"Rebel Rendezvous":It was late in the evening as Kisuke, Juushiro and Kyoraku walked into the new Rebel hideout. Most were asleep, few on duty for look out. Kisuke quieting one as they entered the area. He did not want a welcoming party surrounding them. The extra noise would not be good in trying to keep their location a secret. He was careful to not lead anyone to them, but there was always a chance his brother could have gotten a scout on their trail before it got cold. Entering the home were they were holding up in, Kisuke saw Yoruichi resting peacefully in one of the chairs. Juushiro taking another closest to them when they entered. Kyoraku stood beside Kisuke as his hand clamped to his shoulder. "We made it old friend." Kisuke smiled adjusting his hat as he turned his look from his partner and lover to look at the Captain Commander. "Yes. Lets hope the remainder of this visit remains as silent as our trip here."

Juushiro closed his eyes, taking a deep breath. As good as it was to get the collar removed and his energy restored, he had been with a limited amount for years. His body was still adjusting. And unfortunately, that meant it was taking a toll on his resistance to his weakness. If it hadn't been safe to leave him alone, Shunsui and Kisuke would have left him this time. But as it was, the trek had turned his skin ghostly white and his muscles into rubber.
He chuckled quietly. “I think that depends on their reactions to seeing us alive and not in Las Noch-“
He ducked as a bolt of kido struck his chair and Shinji charged Kisuke from the shadows. At the same time, Yoruichi had a blade pressed to his throat.
“You’ve sunk to a new low, Teruo,” she hissed, “using their faces to get our guard down.”
From the corner of his eye, two other shapes charged Shunsui and Kisuke, only for both of them to sigh and immobilize the lot of them.

"Though I applaud your strategy of luring his 'shades' into the center of your camp before attempting to destroy him, with Sada, that is not the best route." The Captain Commander lowered his arms, still holding what looked to be Saragaki and Shuuei. "There is no limit to how many shapes he can take." He paused. "Let's see.... Leiutenant Shuuei, when Tousen proved to be a traitor, you drunk yourself into a such a stupor, you still don't know why you were naked and with Lieutenant Kira beside you." The boy flushed deeply.
Shunsui rubbed his head. "And Saragaki..... you used to wet the bed when you got night terrors."
Hiyori scowled and her eyes narrowed. "You bastard---"
"Probably a good thing you got a Hollow's mask. Nothing to fear anymore," the commander winked.

Kisuke looked up and Shinji as his foot pressed down on the side of his head. "He also would not know about the time you got drunk, stripped down and chased Ichigo around waving your dick at him. Threatening to have sex with his twin sisters if he did not learn how to control his hollow side." He looked to Tessai. "He would not know you have a crush on Orihime and you."
Yoruichi started waving her hands like mad. "ALRIGHT! We get it you're the Real McCoy." She looked at the Hisagi and Shinji. "Let them go."
Kisuke stood straightening his clothes then adjusting his hat. He looked to the others in the room as a few more strolled in. He smiled widely as he took Yoruichi in his arms and hugged her tightly as Sajin spoke to him the cubs at his side.

"Where's mommy?" questioned Shunsui. The young Komamura walked toward the Shopkeeper, dismissing his fathers attempts to call him back to his side. "Why didn't you bring her with you?" he questioned, looking to the man he had been named after.
"Shunsui..." Sajin whined, walking over and pulling his son behind him. "Forgive my son, Urahara." Sajin brought his fists together and bowed. "He and his brother misses Ryo as much, if not more, than I do."
Sajin looked over his shoulder at his quieter son, Sakuma. "He has taken it the hardest." He turned back to Urahara. "Have you seen her? How is she doing?"

Breaking the hold on his lover, Kisuke nodded to Sajin knelling down in front of the young boy. His hand went to his hat as he adjusted it looking at him with a bright smile. "Mommy is fine. She misses you too, but she stayed behind to help keep the others safe." He looked to Sajin and smiled. "She sends her love to the three of you, and knows in her heart you are well and alive."
He stood and looked at the ones standing around them. "We will inform you of everything going on and what the plan is to get them freed once and for all." He looked to Sajin once more. "Can you get someone to sit with the boys while we talk. I don't think they need to hear this. It will be hard enough on some of the adults." He looked to Yoruichi with a weak smile.

Kensei stepped from around the corner, his arms crossed over his chest. "Does this conversation come with a warning then?" Kensei nodded to the hatted man before him. "It's been some time, Kisuke. It's good to see you."
His face twisted as he looked over the shop keep. "If you're looking for someone to watch the children, why don't you put the doll in your pocket to good use."
"I'm not a doll, you squint-eye jack off!" Kon wiggled around in Kisuke's pocket. Finally free of the small space, having falled to the floor, Kon pointed up to Kisuke. "And, you're a ba-" Kon's words were cut short under the foot of Kensei.
"Or, not." Kensei grinned, leaning down and whispering to the mod soul. "There are dozens of people in this house and one toilet dying to be cleaned."

