Gin followed Byakuya and Makino from the back, keeping his senses tuned to the man behind him, partly surprised he hadn’t disappeared. Then again, that wasn’t the only reason he was lingering in the back. There was a small chance that the one who had scared Makino would appear to admire his handiwork…. or watch their exit to arrange his next attack. However, as the three walked out of the maze of the back streets, Gin shook his head slightly.
No one had stood out.
Byakuya nodded. He set a hand on Makino’s shoulder again and the three shunpo’ed out of the area.
Though they wouldn’t forget it. Or examine it later.

"Rally of the Rabble":After they were a few paces ahead of him and out of the alleyway Mitsunari turned looking at his servant girl and nodded slowly. She nodded in return as the two then stepped out of the alleyway. Mitsunari’s eyes then turned the direction the three turned and walked off as he watched the silver haired reaper survey the area around them; looking for Makino’s assailant no doubt. However, what the silver haired reaper did not know was her assailant was within arm’s reach just second before. Mitsunari chuckled softly as he watched the three round a corner and disappear down another street taking them to the Academy.
He looked to his servant as she bowed and quickly disappeared from his side. “You can come out now, Fuwa. I know you’re there.”Fuwa stepped from the shadows with a wide grin across his lips. “It seems our lovely noble will be an easy catch.” “Don’t underestimate her capture, Fuwa.” He looked the direction the three walked even though they were no longer to be seen. “Byakuya Kuchiki is already stepping up as a father figure in her life. I am sure after the little incident today she will be watched around the clock, and I am sure Kuchiki will not let her sit around. I see training in her near future.” He hummed lightly as he pulled gently on the hem of his haori, straightening it. “For one that was trained in the way of a Masanobu Assassin she seems disconnected.” He fell silent in thought then looked back at Fuwa. “Sakura went to relay a message to the others. They will be meeting us at the Brothel.” He gestured the direction they needed to precede. “Shall we?”
Fuwa nodded as the two then started on their path back to the Brothel where it all started.Moved

Bleach Unrated: REBOOTEDCurrent Arc: RejectionEpisode 4__ “Friendly Neighbors”: Noboru Fujioka stood with a group of neighbors, assisting those that had been hit by the earthquake last night. Fortunately, due to the Gotei’s quick reaction, most of the danger had passed and the damage seemed minimal — especially compared to the destruction the Rukongai has seen for over a year since the Gotei lost in the great war with the traitor Aizen. But still, some houses buildings had fallen and people were injured. The main difference being that the residents hadn’t retreated into their houses but were out. If the year of darkness had taught them anything, it was that they didn’t need the Gotei for everything. “Hey, Baki! Slow down!” he called out as he and an older man handed out blankets. “Just because the tremors have slowed doesn’t mean it’s completely safe around here.”

A young girl in a blue and red floral kimono stopped and crouched at the side of a rundown building, her arms around a squirming puppy. A couple peonies were braided into the crown of her sun-kissed dark hair. “Calm down, Nou-nii-san. I know where I’m going. This little guy ran off from his mom.” She nuzzled the puppy’s head, getting a wet kiss in return.
“Careful, it will start eating your hair,” her brother warned, walking over. “And you’re too close to that building, Tsubaki. It’s falling over.”
“Noboru,” she whined, “I’m not a child. I know what I’m doing.” She leaned down towards the puppy. “He’s always doing that.”

Noboru huffed. “Well maybe if you weren’t always running off as soon as you could walk, I wouldn’t have to,” he murmured with little heat as he followed her down the street.
He smiled as his sister kneeled down by a family with a basket half covered by a towel. He watched as she held her puppy out to a young boy and the boy hugged her. Together, they set the squirming puppy into the basket with the others. And when she rose, she gave one of her peonies to the boy’s sister, saying something he couldn’t hear.
He waited until she skipped back over, hands behind her back as she twirled. “What did you tell her?”
His sister shrugged, her eyes more blue than green in the sunlight. "That I have some flowers she can help braid with me if she stays by her mom for a little longer."
Noboru chuckled, but before he could come up with a retort he swayed in place. He blinked, not sure what it was when the animals started calling out and a low shaking rumbled through the area. Eyes narrowing, he grabbed Tsubaki and crouched down with her, hoping there was enough distance between the buildings and them.
"This was supposed to be over!"

