Makino shrugged, "That I don't know. I know I used to have a room of my own until she started here." Makino chuckled. "Too bad you could not have won luck of the draw."
"Hm.. Alright then. I guess we'll just have to see what happens." She smiled at what Makino had said, "I've been here since the start of the year. I've just managed to stick to myself and not get a roommate."
"Well a normal roommate would not have been so bad. But Miss Attitude." Makino rolled her eyes. "She is something else that is for sure. I am sure there is a story behind her attitude, but I really don't care to find out after her first impression, and the saying 'First Impression Are Lasting' is no lie."

Allura raised an eyebrow, "Do I really want to know?"
Her question hung in the air for a moment before speaking again, "Actually, yes I do. What was the first impression?"

"She came in there and took over or at least tried. I had brought a box of books I had at the house back with me and had them in the floor in the spar room with a few other things. She told me to get them out or she would and I would not like what she did with them. The bad part about all this... She moved in the same day I attacked Mitsuo in Kido class."
She giggled when Allura rolled her eyes. "I remember that day. You scared the hell out of everyone in there."
Makino sighed. "I know that's why I told her what I did." She chuckled. "I told her it was not beyond me to flip out and try to kill her or to kill her. if she touched my things. I told her if she did not believe me ask around the academy. The students would verify my statement as fact."

"She reminds me of a few old friends of mine." Her brow furrowed some, "I've only seen and heard from her in class, so I guess for now I'm the lucky one."
She added quickly to the end of her statement, "Though.. Maybe she isn't all bad." Allura spoke a bit distractedly then shook her head to bring her thoughts back, "I guess I'll just have to wait and see if I interact with her at any point."

"I am sure deep down once you get to know her she is not so bad, but she wont give you that chance. I have tried and tired to be nice to her on other occasions. Even went as far as telling her sorry for telling her I would kill her that first day." Makino shook her head.
"Nothing. She still gives me that 'I don't give a shit attitude', and that drives me insane. Not to mention her calling me Princess does not help."

Allura could only shrug as she ran out of things to say on the topic, "I guess it's a relief she won't be your roommate much longer."
"I can't help but to be worried she's going to be set up with me, and I may have a ton of patience.. but not that much patience."

"Who knows. Maybe you two will get along or at least she will be decent to you." Makino turned and looked looked up at the second floor of the boys dorm building. "What is taking him so long?" She looked to Allura her eyes growing wide.
"I hope Riku is up there with him. Because if he is not Soji-kun might have fallen to sleep. I know he was still pretty tired this morning." She looked toward the doors. "Think I should go check on him?"

Allura shrugged then looked to where Makino was, "It's really up to you. I was only heading to get my book that I had forgotten last night. Though I wouldn't doubt he had fallen asleep, these past days must have been stressful."
She turned her attention then to Makino, "Speaking of which you should probably rest up to, despite this not directly being you I can tell you've been stressing over the same things he has."

Makino shrugged, "eh... I wish I could. I have not been sleeping at all the last few nights. I keep having dreams about those four guys. It starts with that adorable white kitten and ends in a very bad way."
Allura got silent and crossed her arms over her chest as she looked to the ground, "At least I'm not the only one bothered by it." She looked back to Makino then continued, "I end up staying up thinking of what the hell they were up to and if I should really be worried about running into them again."
Makino nodded slowly, "From what I told Captain Kuchiki and what information he gathered from Kin, Kouen and Shirou from what they seen and heard." Makino paused, her silence rather disturbing. "He said they were not your typical guys out messing around. They meant business, and if they said they will be back..." she fell short. "We can count on seeing them again."

Allura tensed up at her words and shook her head, "I mean, at least this gives me a reason to not head to my home anytime soon." She tried adding a smile to lighten her words but it was obvious she was anxious.
"Hopefully they get dealt with soon. I'd rather not risk another run in with them, they all looked like brutes."

Makino nodded, "I told Captain Kuchiki what they looked like straight down to the parts of their tattoo's I could see. He even knows about the white kitten." She looked over her shoulder continuing to speak when she heard the door to the dorm building opening, but it was not Sojiro. She looked back to Allura.
"I doubt he has their pictures plastered all over the Soul Society, but I am sure the men he sends out on patrol has seen them."

Allura nodded, "Knowing what I do about Captain Kuchiki, he's not one to let things go by. I'm sure they'll be gone before they can act on their words."
She smiled trying to reassure herself, but in the back of her mind a doubt gnawed at her, but she kept her mouth quiet on it, trying to be optimistic.

Sojiro exited the dorm building, adjusting the arms of his uniform as he went. Daichi had returned to him, too, flittering one side to the other and chittering at him. Sojiro closed the door and smiled at the girls. “Sorry, I’m late, Maki. Morning, Nakane. I lost track of time when Riku and I started talking.”
And preparing.
He reached into his sleeve and handed both of them a dagger with a hollow center. “Hide these on yourselves.”
Allura backed up. “I’m fine. Really.”
Sojiro shook his head. “No, you’re not. You’re a friend, and that could make you a target. Maki, you’re already one. Take one in case someone gets too close to you.”
Makino took hers and inspected it cautiously. “What’s inside it?”
“A venom created between Vacanze and my grandfather. It will seep through the blade when you hit a hollow. It will buy you time. Even with the Ayakashi. Well, most of them. But I can’t guarantee how long. It's a diversion." He then handed them both a small bag. "These are smoke bombs," he whispered. "I stole some from Kenji's room. They'll completely blind your target for a few minutes."

Allura barely looked at dagger and then sighed, she went to protest again but gave up once she saw the look on Sojiro's face, officially letting it set in just how serious this was.
"So how much time is even left until everything goes nuts again?" She looked over the dagger again, this time looking closely, before hiding it within her uniform.

Makino looked to Sojiro. "a little more then forty-eight hours, right?" She looked to Allura after Sojiro nodded slowly. "I am sure they will figure out something, but the closer it gets the further I would try to get away from the Academy."
"What about you? You're in more danger than me." Allura spoke.
Makino smiled and looked to Sojiro. "I am staying here with him." She kept her eyes locked with Sojiro. "I am not running from a fight. I never have and I won't start now. If it endangers you. I am in for the long haul."
