Kisuke gave a half hearten chuckled. "Do you believe everything my brother has told you, Byakuya? The man changes his mind more than a woman does." He then looked back to Kita. "Where is Tervaden, Kita?"
Kita looked at him puzzled. "He is somewhere safe. Why do you ask?"
Kisuke stepped closer to her. "Because if what you say is true then he can find all this out for us."
Kita shook her head. "Vale has not talked to Alister in months. He has nothing more to do with him."
"So you say and the man that worked for the man you state might be alive again." Byakuya replied.
"Where is he, Kita?" Kisuke asked again stepping closer to her as she stepped back. "I only want to talk to him."

Kita shook her head. "I won't tell you where he is. I never gave up Gin to any of you. I won't give Vale up to you either."
"I only want to talk to him." Kisuke repeated.
"Even if that is all you want. Once he gets here he won't be allowed to leave. You know that. No one will allow him to leave for what he has done."
"He is as grotesque as the one that has taken two more of the Gotei." Byakuya told her.
Kita looked Byakuya's way. "Vale has changed. He is not the same man he was back then. He wants nothing to do with Aizen or Las Noches or even Alister for that fact. He just wants everyone to leave us alone so we can be a family. So he can live out his life with me, Sojiro and his son. He even wants another child." Her head shook again as she stopped backing up and stood her ground in front of Kisuke. She looked back to him.
"I won't tell you where he is. So don't ask again." Her reply was firm and demanding.

Kisuke stopped walking toward her as his hand lifted and went to his hat a heavy sigh left his lips as he looked at Kita. "Then you leave me no choice." Kisuke looked over to Byakuya. "Arrest her Captain Kuchiki."
He looked back to Kita when he heard her gasp. "Kita Miyamoto. You are under arrest for the lives you have taken under the influence of the Seraph's powers, Sumi."
Kita went to back away as she turned ready to dart toward the doors. Byakuya appearing in front of her as she did. When he took hold of her Sojiro stepped forward, Kisuke's hand came up stopping him in his path. He looked to Kita adjusting his hat once more.
"If you won't tell me where he is or bring him to me. I will make him come to me."
"He will kill you! He will kill all of you!!" Kita screamed as she struggled in Byakuya's grasp.
"If he has changed, I doubt he will. He would be willing to help anyway he can to stop this."

"Where shall I keep her?" Captain Kuchiki asked.
Kisuke waved a hand. "You have a whole room of cells. Pick one and watch her." The noble nodded.
"Kisuke! You can't do this!" Sojiro exclaimed. "This is Kita, this is Mom! You can't just lock her up." Sojiro grabbed his mother's arm as Byakuya started to move again. "Ask Vale at the wedding, Kisuke! But don't do this!"
If I freeze time, can I get her out?
Maybe, Daichi replied.
Sojiro tightened his grip on his mother's arm. "Kisuke!"

Vale appeared in the room, standing between his wife and Urahara. "Stop." whispered Vale, his eyes cast to the floor. "Let her go."
"Vale!" shouted Kita. "Why were you following me? Go!"
Vale turned his head, glancing over shoulder with a wide grin. "There is not a single place you go, where I am not far behind, love." Turning his body so that he faced his wife, Vale scratched the back of his head. "Except the bathroom. It's a bit creepy."
"We're supposed to get married tomorrow. Don't do this."
"And, let you go to jail?" questioned Vale, taking a knee. "Let him speak, love. I will listen. But," Vale looked up to see Captain Kuchiki. "I will not do so with my wife in distress. So, back off."

Kisuke looked to Byakuya as he looked at him. He nodded slowly as Byakuya released Kita, stepping around her and took hold of Vale bring him to his feet. He turned him so to face Kisuke. "Vale Tervaden give me one good reason not to take your head right now where you stand?"
"NO!" Kita screamed shoving past Byakuya to get to Vale.
Kisuke looked to Kita with narrowed eyes then back to Byakuya. "Take her and the two boys out of here. I want Kita locked in a cell where she can be watched and safe." He looked back to the boys. "Leave Kadaj with her." He still spoke to Byakuya still looking at Sojiro.
"And you go back to the Academy." He told Sojiro. Sojiro was about to protest as Kisuke's eyes narrowed more. "Sometimes you have to do things you don't want to do, Sojiro, but you do them anyway because its what you have to do."
He looked back to Vale and Kita as Vale now held Kita close with one arm wrapped around her. "Tervaden and I need to talk."

"A cell? That's a bit much, don't you think?" questioned Vale looking to Urahara. "I wonder, when trying to reclaim Ichimaru, if you used the same tactics...Arresting your daughter." Vale leaned over and kissed Kita on the cheek. "Go home, love." "No." she said. "I won't let them take you."Wrapping his arms around his wife, Vale sighed. "I'm asking you not to stop them, Kita. Just go with them. I promise everything will be okay." Releasing Kita from their embrace, Vale let a hand fall to his waist. He pulled his zanpakuto from his obi and handed it to Urahara. "Will you let them go home?" he asked as Urahara took his blade. "No." Kisuke replied, firmly. "Take them to the cells. Now." Vale watched as his wife and child were gathered and removed from the First Division office. His eyes narrowed, as he looked to the temporary head of the Gotei 13. "So...What evil do you look to blame me for this time?" Kisuke shook his head and pointed to a chair. "Let's talk Tervaden." Vale nodded. "Let's talk..." END RP