Tsubaki squinted through the opening in her brother’s arms, the bracelet on her arm warming at the peek in her anxiety. She looked to the family nearby, watching the parents cover their children. She'd seen this before. A fragrance tickled her nose. But as quickly as the quake had started, it halted. His embrace softened and Tsubaki pushed up, walking back a few steps. A new patch of grass tickled her feet, but the aroma had faded.
“That was quick,” she murmured, running a hand over her bracelet.
“Not quick enough,” her brother sighed, folding his hands inside his kimono. “It’s unusual and I don’t like it.” He looked to his sister. “Are you sure you won’t wait another year before joining the academy?”
Tsubaki shook her head. "I can't, Nou-Nii. I want to help people. Handing out flowers isn't enough when I know I can do so much more." She caught a ball as it rolled their way.

Noboru watched her turn around a couple times before spying a group of children who had escaped their elders, running down the hill with their arms out. Just like his sister years ago, now that the danger had passed, they wanted to go back to playing. He waved at a friend passed carrying takeout. As long as no one had died, they were learning to get back up and move on. Noboru looked to his sister who tossed the ball to the group of kids.
"But it's still dangerous..." he murmured. "You'd be safer here."
Nowhere was completely safe, but at least she wouldn't be in the spotlight.
He tried a new angle as they walked over to their supplies, Tsubaki retrieving her basket of snacks and flower and Noboru, his sack of clothes. A cat slinked between their legs before leaping up into one of the intact houses.
"You know if you stayed, we could get a pet like you always wanted," he called out.

Tsubaki giggled. “You can get one to keep you company then, so you're not alone with Mom and Dad. I'm not a little girl anymore who will be bribed with a new book anymore. What I really want is to go to the academy so I can defend others next time something like this happens. Maybe I’ll even learn healing.”
Noboru sighed. “Do you really have to become a part of the Gotei? You can help people from here, just like the rest of us. You don’t need to join the center of the fighting.”
“No, I don’t have to,” Tsubaki murmured, taking a seat on an overturned barrel, “just like you didn’t have to graduate from the academy before me. But I want to. I don’t want Mom’s life.”

Noboru released another sigh and joined her. “I know. You’ve never stayed in a place long, even the shop with all the flowers like your zanpakuto. You keep running around, trying to see or learn more.” He ruffled her head. “I should have taken the more exciting adventure stories away from you. They didn’t teach you to be careful. You just got into more trouble.”
He smiled again. “I won’t stop you anymore, but please be careful.
Tsubaki nodded. “I always am, despite what you think when I run off. I have Shira with me. She’s always watching out for me, too.”
“I’m not talking about that,” her brother replied, flicking his sister in the forehead. “She’s just watched you climb trees, fences, and crawl into small spaces since you were young. She’s your partner in crime. You need to be more aware of your surroundings from now. I won’t always be there to help anymore, and not everyone in the Gotei are good people. The traitors were a part of their ranks for years. Another traitor managed to kidnap one of the noble princesses from under their noses. You have to look after yourself and pay attention.”

Tsubaki caught her brother’s hand. “I’ll try, but I want to give people the benefit of the doubt. I don’t want to look over my shoulder for enemies or doubt my comrades. It's not good for the heart. If they make a bad decision, I’ll make them regret it, but I don’t want to pass judgement until they do. People can change, just like the flowers and trees do each season.”
“You’re too kind for your own good,” her brother stated, hugging her. “I hope no one realizes that and takes advantage of you.”
Tsubaki grinned, her jeweled eyes twinkling with mischief. "You know maybe someone will realize it and watch my back. Maybe I'll find a knight among my classmates. Mom says I could."

“Ugh,” Noboru groaned. “Don’t remind me. I’m not ready for you to date or find a boyfriend. Go make a bunch of friends but stay away from guys." “Can’t keep them away forever,” she teased, sticking her tongue out.
“I can try. You're too pretty for your own good,” Noboru declared, standing again. “Let’s go. We need to distribute these before it gets too late.” Tsubaki nodded and stood up, tugging on his sleeve to pull him down. “Thanks, Nou-Nii.”
Noboru flicked her in the forehead again. “Yeah, yeah, maybe I’m the one who’s too nice.” The two returned to work, eyes on the future. - END RP - “Where, Oh Where Can Aizen Be: The Beginning - Nniotra vs. Ichimaru”
