No sooner than Kenji asked that Kita entered the room. She had been crying and was visibly shaking. She was a mess and you could tell it was more than just the lose of Vale that had her shook up. Yoruichi stood quickly and went to her. Placing her hands to her arms she spoke to her.
"Kita, what's wrong?"
"He took Kadaj. That Bastard Alister took Kadaj and I can't get to him. I have been trying to raise Shinsato, but he won't respond to me. Those bastards took my baby!" Kita screamed. "I will kill them if they show their faces!"
"Calm down. Are you sure it was Alister?" Yoruichi asked her then sighed heavily. Of course she was sure. Sumi was probable the one that told her what happen. She pulled Kita into a hug and held her close. "We will find him. We will get him back. Even if we have to appeal to the Soul King. We will get him back."

"Nee-chan..." whispered Kenji. He looked down and backed away from Kita and his mother. He cleared his throat but chose not to say anything. Adjusting the haori draped over his shoulders, he looked to Ryuko with wide eyes. She shook her head.
Kita looked the way of her brother, then to the way of the woman holding a child. Putting two and two together, she looked back to Kenji and wiped away her tears. With a shaky, calmer voice she spoke. "I am sorry. I am not up to this right now." She turned to leave the office.
"Nee..." Kenji reached out for his sister then stopped. He didn't know what to say.
"Kita?" said Ryuko, standing with her child in her arms. She walked over to the woman and gently placed the baby in her arms. "This is Keiji, your nephew." Ryuko stepped away. "I am sorry for your lose. But, maybe...The sight of family, old and new, is enough to make you smile. Even if it's just a little."
Kita took the child in her trembling arms as she looked down at him. He looked just like his father, her brother, and reminded her more of little Kadaj. She bit at her bottom lip as her tears started to fall fall faster. "Where is my baby? Why did they take him from me?" Her head fell forward as she drew Keiji closer to her and their foreheads touched. "he is beautiful, Kenji." She whispered softly as her head lifted and her tears still fell.
"I...I don't know, Nee-chan." answered Kenji, walking across the room. He wrapped his arm around his sister and kissed her cheek. "But, I am here for you. I'm not going anywhere. We'll find him. Together. I promise." Kita lifted her head, smiling weakly.
"Oh. Nee-chan. This is Ryuko. She's...She's your sister-in-law."

Kita looked Ryuko's way giving her the same weak smile. "I am sorry. You caught me at a bad time. It's nice to meet you and my nephew." She then poked her brother in the abdomen with an invisible force as he exhaled quickly.
"Damn, Nee-chan?!" Kenji grumbled as he clutched his mid section.
A new anger entered her shifting mood. "Married. A child and one arm. What have you been doing since I last saw you? And the part about the missing arm better be good, or I will be releasing my stress on your backside and not Alister's."

Kenji waved his hand as he groaned. "I don't want to talk about it. I'm not going to start now." He straightened himself and rubbed his chest. "Anyways, I hear you're carrying two. So, don't get too carried away in your anger." Kenji pulled his haori from his shoulders and draped it across Kita's shoulders.
"I'm going to find dad.""Like that?" asked Ryuko. "You know he's going to ask." Kenji shook his head as he walked toward the doors of the office. "I had a haori over my shoulders to hide it." Kenji moved his arm. "And, mom and Nee-chan still noticed. So, I might as well make no effort to hide it." Kenji smiled and waved as he left the office to see his father.-- END RP -- "A Visit to the Sixth": / "Visiting Daughter":

"Call to the Captains": (Continued) As Toshiro stepped into the office of the First Division, he saw other Captains gathered in the doorway. He excused himself and pushed his way through. "Captain-" He fell silent at the sight of the younger Urahara. Toshiro looked around. Nearly every Captain had gathered in the office. "Word travels quickly." he grunted. "Yes." said Kisuke, adjusting his hat as he rose from his seat behind his desk. "And, here is not the place to address it." "May I suggest a Captain's meeting, then, old friend?" asked Juushiro. Kisuke sighed as he scratched beneath his hat. "At the moment, I have far more pressing matters to tend to. Family matters." "While I understand family is important, as the Captain Commander you must address this first."

