Makino sighed, she knew they were right. She needed the protection while she was injured, but once she was healed she was very capable of taking care of herself. She knew she was still in training, but that is something she would be doing for the rest of her life time. Training was something one would never stop doing if they want to advance and become stronger.
She sighed again and lowered her head. "I would never resent mother or you for doing what you believed was best for me or anyone in this family. I just don't understand why you want to keep me locked up for so long even after I have healed. I am strong enough to face these thugs. They're not Soul Reapers. At least not the four me and Allura ran into that one day." She looked quickly to Byakuya and was about to ask him if the Commander told him anything new on Allura and finding her, but she bit her bottom lip, not wanting to say anything if the Commander kept that to himslef, so not to worry Byakuya and prolong his healing.
"I will return back to the manor to satsify mother in this. But..." she looked to her mother. "I would like you to grant two requests of mine in return, please." She looked to Byakuya because one of her request would pertain to him.

"It depends on your requests Makino. You know that. There are not promises here with what is looming over our heads with these men that want to get their hands on you. You already believe they have Al--"
Makino piped up quickly and cut off her mother. "They're simple." She blurted out quickly as Byakuya gave them both an odd look.
Saya sighed quietly, knowing what her daughter was trying to do from cutting her off. "What is it you request of us, Makino?"

“But before I learn of your request, you will tell me what it is that you are attempting to keep from me,” Byakuya stated.
Makino protested and Saya set her hand on his arm.
Byakuya placed his over hers and looked to his daughter. “Your desire to protect me is admirable but misplaced. I am still the Captain of the Sixth Division, and the Commander was in my room before I came here. If he hadn’t had an issue, I am certain if this pertains to any dangers, he would have informed me. And he is returning to my room later. If the Commander has deemed me fit enough to learn of these things, then you need not refrain from telling me also.”

Makino sighed lowering her eyes from his once more. "Last night Allura disappeared." She looked back up at Byakuya. "No one could find her in any of normal places she hangs out and when it was her unusual time to return back to her room she was still not found."
She looked back to her mother as she smiled warmly at her and nodded her head slowly in approval of her telling Byakuya what had happened to her friend.

The captain refrained from a display of emotion. He had warned both Makino and her friend about the danger of these men the first time and that they were to follow the orders of the guards assigned them and not leave their sight. And yet somehow, Allura had disappeared. However, that was not the issue at hand right now.
“Before you consider these men beneath your notice or to be of a lesser threat to you, I want you to go home and consider the following facts that we have gathered from our encounters with them.” Makino’s eyes widened and he held up a hand. “We have no captives. They slipped the noose, but they attempted to capture one of your classmates from the Inner Commerce District and they drugged her, probably with a syringe. If they hadn’t been spotted by two lieutenants for one moment, they would have disappeared from the area without anyone seeing them. One yielded long chains, as well.”
He paused. “These men are no amateurs. Even if this is the first time they have been in our area. You need to remember that, as do your friends who wish to help.”
He sighed. "You seem to have something else you wish to say. Was there more or you disagree with their danger?"

Makino nodded slowly. "But I did not think it was important to mention to mother since they did take the student into custody."
"What might that be, Makino?" Byakuya asked her.
"Riku Asuhara told me that Etsuya Tanimoto reported Kaemon Kaiba as an accessory to the thugs in obtaining students for the ones taking the girls around here." Makino shook her head and sighed. "Kaemon Kaiba is a new student at the academy."
"Is that all you know about that situation?" he pressed.
"That's all I was told by Riku. He said he walked in on the end of the drama."
"Very well. What are your requests?"
She looked to her mother, "I would like if Sojiro could spend the weekends at the manor with us. As long as his schedule allows it that is." She then looked to Byakuya. "I want to stay informed on the progress of Allura and if any thing new comes up about the men taking the girls."

Saya looked to Byakuya with Makino's request of him. She waited for a second to speak before she spoke on her behalf of the request her daughter made of her. "I have no issues with Sojiro spending the weekends at the manor with the family, but if anything takes place like the last time her was there, he will be asked to leave and he will not be allowed to stay more than a few hours at a time."
She looked to Byakuya to see if he agreed with her decision on Makino's request on her part.

Byakuya nodded. “I agree with your decision on Ichimaru’s behalf.” He turned to his future daughter. “And I will apprise you of those details as long as you obey your mother and you don’t let your emotions take over. You’re in a dangerous position. They want to lure you out. They shall not decide when. Is that acceptable?”
Makino nodded, "I will do as she asks of me and keep my emotions under control over this. I just want...I just want these jerks caught and if they have Allura, I pray she is alright." She fell silent thinking of her friend. Suddenly a thought came to her. "Byakuya-sama. Could you have someone check with her parents to see if maybe she returned home or they may have came and got her. It would at least be one place no one has looked for her yet."
Byakuya shook his head. "There is no need. Mori and Asuhara may not have looked there, but it would be one of the first places that the Commander or the Stealth Force will have checked. However... someone should visit her parents. I will mention that to the shopkeeper if I see him before the end of the day." He hesitated. "It has not been long, and they don't seem to be fools. I don't believe they would have harmed Allura at this point. Remember that."