Kisuke smirked, "Kensei. It has been a long time." The two shook hands as Kon still struggled under the Vizards foot. Looking around the room again he saw one of girls from division thirteen.
"Would you mind watching the boys while we all talk?"
"No, not at all." She walked over to the boys offering her hand to them as they took her hands. They walked to the back of the house as none other then Isshin walked in the room.
"Well I will be a monkeys uncle. I was wondering what happen to you." Kisuke replied with a chuckle as he stepped toward the man. "Who else is here I am unaware of?"

Isshin smiled, "Well in a way you are a monkeys uncle." He laughed his look then turned serious, "How are the kids?"
Kisuke nodded slowly. "They are as well as can be under the circumstances. They're keeping their heads up." Kisuke grinned adjusting his hat. "They're your kids, after all."
Isshin chuckled clasping his hand to Kisuke's shoulder. "True that." He looked around at the faces in the room. "It seems only a few of us are missing. Mayuri and Yorusuke." Isshin looked around the room again. "They are around here somewhere. Toshiro has not been seen since Ran's death."

Shunsui smiled as he took a seat on the couch, leaning back and sighing. “Our crazy scientist will pop out of the woodwork when things get moving again or this talk gets interesting. You know how he strongly dislikes the pleasantries. Even if it is important in times like these.” He looked at the group and then lowered his head. “And someone has hinted that Toshiro, too, will return to us. That would be good. And I am glad you did so well in spite my failings. You have done the Gotei and the Realms proud.”

Juushiro stayed silent, knowing that his reassuring wouldn’t help in this matter. Shunsui needed to hear the thoughts from those he was supposed to have supported. Even if he couldn’t control fading in face of Alister’s influence, his friend still felt the pressure, and the negligence, of his responsibilities. In a way, because of his personality, the weight of his position was probably worse on him than it had been for the old master.
Yama-jii relied on no one. Even in old age.
His protege and his best friend, well, both of their strengths came from those that surrounded them.

Kisuke looked around the room. He did not want spirits dropping with hashing out the past and what was and what could of been. How things could have been prevented or all together avoided. Removing his hat dropping it on Yoruichi's head he looked around the room.
"No blame will be placed. No fingers pointed or whispering behind the others back. We put everything behind us and start over. If we start to fight among ourselves Aizen has won without us even making our first move." He looked around the room again at all the faces. A few nodded a few hummed in agreement. "Good. Now lets get this moving forward."
Kisuke walked over sitting to the couch. "Lets start from the top."
He started back when Kita and Gin were still living in Karakura at the shop with him. With Kita's idea on returning back to Las Noches and letting Aizen believe she had joined his cause and Gin following in suit. He told them in detail of the plans he, Juushiro, Nori and Byakuya had concocted to make everyone believe Kita had turned on them and Kita did her part in making them believe it. He told them why Kyoraku was not involved and the reasons behind this.
His head hung as his fingers combed though his blonde hair. "We knew a lot of lives would be forfeit. We knew many would be captured. All thanks to Kita helping Aizen to bring us to our knees, but if we wanted to bring him down in the end. Sacrifices had to be made. All we could do was hope for the best."

Shinji frowned, chewing on the gum and his long bloody thoughts of revenge for what had occurred to Hinamori. Yes, many had died, but that death, the sight of that bloody head in the fiend’s claws, stirred something primal in him. Pulled him closer to his hollow. He always went back to that particular carnage. He blew a bubble and popped it.
“I am going to cease being surprised at the extent you will go to do what you think is necessary, shopkeeper,” he leaned against the wall, “but how did you get the Snake and Goddess to let Sojiro be involved?”
Kisuke chuckled. “First of all, when this is ALL over, you will think you’ve seen it all again, Hirako. It’s just your way. Second of all,” he ran a hand through his blonde hair again, “there would be way too many instructions to the caretaker IF we could get my brother to get his grubby paws off of the boy. And he was supposed to remain out of anyone’s reach. It worked for a while.”
Shinji walked to the window and sat in the window seat, dark eyes fixed on the haggard genius. “So let's get to the meat of this meeting. How much longer will you keep us playing tag with the Ayakashi, and what IS the situation in the palace now?” His eyes narrowed. “And why’s your kid not in your shadow?”

Kisuke's head dropped his hands closing around the roots of his hair. "Kenji..." He looked up at Yoruichi his eyes misty. "I am sorry. I tried, but he missed you so much and he pulled away from me. I think we have lost Kenji to my brother. He set me up a few times. My escape was planned on their part. Not mine. There is no way Aizen would have just let me waltz out of there. Tervaden was behind this all the way."

Yoruichi knelled in front of Kisuke wrapping her arms around his head as she rested her head against his a tear trickling down her cheek. "Let's just hope it is all an act on his part. He is an Urahara after all. I don't think he would betray us. Or his sister. He loves her far too much and would never want to break her heart."
Kisuke wrapped his arms around her pulling her into his lap as she buried his face in her chest. "I failed our boy in keeping him safe with trying to stay on track with the plans. I hope he can forgive me."
Yoruichi kissed the top of his head. "I am sure he will, Kisuke." She hugged him tightly as another tear made its way down her cheek.
