Kisuke was about to speak, while from the corner of his eye he watched Kenpachi scratch the side of his face. As soon as he was about to speak the Captain of squad eleven spoke up.
"That's what she was trying to tell me." Kenpachi mumbled.
"Hm," Kisuke hummed looking his way.
"The Goddess. She kept going on about in two months my child would be living with me and in six fighting along my side." He explained to him with a wave of his large hand, a devilish grin across his lips. "I was too busy fuc--"
Kisuke's hand came up quickly as he cut Kenpachi's sentence short. "I think that's enough information, Zaraki! Thank you." He told him shaking his head with a soft chuckle. Kisuke looked out over the table at the other captains, some smiling slyly, some appalled, a couple chuckling softly. He shook his head again, a soft chuckle of his own.
"Alright then, if the Gods are getting busy creating these Evas with the members of the Gotei, then it seems we have exactly six months from the time of the first conception to get your asses in gear and get ready for them."

"We wouldn't have the slightest idea on how to train them." said Sajin. His fellow Captains began to murmur as he rose from his seat. "If they are the children of these gods...Then, they will have the power of gods. How can we possibly train them?"
"He has a point." said Toshiro, jotting something down on the paper in front of him. "We can not teach what we, ourselves, do not understand."
"Are the gods going to assist?" Sajin looked to the acting Commander. "Are they? Or, are you simply going to place them in a division of their own and pray you can control them?"

"I was informed that the Gods would be training their own children when that time came." Kisuke informed them. He stepped back taking a seat in his chair as he looked to Nori as she spoke to him.
"How do you know this?" Nori asked.
"The god that was with Yumiko informed her of this. Yumiko informed me." Kisuke replied.

A wave of hand caught a few's attention as Mayuri sat back carelessly in his chair. "I really don't care about this one way or the other." A wide grin then crossed his lips his eyes lighting up as he sat up and leaned froward on the table, his fingers linking as his elbows rested to the tabletop and his chin rested to his hands. "Unless if they die and I get their corps to experiment on."
Gasps, growls and appalled comments rolled around the room as Mayuri chuckled and shrugged it off. "Well I don't care otherwise then." His hand flicked them away as he sat back again. "Move on to something else. This bores me."

"Does it ever occur in your twisted ass mind that these are still people's children? These are gods' children. I'm quite sure that if you laid one of your fucked up fingers on them they'd rip you to shreds," Tsukiro spoke calmly as he eyed Mayuri.
He turned his head, "But then again, you wouldn't know of parents or of a childhood. And who knows, the gods never interfere, maybe they wouldn't want to touch someone like you."

As the scientist fell silent under the the boy captain’s gaze, Captain Kuchiki decided to add his thoughts. “This talk of controlling their powers and using them as tools, even as corpses, won’t get us anywhere. If anything, it is too similar to what Yumiko Ryouma has felt. If such thoughts were to become more widespread, then the aid our new comrades can offer us will be halved.”

"Well we have to have a place to put them. So what do you say to changing the subject and we do that now?" Kisuke smiled. "If the class would please open your folders to page one." A few glared at Kisuke as he only smiled at them.
When they did finally open the folders they found the first sheet with the word 'Promotions' written at the top. However there were only a few names on the list.
To be promoted to Captain/Lieutenant:
Lieutenant Izuru Kira
Lieutenant Renji Abarai
Lieutenant Hisagi Shuuhei
Lieutenant Rukia Kuchiki
Third Seat Ikkaku Madarame
Fifth Seat Yumichika Ayasegawa
"As you can see these are the lieutenants or seated officers I believe should be promoted. Share your thoughts with me would you please?"

"Ryo will return." said Sajin with a grunt. "She will. There is no need to replace her." He shook his head as he took his seat again.
"Former lady Captain Komamura resigned from her position, Sajin. She needs to be replaced."
Sajin growled, and did so loudly. He looked to Hitsguya who shook his head. "Give her time."

Kenpachi scoffed. “You know it’s a good thing that I am getting a kick-ass kid soon, shopkeeper. You’re stealing the best men to practice on. Though,” he scratched his head, “does the peacock have a Bankai?”
“They don’t all have to become Captains,” Hitsugaya muttered across from him.
“Oh right,” the giant muttered, rubbing his eyepatch. “But last time I checked… I only get one kick-ass kid… oh wait… she said something about liking us… right when she was about to or-”
“That’s far enough, Zaraki,” Kisuke called out, waving a hand. “We just need to know if they’re ready.”
Kenpachi rolled his visible eye. “They’re punks, but the peacock’s good at stuff. Baldy’s tough as nails. Answer your question, picky ass Hat-n-Clogs?”

As Sajin growled again, Byakuya spoke up. "I will speak to Abarai about this, but both Rukia and he are ready. However, Rukia might not want to leave her division after they have already suffered the loss of their captain. She has been doing what she can to keep her division together." Here, he looked to Captain Mutsu, who nodded. "If she is to be promoted, it would be best to set her as the captain of Division 13."

Nori sighed nodding her head as well. "As much as I hate to think about losing him. Izuru is ready as well. He will do any division he is placed in proud." She looked to Kisuke which was standing there smiling at them.
"I was hoping you would agree with me. As far as Fifth Seat Yumichika Ayasegawa is concerned a lieutenants position is in his favor until he reaches Bankai." He grinned. "Maybe even he and Ikkaku can run a second Offensive Tactics Division."
Nori chuckled softly. "Those two running a division? Kenpachi keeps the construction crews busy enough. Are you sure that is a wise choice, Commander?"