Kin enter the room of his mothers shocked to see Byakuya and his sister there. The atmosphere seemed thick with tension as he looked to each one of them. "Did I come at the wrong time?"
Saya smiled warmly at her eldest. "No, dear, its fine. Though, Makino will be returning home for awhile while the Gotei tends to the issue of these men that are looking for her."
"You mean the ones that were harassing her and her friend that one day?" Kin ask walking toward the bed. His mother nodded as he looked to Byakuya as he sat to the edge of the bed next to his mother.
"Its good to see you up and moving around Byakuya-sama. I stopped by to see you yesterday before dinner and you were sleeping. I did not want to disturb you so I left quietly."

Byakuya inclined his head. “And we are fortunate that your wounds were not deep and your father raised into a strong warrior. You did well against your first — and only — battle with Sousuke Aizen.”
All in the room looked to him.
He gave a wane smile. “The Commander told me that he is gone. The details do not matter, and I don’t know if he will reveal them. However, the capital traitor is a pile of ashes, as is his blade, and I do not believe that even he could return from that state. The long war is over. What is left are the shadows that built strength under his cover of fear and violence.”

Kin smiled brightly at his family and hugged his baby sister. "Thank you Gods the man is dead." He hugged his sister again and chuckled lightly. "If he does reveal our savior I will have to thank them gratefully and take them to dinner."
Makino giggled softly. "I am sure they would not want the fuss, Nii-sama. A hand shake and a thank you would probably suffice."
Kin chuckled again as he looked to Makino. "You're probably right, but they removed our greatest thereat. They deserve more."

Byakuya cast his eyes downwards, his mind turning to the vessel who had slain their enemy and lost both of her lovers and her youngest son. How many would wish to offer her their gratitude if it were known that she was the one who did the killing? The same goddess who had buried the Soul Society into a period of darkness. Would it be enough for the ignorant to forgive her?
He sighed. “I believe they wish to move on and forget about Sousuke and his dark cold realm. Nothing more.”

"I would not blame them if that is what they wanted to do, but to kill Aizen they had to have had the power of a G--" Makino stopped abruptly and looked to Byakuya with questioning eyes. He only shook his head as a smile pulled at the corner of her lips.
She looked to her mother. "Before I go home its alright if I speak to Sojiro, right? Even if it means I have to spend another night here in the hospital?""I guess not. It's not like one of your brothers is not here everyday. It doesn't matter who takes you home as long as it is one of them."Makino nodded and looked to Kin. "Will you come back and get me tomorrow to take me home then?"Kin nodded. "I have nothing better to do. I guess you still need to get your things from your room at the academy?"Makino nodded. "Yeah," she looked her mother's way, "Mother said she was going to have you send someone to get them, but I would prefer doing it myself."
"If that is what you want, but do not overdo it. You're still healing," Saya told her."I will be fine. I am sure between me and Kin and I am sure Sojiro will help. We can get it done without me overworking my leg. There is not much there anyway," Makino informed them. Her mother nodded slowly as she looked to Byakuya and smiled. Makino smiled as well as she moved slightly where she stood.
"Well, I am going to return back to my room. It's almost lunch time and I am hungry. Plus, I am hoping Sojiro will stop by on his lunch break at the academy." She kissed her mother's cheek as well as Byakuya's. With a quick hug to her eldest brother, she left them to their own and returned back to her room, hoping she would see Sojiro some time before the day ended.~END RP~ Meanwhile: "The Komamura Way":"Home":

"Mid-morning R & R": (continued) As Saya sat up on her bed Byakuya sat on the edge facing her, her hand in his as the two talked of their stay in the medical ward and what would come once they were released. Byakuya stressed to her that he wanted Makino kept behind the manor walls after the news he got this morning from his lieutenant, Renji, about the miss Allura.
It seems Makino thoughts on the matter were right. She did not just disappear on her own. She was abducted, and they believed it was by none other than the thugs that have been terrorizing them since day one.
"Do you think they will find her before it's too late?" Saya asked him.Byakuya didn't reply immediately, but he was loathe to wound her further. "We can only hope. It was enough to protect Makino when Aizen took her; perhaps, it will be enough for her friend. And they are out looking for her right now." Byakuya fell silent again as he looked into her worry-filled eyes. "You cannot let this information get to Makino. I am worried she might try to go out and aid in her search or do it alone." Saya shook her head as she cast her eyes down. "I won't, and you're right. She would try to aid in finding her." She looked back up to him. "Be it with or without help of others."

Byakuya squeezed her hand as he continued. "In her mind, she has acknowledged the danger they present, but she is stoutly loyal to her friends and family and carries a fair amount of pride in her skills. These strengths are dangerous now. These men have dared to infiltrate Seireitei's Commerce District for their prey and probably use a variety of drugs in their kidnappings. There is also the fact that I had Gin Ichimaru looking for them, and he didn't find them immediately. I am not going to underestimate them or darken this moment of victory by letting them close to this family."
