Character of the Year

So, after careful thinking, I've elected to continue to do the CoY the same way as we did last year. But, with minor adjustments.

• Each week in December will feature a new Character theme. These characters will be selected via poll based on several different categories.
• Everyone will vote for Character of the Year with their main Character. That's one character per RPer and a grand total of 8 votes. So, make your vote count. You'll have until Christmas Eve to Vote.
  
• A Pass the Post Challenge will be done to see who can claim the new year (theme will be up the entire first day of the new year.)