Kisuke chuckled with a wide smile his head nodding slowly. "If there is any one I would want backing me up beside Kenpachi, it would be those two. I think they will do great with their own division." He looked to the others.
"Alright then, lets move on." He flipped the page over and out of the way. The next piece of paper was a break down of the Special Forces. Stealth Force, Kido Corp and Research and Development.
Onmitsukido and its Five Special Force Branches:
Lead by: Major General Yoruichi Shihoin
Special Forces /Assassination & Undercover Operations- one of Soul Society's two other military fractions except for the Gotei 13. Members of this Division are mainly dealing with stealth and assassination. They also handle all undercover operations regarding Seireitei security. Special Forces applicants take additional two-year training after Shinigami Academy.
These 5 branches will be led by 1 Major General, 1 Colonel, 5 Lieutenant Colonel’s and 5 Major’s. They Rank over the normal Captain’s because they are Special Op Forces. All 5 branches, will have one common Major General Yoruichi Shihoin along with her second in command.
Onmitsukido “Stealth Force”; The first branch of the Onmitsukido.
Lieutenant Colonel and Major (Both Needed)
The Onmitsukido, Secret Tactics, is the second largest organization that Shinigami join, and one of the three main branches of military in Soul Society. The Onmitsukido is one of the three forces under the direct supervision of the Central 46. If the Gotei 13 operate openly, the Onmitsukido patrols and conducts surveillance in enemy territory and carries out top-secret operations, such as assassinations and the execution of Shinigami who have broken the law. If the Gotei 13 are considered an exterior guard, then the Onmitsukido is an interior, covert guard.

Executive Militia "Punishment Force"; The second branch of the Onmitsukido.
Lieutenant Colonel and Major (Both Needed)
It is ranked the highest of the five branches in the division. The Executive Militia carries out missions that involve combat. They specialize in the unarmed combat technique known as Hakuda and is able to operate silently and in secrecy. Their main duty is to carry out missions requiring the use of force. Their responsibilities include punishment and assassination of ex-comrades who break the law and acting as scouts during battle against Hollows. Its members are dressed all in black and are known for their cold-bloodedness. It is normally headed by the Commander-in-chief of the Onmitsukido.

Patrol Corps "Security Force"; The third branch of the Onmitsukido.
Lieutenant Colonel and Major (Both Needed)
Intelligence gathering within the Seireitei. Their appearances are unknown in order to preserve confidentiality. Specifically they are assigned mainly to the Seireitei area and gathers data on uprisings. In the event of those under house arrest escaping they also are tasked with finding and apprehending them.

A special sub-division charged with acquiring information essential to preserving our means of life.

Inner Court Troop; The fifth branch of the Onmitsukido.
Lieutenant Colonel and Major (Both Needed)
The Inner Court Troop serves as the information transmission unit within the Seireitei. A special ops unit that is mobilized whenever a mission is urgent and requires secrecy. Many of its members are masters of Shunpo.
Kido Corp:
Captain Tessai Tsukabishi and Lieutenant (Lieutenant Needed)
The Kido Corps is a group of specialists presiding over spiritual law. It is one of the organizations within Soul Society that is allowed the use of force along with the Gotei 13 and Onmitsukido, and is also a special organization comprised of experienced Kido users. Even the Gotei 13 put their trust in their skills.
The Kido Corps takes students from the Shin'o Academy that excel in Kido and trains them to further their abilities in said area. Its operations are executed in absolute secrecy. They are also responsible for all sealing and magical workings inside Soul Society, as well as recording and storing any new kidou.
Research and Development:
Captain Mayuri and Lieutenant Nemu
Research & Development: Is in charge of gaining new information through experimentation. They research information that is sent to them from all division before storing it. The also develop new technology to aid Shinigami in their missions.

Shinji squinted as he read over the information. "I'll tell you one thing I can say about these long ass changes. There's going to be a lot of damn new paperwork and memorizing." He pointed to the title behind the cat queen. "And as glad as I am to have old names back on the routine, what's this General Major thing? Isn't she coming back as a captain?"

"She is the Major General of a Special Force or aka. Stealth Force." Kisuke grinned. "Though she still answers to the General Commander, Yours Truly. She ranks over all Captains and lieutenants that server in the normal divisions of the Gotei."
Kisuke stepped around his chair his hands folding behind him, but stayed to the front of the table before the captains. "All Special Forces rank above norm. Hence the title 'Special Forces'." He looked around the table at each captain.
"She is coming back to restore the Shihoin Clan and regain what is rightfully hers. Hence the reason for the separation of the Stealth Force from the Gotei. Though she is still keeping it as one of Soul Society's military fractions."

Tsukiro leaned back in his chair and absorbed every word that has been said up to this point, "I see your point in doing all of this, I do. I am really excited to see Lady Yoruichi come back and join us again. I'm also glad that as Captain of the Stealth Force, I'm in command of so many talented people. I have faith that you're doing the right thing as well as she will too."
He then looked up, "But her taking the clan back. I knew this day would come eventually, I just wasn't expecting it now," He sighed and looked back at his Captain Commander, "If it comes down to it, she will take the clan back, but until then. I am keeping the clan under my rule, I feel like it is the best move until she herself says she wants it back," His words nearly trailed off, "I'm just glad to see her come back. It's good to have her here as well to run at a larger scale."
