Seto nodded with a smile. For a moment, he had forgotten about Ide and Kaya. He was willing to head to the Soul Society to find Yumiko. Now, he had to stop to see his eldest son. "If you could," Seto turned away from Kita and headed toward the door. "If you and Gin could keep on an eye on Ide and his mother while I am gone, I would appreciate it. I have a feeling that the kid will pop up at my old apartment as often as he can. Maybe tell Gin he can occupy my roof until I'm back." he chuckled.
"I don't know how this will go, Kita. So...I'll see you when I can."

Kita rested her hand to Seto's arm before he could walk away, stepping up to him she kissed his cheek softly. "Good luck with Yumi-chan, take care and I will see you again soon." Her hand slid from his arm as she gave him a warm smile.Seto nodded and gave a weak smile. He wanted to believe she was right. It would be okay. But he knew he was risking a lot just to see Yumiko. "Thank you, Kita." He looked over at the basinet that held Kadaj then disappeared. No sooner than Seto disappeared Gin and Sojiro walked in the front door. Kita gave Kadaj a quick glance then headed downstairs to start dinner for the family. No sooner then she exited the nursey she heard Sojiro call out letting her know they were home.~END RP~ “Childhood Friends”

Bleach Unrated: REBOOTEDCurrent Arc: The ChaosEpisode 535 "The Storm Within": Kita sat in the dimly lit room, her fingers tracing the delicate patterns on the window pane, eyes half-closed as she listened to the gentle rise and fall of Kadaj’s breath. The baby was finally asleep, his tiny body nestled into the soft blankets, completely unaware of the storm that raged within his mother. Sojiro was in his room, lost in a book, too quiet for a boy his age. He didn’t disturb her, sensing the weight she carried. Gin was still gone, his absence lingering in the air like an unfinished sentence. He was always off somewhere, dealing with his own regrets, his own anger.
But the truth was, she didn’t blame him. How could she, when the past fifteen years had turned her into someone she barely recognized? She felt like she was crumbling, piece by piece, each day a new fragment of herself chipped away. Kita pressed her forehead against the cool glass, her breath fogging it up in small bursts as her thoughts tumbled wildly, like the lyrics of a song running on a loop like a broken record.
Cut my life into pieces, this is my last resort… suffocation, no breathing…
Her hand shook as she raised it to her face, rubbing her tired eyes. She was suffocating—slowly, silently. How long had she been holding on by a thread? How long had she pretended that she was fine? Every day, she plastered on a smile for her children, every word spoken was calm, measured. But inside, her mind screamed, the pressure building with every minute that passed. Her thoughts swirled around darker and darker places.
Do you even care if I die bleeding?
Kita blinked, her vision blurring as she fought back the tears that stung at her eyes. She wasn’t fine. She hadn’t been fine in years, but no one seemed to notice, or maybe they just didn’t care. What would it matter if she wasn’t here tomorrow? Would they even notice? Would Gin notice?
She hugged her knees to her chest, curling into herself as the weight of her thoughts pressed down harder. She had lost sight of who she was long ago. Everything that had once defined her—strength, purpose, love—had faded into a blur of survival. All she knew now was pain, and the hollow emptiness that gnawed at her every waking moment.
'Cause I'm losing my sight, losing my mind, wish somebody would tell me I'm fine...
She squeezed her eyes shut, wishing, praying that someone would tell her she wasn’t alone in this. That someone would say the right words, the ones that would pull her back from the edge she’d been standing on for so long. But no one ever did. Gin’s silence only fed the growing pit of despair inside her, and though her children brought light into her life, it wasn’t enough to chase away the shadows that clawed at her mind.
I never realized I was spread too thin, 'til it was too late and I was empty within...
Kita’s hands gripped her knees tighter, her nails digging into her skin. She had spread herself so thin—trying to be a mother, trying to hold onto the shreds of who she used to be. But it had left her hollow. She was running on empty, feeding off chaos and trauma, and now, she was crumbling. Where did it even begin? When did she start to lose herself?
It had been years since she felt whole. Her mother, her family, her sense of safety—gone. The woman she was before all of this was a distant memory. There was no going back to that life, no reclaiming the love and innocence she’d once known. She had tried to find solace, tried to find meaning in Gin, in their children, but it always felt like she was running in circles, being dragged down by invisible hands.
No love for myself, and no love for another...
Her chest tightened at the thought, tears spilling from her eyes without warning. She had given up on herself long ago. And with that, she had given up on everyone else too. How could she possibly love someone else when she hated who she had become?
Her mind wandered, thoughts drifting to darker places—places she had never dared voice aloud. Was there even a way out? Would it be better to end this, to stop the pain that suffocated her day after day?
If I took my life tonight, would it be wrong, would it be right? Chances are that I might...
Her breath hitched at the thought, and for a moment, she let herself linger on it. Would they understand if she was gone? Would anyone miss her, or would her absence be another drop in the ocean of pain that had defined her life for so long?
But the faces of her children flashed before her eyes, and she felt a fresh wave of guilt. Kadaj, so innocent and pure, his tiny hands grasping at her in the night when he needed comfort. And Sojiro, so strong and quiet, already carrying the weight of his father’s legacy on his young shoulders.
I can’t go on living this way...
She couldn’t leave them. She couldn’t abandon them to this world, even if she was falling apart at the seams. They deserved better than that, better than her.
Kita let out a ragged breath, staring at the moonlight spilling through the window. It cast long shadows across the room, shadows that seemed to mirror the ones in her mind. She was losing her grip, and she didn’t know how to fix it.
'Cause I'm losing my sight, losing my mind...
Everything was slipping through her fingers. Everything she had fought so hard to protect was unraveling, and she was helpless to stop it. The world around her was crumbling, just like the broken pieces of herself she struggled to hold together. And she was so tired—tired of pretending, tired of fighting.
But even in the darkness, she knew she couldn’t give up. Not yet. Not while there was still something—someone—worth fighting for. Even if it hurt, even if it broke her in the end. She owed that much to them.
Kita closed her eyes, letting the silence of the night wash over her. The battle within her mind wasn’t over. It might never be. But for now, she would hold on. For now, she would keep breathing, even if it felt like every breath was suffocating her.
Because that was all she had left.~END RP~ "Third Visit; Permissible, Unpleasant, Burn in Hell"
