Seto lifted Kadaj to his shoulders as the boy laughed and giggled. He walked over to Sojiro and Kita. Reaching into his kimono, he pulled out the note for Urahara and gave it to him.
"This is for you." said Seto, reaching into his kimono again and pulling out a small box and handing it to Sojiro. "Is not much. Just a gift..."
Sojiro took it, glad of the distraction that could cover his cheeks heating up again. “Thanks, V - Seto,” he murmured, opening the box and pushing aside some cloth over the top, he glanced over at Vale.
"It's a certificate for you to take to a swordsmith. He'll forge you a sword to your specifications."

Sojiro took the certificate out, his momentary embarrassment replaced with analyzation of his gift. He had noticed Seto’s brother’s sword besides his zanpakuto and it had sparked his interest. He’d also seen the reach of dual blades, too. He set a hand to his zanpakuto, considering its power.
“Thank you, Seto,” he murmured. “I think I will take you up on your offer.” He folded the certificate and put it into his kimono, considering his options.
Something that the shape shifters couldn’t copy. "It's a good gift."

Seto nodded. "Thank you, Sojiro. And, thank you for coming." He stepped closer to the boy, as Kadaj bounced on his shoulders. "I know you are not overly fond of me or the idea of your mother marrying me. But, I do love her."
"I know."
Feeling a hand rest on his shoulder, Seto glanced over to find Urahara standing beside him. "Urahara, sir."

Kisuke laughed softly shaking his head. "No need for that. Kisuke is fine. We are family now." He looked over at Kita and smiled. "Though I would like to speak to you and Kita in private before we take our leave of the estate today."
He placed the note in the folds of his kimono then turned back to Vale. "Will that be alright?"

Seto lifted Kadaj from his shoulders and placed him to the ground. "Why don't we get this out of the way?" He patted Kadaj on the seat. "Go show your brother were the cake is. Maybe, if you eat all of your dinner, he'll save you a piece for later."
"Later now!" shouted Kadaj, taking Sojiro's hand and pulling him toward the house.
"So...What did you want to speak about?"

"The Gotei 13." Kisuke told them both as the boys disappeared in the house. "I have no clue how long I am going to be allowed to be the acting commander, but in that time, changes are going to be made to the place." His head shook. "Kyoraku and Ukitake," his head lowered with a heavy sigh. "Gods rest their souls. Tried." He looked up to Seto again.
"Their hold back was the Nobles and that they were Noble or linked with them in some way." He grinned slightly. "I don't have this issue, and I won't be putting up with their interference."

"You're telling me this because...?" Seto shook his head, stepping away from Kisuke. He felt a knot form in his throat a he looked to the man. "If these changes will not benefit myself or my family, are they worth sharing?"
Seto raised a hand to his brother as he stepped forward from behind the group. "And, I don't want to hear your nonsense about me joining." Satoshi shook his head.
Kita rested a hand to Seto's chest. "What are these changes, Kisuke?"
"Kita?" Seto shook his head with a sigh. "Fine. What changes are you making?"

Kisuke nodded. "They will benefit many as well as your family." He smirked at Seto. "Your rejoining is in your hands. I am not going to ask nor will I force you in anyway." He looked to Kita and smiled warmly.
"As you know Aizen has sent many on the run. Many that had nothing to do with what the man was doing. Tessai and myself being two of them. Some, like Ichimaru, had their own motives. You. Which had no choice but to do as the man told you or suffer his punishment." He looked back to Seto.
"I am going to need you both to push these facts to reality and make people understand. It won't be easy--"
"I will help. You know I will." Kita interrupted him. "I've seen what Gin has been through." Kita looked to Seto. "And Seto. It is not going to make it any easier on him just because he went back to his real name. His face is already known too well."
Kisuke's smile brightened. "I am glad to see your so eager to help, thank you sweetie." He leaned forward and kissed her cheek then looked to Seto once more. "Well? What about you?"

"You are asking us to stand and confess our sins in front of the many who wish to see us dead." Seto looked to Kisuke as he shook his head. "You put our lives in their hands. Her life..."
Seto shook his head harder as his expression hardened. "I won't...I won't endanger my family."
"No. I am asking you help me make the others understand that we, you, her and anyone else Aizen used to get what he wanted--Is not the bad guy here."
Seto sighed and looked to Kita. "Are you sure you want to do this? If so, I will stand with you."

Kita nodded quickly. "Yes I do. It is not fair that we are being held responsible for things we had no control of. If I would not have done as I was told Sojiro, Gin and anyone else I held dear to heart would have suffered his punishment."
She looked to Kisuke and smiled. "And the ones like Kisuke and Tessai that he framed should not have to suffer." She looked to Seto again, "The Vizard's were pardoned because of their help in the Winter War. It's time all innocents get to tell their story and be pardoned as well. It's not fair that judgment was past upon them without proper evidence or them being guilty or innocent. They just prosecuted them because Aizen was involved and they were just being used without their knowledge because Aizen is that good of a manipulator."
She looked back to Kisuke. "I have heard the stories about Soul Society. They are no better then the man they fight against. They just hide it better and Aizen flaunts all his actions. I want to help."

"That's why I am doing this. Among many other things that have needed to be put into place." He rubbed his chin.
"I have been thinking of adding to the Divisions and doing away with a few departments. Most of all. Bringing their corruption to the surface. My brother's acts of injustice are wrong, but the Gotei 13 in no way has the right to pass judgment on anyone with the skeletons they have in their closet."

"Adding new division?" Seto chuckled, taking the hand of his wife. "I admire you, Kisuke. Only in the position for a few days and you're already talking changes. You're a hard worker, there's no doubt about that. I look forward to what you have in store." Raising a hand, he pointed to his brother.
"Make some use of this one." Seto pointed to his brother. "His skill makes him worthy of being a Captain. Maybe there's a place for him under the Urahara Regime." Seto laughed loudly. "Dear gods, this sounds like some sort of dictatorship."

Kisuke shook his head. "No. I won't let it come to that. I want this run by the people for the people. It was once that way, even before I was involved in the Gotei 13. I won't allow it to happen again and I won't allow it to continue the way it is now."
He patted Seto on the back as they turned and he started a path toward the house once more. "What are your ideas on bring Central 46 back? Under new order of course. They will not have control like they have in the past."

Seto narrowed his eyes slightly. "They are the ones that ordered my death when I was a Captain. I would have to disagree with you bringing them back. But, then again, I have no say."
"This is for the people by the people, Seto and I am not putting the same old farts back in there that were in there after Aizen killed off the first. They are the cause of most of the Gotei's issues." Kisuke informed him.
"They will be the same corrupt bastards every time you turn your back. You can not guarantee that they won't be. I'm against it. But, again, I have no say in it."

Kisuke waved a hand and chuckled softly. "Can't be if I got a whole new group. I am also thinking of having a nice long talk with the Soul King. It's time he lets us do our own thing and stop hoovering over us like a group of scare and lost children."
He heard Kita gasp as he looked around Seto to her as she walked at his side. "You think that is a bad idea?"
"He is the Soul King. He created the Soul Reapers. You can't tell your creator to hit the bricks." Kita explained.
Kisuke chuckled again. "You watch me. We know what to do. We don't need his interference."
