Tsukiro lifted her chin and kissed the corner of her mouth.
"You are not in any fault. And Hisagi is guilty of much more than just an accident. No action is innocent when it involves a man who is attracted to such a beautiful woman. And he'll just have to wait around until Ukitake or Kyoraku comes around. It's the least he deserves in my eyes."
He smiled at her, caressing her cheek. "And you know how protective I am of you. Especially since you've been back."

Kita sighed. "But Tsukiro?" Tsukiro placed his finger over her lips to quiet her.
"Come on," he took her hand and stood with her. "I have a sandwich waiting for me. I will share it with you." He pulled her into his arms and hugged her. "I am sure you're hungry."
He released her and turned leading them from the room as he heard Kita say.
"I am sure Hisagi is hungry too."

"And I'm sure he has food at his own living quarters. We're the ones staying here. Not him."
Tsukiro said bitterly, still too pissed to give a damn about the lieutenant.
The two of them sat down on the couch. Tsukiro cut his rather huge sandwich in half, then separated the chips on his plate in half as well. Together, the two of them shared Tsukiro's plate.

Hitsugaya had returned from Kisuke's shop briefly to seek out his Third Seat. As Juushiro showed him the way to the underground quarters where Kita was being kept, they noticed Hisagi sitting by the door, nursing a bruised jaw and a busted lip. When he looked up at the captain, Hitsugaya raised an eyebrow in questioning. The lieutenant only pointed at his jaw then jerked his thumb back to the door.
Hitsugaya sighed and shook his head. "Wait here. I'll escort you back up to your barracks after I'm finished here."
He knocked on the door before he and Juushiro entered.

"Dammit, you asshole!! Didn't you get the hint when I threw you out?!"
Tsukiro stood up and whirled around to see none other than Captain Hitsugaya walking in. His expression was less than amused. Tsukiro sputtered an apology, bowing deeply.
"Something tells me I don't want to know why Hisagi is sitting outside like a puppy in the dog house, so I'm not even going to ask," Hitsugaya sighed, giving him a look that he usually gave to Rangiku when she was drunk off her ass, spouting nonsense.

Kita stood as well with a slight giggle as she covered her mouth. She bowed slightly to both captains. "Captain Ukitake, Captain Hitsugaya. How are you both doing today."
"Sorry about Tsukiro. He's a little on edge as you can tell." She rested her hand to his back as he still bowed to them.

Hitsugaya waved it off. "I'm beyond being used to it."
His eyes landed on his third seat. "I'm here to tell you to make sure you're ready when Kisuke decides to move in on Las Noches. And don't even think about staying here. I know you want to stay at Kita's side, but we need you on this mission. You're going. That's an order."
Tsukiro lowered his head sadly. "I wasn't going to stay here. I've decided I'll go and bring back the others. I promised Kita I would."
Hitsugaya nodded. "One other thing as well..." He walked over to Tsukiro and punched him in the gut since he couldn't reach his head. Tsukiro doubled over. "That's for going off to Las Noches by yourself! You knew it was dangerous and stupid! The next time you pull a bone headed move like that, I'll pile you up with so much paperwork you'll be sitting in your office for a week!"

Kita smiled softly and patted Tsukiro's back. "Better be good, babe." She turned and sat back down on the couch. "When do they plan on leaving Captain Hitsugaya?"

"We leave in two weeks," Hitsugaya said, stealing one of Tsukiro's chips. The third seat tried to snatch it back, but the captain pulled it out of reach and popped it in his mouth. "So be ready by then Third Seat."

Tsukiro nodded at Hitsugaya, giving him a half hearted glare.
"Yes sir. I will."
Tsukiro looked to Kita. "I'll bring them back. Don't you worry."

Kita smiled at Tsukiro and then Toshiro. "I know you will. I have complete faith in you all." She picked up a chip and popped it into her mouth as she smiled at the three of them sitting there with her. The four sat there and chatted a little longer when Toshiro finally stood. "I need to get back." He gave a pointed look at Tsukiro. "And I will want a full report on why you assaulted a Lieutenant, Third seat." Kita looked to Tsukiro with wide eyes as he only shook his head.The two then stood and walked to the door with the two captains. When the door opened Hisagi looked in seeing Kita and waved. "See ya later, baby girl." Hisagi told her. Tsukiro went to step forward, rage in his eyes as Kita quickly grabbed his hand and stopped him. "Bye..." "Process of Elimination":Bearing gifts of food, the Captain Commander knocked and entered the suite, smiling wide and winking as Kita blushed crimson. Setting the goods down, he chuckled. "Focus, baby girl, it's not playtime." He moved aside so another captain could enter. "This is Captain Byakuya Kuchiki, Kita, and without a doubt, an enemy of Sousuke's." Captain Kuchiki rolled his eyes and set down two boxes. Shunsui nodded to him and he took a seat across from Kita. Bowing with another wink, the captain commander took the other chair. "Where's the jealous lover, my dear?"

Kita giggled softly, cheeks a bright red and adjusted herself on the couch sitting forward with her feet on the floor. She looked to the other Captain and bowed her head slightly out of respect. She looked at what they packed in. The first thought that entered her mind was, 'This is going to take a while I guess'.
When the captain commander asked about Tsukiro she turned her gaze back to him. She could not help but giggle again her cheeks flushing once more.
"He is napping. He has a headache."
She looked back to the other captain. He did not look too happy to be there. That or something else was bugging him.
"Hello Captain Kuchiki. My name is Kita Miyamoto."

Byakuya nodded. "I know. Rukia is my sister. She has told me about you." He paused. "I have to say you're not as unusual as most who tag along with Kisuke Urahara and that cat."
"Are you including your esteemed lieutenant in that category, Kuchiki-san?"
Byakuya closed his eyes. "He chose to grow a long red mane of hair and cover himself in tatoos," he stated bluntly. "As skilled as he is, yes, Abarai is unusual and still in need of more education."

Kita giggled softly. "You must be talking about Renji?" She said looking at Byakuya. "He has a good heart. That's all that matters. Even if he is a bumbling goofball. And I must say it's an honor to finally meet you Captain Kuchiki. I have heard a lot about you."
She looked to the boxes he carried in. "I guess you guys are ready for me to point out Azayaka?"
Kita fidgeted slightly in her seat.