"Urahara Inquisition":Placing Chinmoku at his side Kisuke walked over to the doors and closed them when the room emptied, he then turned as he removed his hat and looked at Vale. "Do you know what is going on, Tervaden?" Vale narrowed his eyes slightly. "Other than you are holding my son and wife over my head for leverage to get answers? Very little." Kisuke stepped up to him, a smirk forming across his lips. "Don't think of it in that way." He shrugged and stepped around the man. "Think of it as keeping them safe since your favorite hollow has seemed to come back from the dead." He turned once he reached the side of the desk. A blank expression blanketed Vale's face. "Kita thinks this Goddess that is bring the dead back to life has a hand in it." He leaned down on the desk with the flat of his hands looking pointedly at Vale. "I think; the little show you and Koga put on with his death -- was a farce."

Vale sat in silence, even after Urahara demanded he speak. He shook his head. "A farce? No. Sada Teruo died that day. If he's returned, then it is truly divine."
"Yeah? And, why would Alister being back his devil?"
"It wasn't Alister." Vale looked to Urahara, worry in his eyes. "Is he the one you think killed the Captain's?"

"We don't think he is the one. We know he is the one. There were eyewitnesses to Kyoraku's death. He attacked Nanao as well and I was told the bastard admitted to killing Ukitake." He fell back in his chair and looked across the desk at Vale.
"If what Kita says is true, and you have changed and want nothing more to do with Las Noches. Then tell me why this Bastard is alive again? And who is giving him orders?" He cocked his head ever so slightly as he looked at the man after a few moments of silence fell between them.
"You know something Tervaden. Don't you? You're just not saying." He shook his head. "You're not immune you know. He don't care who you are. He don't care what you may or may not have done for him in the past. If he wants you dead, or someone you love or care about out of the way." Kisuke leaned froward over the desk. "The deed will be done."

Suddenly, Vale leaned forward. "I am curious, Urahara. While you here trying to place blame where there is none, who is blaming you? It was you, after all, who sealed Sousuke Aizen. If Sada Teruo is following the orders of someone, it is the only other person stronger than he is. And, that is your brother."
Vale slowly rose from his seat, his eyes narrowing as he looked to the man before. "Now, if Aizen is out, then that means you never sealed him. You failed at your task. You are to blame. Not me. And, if you had any inclination that the man sealed was not your brother, than you knowingly provided a false hope!"
Vale sat back down with a thud. "But, the blame can't go to you, can it?"

Kisuke chuckled as he looked to Vale. "You're right. I did seal Aizen, but we will never know if it was the real Aizen or a fake," Vale looked on at him confused. "Because the sealed body is gone."
Kisuke fell silent as the two looked at one another from across the desk. "Tervaden, if you want change. Now is the time to get it. Help us, we have to stop them. If we don't. The hell will never end, and in time. He will come for you, and no matter how strong you are he will find your weakness and he will use it against you. Even if it is your son that has to die or suffer to get what he wants."
"Help us Tervaden. Tell us what you know. I am not placing blame. I just need answers."

Vale leaned forward again, his eyes narrowing at Urahara. "What do you think I know? What do you think your brother told me? He's like you. He tells only tells you what he wants you to know. It's part of his strategy. If no one knows the entirety of what he has planned, then no one can stop it."
"But, you know something. I see it in your eyes."
Vale shook his head as he sat back in his chair. "Then, you are not looking into my eyes." After several moments of silence between them, Vale spoke again. "There is a goddess. Her name is Noya Yasu. She called herself the goddess of renewed life and beginnings. She is probably the one bringing people back from the dead. But, that is all I know."

Kisuke pondered on what Vale told him as he then stood from behind the desk. "Bring them home." Vale chuckled softly as Kisuke continued with an annoyed look. "Soul Society is not their home, Karakura is. Bring them home where they belong, Tervaden."
"Why would Karakura be their home, if I am here?" asked Vale. He folded his arms across his chest as he shifted in his chair. "They are my family. Kita will be my wife tomorrow. She and Kadaj are safest with me. Or...Is it that you don't want her with me? At all..."
Kisuke shook his head. "She no more belongs here than she belongs in Las Noches or the Godly realm. She is human. What that girl has been placed through should have never happened. Take her home, let her live a normal life. Here, she will be under consistent ridicule. People always passing judgment on her. You would be happier there as well, because you know the same is going to happen to you."

Vale sighed, shaking his head as he rose from his seat. He laced his fingers together, bringing them above his head, and stretched. "Do you fear I will keep them from you? From the family she has in Karakura? You speak of ridicule. But, you know there is no place I can go without facing it. She's not here because I've kept her here. She is here because she loves it. And, she wants to be with me."
Kisuke shook his head, "and you can defend yourself from the ones here if they attack you. She cannot. What happens if she is attacked and you are not there to help her or protect her. In the human realm she does not have that worry." He looked away from Vale across the balcony. "Take them home where they belong. I can see them no matter what realm they decide to dwell in." He looked back to Vale. "I worry for her safety. Nothing more."
"She does not want to go home, Urahara." said Vale, turning toward Urahara. "And, she is never alone. She has me watching. And, my brother. You're always watching. Sojiro, too. And, even if they are not together, I am sure Ichimaru would protect her with his life."
