"Escape to The Godly Realm":
When Sumi arrived at the cottage in the Godly realm, Gin was barely conscious from the loss of large amounts of blood. She believed the only thing keeping him alive was the sure determination of finally being able to kill Sousuke and finally get Kita back at his side. She laid him down on the bed, in one of the back rooms, making him comfortable. She stood over him looking down at him as she shook her head.
"You have a long, hard road to travel yet, Gin. Your bloodlust and rage are still strong and difficult for you overcome even with the light you have welcomed in your heart."
Gin cringed as he moved slightly. "Shut up and heal me," he growled at her. "I'll do this my way and I won't let that bastard have her long."
"Doing it your way will kill you." Sumi told him, crossing her arms over her chest looking at him with narrowed eyes. "If you're going to fight me over this, you are going to fail. I might as well take the powers from you."
Gin lunged up from the bed, his eyes near slits as he reached for Sumi grabbing her robe, jerking her toward him. "I'm all you got, Goddess," he spat, "-- and as long as Aizen is dead--" he released her robe and fell back to the bed. His eyes falling shut. "What does it matter if I die along with him?" he finished quietly.
Sumi chuckled softly her arms falling to her side nonchalantly. "You're right. As always. You're right. Does it matter what it will do to Kita if you die? It's not like she cares about you. She is only using you until I can get her out of Las Noches." She lifted one of her hands over him as a pale blue light surrounded him and the bed. "And of course there is no way she could love a heartless Snake like you. She will be fine anyway once her memories return. You will just be old news to her then."
Gin's eyes opened, looking up a the ceiling and digesting the goddess' words. "When she has all her memories, she will have crowds waiting to help her heal. She doesn't need my help in that department." He closed his eyes again. "She does not need me telling her to lock the pain away and keep going." His eyes turned to the goddess again and narrowed. An edge of bloodlust entered his voice. "I won't leave her unless she commands it in the end. Your words mean nothing to me!"
You mean they are getting under your skin a lot more than you want to believe, Sumi murmured to herself. She watched her powers flow deep inside him. "You will be staying here for a while," she said aloud.
"And where is here?" the snake muttered.
"The Godly Realm," she explained.
Gin sprang up before Sumi as she slammed her powers into him and pushed him effortlessly back into the bed. "You have much to learn and here no one and nothing can distract you."
"I won't let you separate me from Kita," Gin hissed.
"What makes you think you're separated? You will always have the connection with her. It is still very much intact. She still fights against the hallucination planted by Vale. One wrong move on his part and she will be free of him. Also. In this case. You have no choice in the matter. That is if you want to defeat Sousuke and walk away alive for your Pet." Sumi addressing Kita as if she were beneath them. "Here you can focus and concentrate on what you need to do. The serenity of the Godly realm can help you also control that bad attitude of yours."
"Only a month," he bit out. "Then I will find a way out of here and back to Hueco Mundo." He looked up at the ceiling and made a face at the dancing light. "I don't need this escape."
Sumi sighed as she closed her eyes. "Bullhead men. This is surely going to be the longest month I have ever lived." She thought to herself.
