hall to her bedroom. She sighed. "He's trying. We're not together. He won't even give me that. But, he stays with me. And, he helps." Inoue smiled and shook off her sadness as she stood from her seat. "oh..." She looked down at her wet seat.
She looked to Kita, eyes wide. "What do I do?"

Kita handed Sojiro to Yumiko and lifted her phone for her pocket. "Are you having contractions?"
Inoue shook her head but her face said otherwise. "I think...I think so..."
Yumiko stood up with Sojiro in her arms. "I'll go get Kisuke while you call the Kurosaki clinic." She gave Orihime an one-armed embrace. "I will be right back."
Vale walked from the bedroom as the women scurried about. He stood there watching before Kita directed him to get Orihime to the bedroom.
Kita looked to Yumiko as she walked toward the door. "Yumiko?" She turned and looked at Kita as Kita was looking at Sojiro in her arms.
"Oh yeah." She walked over giving the little tike to Kita, turned and walked from the room to get Kisuke from the shop.
Once Kita had Sojiro settled in her arms she called Isshin. As she rattled on Isshin laughed and told her to calm down. He was on his way. Kita then sat in the living room waiting for his arrival while Vale took care of Orihime.

A few minutes later Isshin was knocking on Inoue's door. Ichigo and the girls with him. Not waiting for someone to answer Ichigo opened the door and walked in. Almost walking into Kita and Sojiro as she walked toward the door to answer it.
Isshin chuckled softly as he pushed past Kita and his apologizing, beat red son. Isshin followed Karin to Inoue's room where he was sure the mother to be was resting. When he opened the door Orihime was already in the last stages of labor and ready to push.
He set his bag to the table next to the bed and rolled up his sleeves. "I guess we are ready to bring this little one into the world. Let me wash my hands and get cleaned up." He looked to Karin. "I need water and towels. Work quickly I am not sure how much time we have."