"Kisu!!" shouted Kadaj as he pushed through the crowd of bigger people. He ran up to the desk and hopped up and down. "Kisu! Kisu!"
"Kadaj!" shouted Kita, tears flowing down her face. "Come here, sweetie!"
Kadaj ran to his mother, wrapping his little arms around her neck. "Mommy! I misseded you!"
"Are you okay?!" asked Kita, kissing Kadaj's cheek. "Are you okay?!"
"He's quite alright." said Shinsato, appearing in the midst of the crowd. He raised a hand hushing the whispers. "Forgive my son. He acted foolishly. I beg your forgiveness."
"I'll kill him if I see him! I will!"
Shinsato chuckled as he placed a hand atop the child's head. "I'm afraid, Alister the god of fire is no more. His actions required consequence. Unfortunately, he chose death over servitude."
"I don't care what he chose." snapped Kita. "Good riddance!"
Shinsato shook his head. "Do not let bitterness and hatred consume you, Kita Tervaden." The god began to fade from the room as he heard the young lady speak again.
"Do you care that your son is dead?"
Shinsato looked to the young woman and said nothing before fading completely.

As the god faded from the room, Juushiro smiled as Kita held her son close and let her tears fall. He was beyond relieved that she hadn’t had to sacrifice more in the name of this war. And he could tell that the others felt the same way. Kisuke adjusted his hat with a lighter sigh and Kenji hugged his sister. They deserved this.
His mind drifted to Shunsui and wondered how he would react to this. Would he take it seriously or break out the sake and shut everything down for a couple days? His smile faded a bit. It was still hard to believe that he had outlived his flamboyant boyhood friend and companion.
After everything that had happened, too.
Returning to the present, Juushiro set a hand on his old friend’s shoulder. “Perhaps we should hold that meeting now, so you can reunite and enjoy your family at your leisure afterwards. Your newest grandson probably has as much energy as your son did.”

Shinji folded his arms. "Ukitake's right, even if he's all wobbly and sentimental." He waved his hand to show that he meant no offense and then continued. "You need to address this now rather than later. If you wanted to keep it under wraps, then you'd been better off keeping your mouth shut! But it's out now and it looks bad that the gossip chain knows more than us Captains. So, Commander, spill or get your ass out of this office and be official about it!"

Kita held Kadaj close to her as she spoke softly to him. "I will never let you out of my sight again. Never." She whimper softly as she hugged him tightly again.
"Mommy, s'wish me." Kadaj grunted from the tight hug.
The room chuckled softly as Kisuke walked up and rubbed Kadaj's back recusing him from him mothers tight hold and drowning tears. "Its good to have you back, buddy."
Kita turned from the large group and dried her tears, pulling herself together as Kisuke tented to her son and the room full of Captains.
Kisuke looked to the ones gathered in the office and smiled with a soft chuckle as Kadaj removed his hat. "Nanao? Send out a Hell Butterfly all Captain's are to meet in the Captain's Meeting Hall immediately." He looked to the others still standing around. "What are you still doing here. Get lost."
Kita turned to take Kadaj form her father as he reached out to her Kisuke swiped his hat from the boys head.
"Heyyy... My hat!" Kadaj squeaked as he reached out for the hat.
"You can play with it later, sweetie. Kisu has to go to a meeting right now. We need to return back to our room."
Kisuke shook his head, "do you mind leaving Kadaj with Yumiko? I would like to have you in the meeting. There are details that I will not be able to fill in and questions I am sure I can't answer."
Kita looked at Kadaj for a moment and smiled weakly. "I guess it would be alright. I trust her fully with him, so there are no issues with her watching him."

"Good," Kisuke turned and looked at Nanao as she walked back in the room. "One more thing Nanao. Well two really. Contact Yumiko Ryouma and tell her to come to the first division. Then contact Captain Kotetsu and tell her to bring Captain Kuichiki along with her." Nanao nodded and left the room once more, Kisuke turning back to Kita. "I am goingto head off to the Hall when Yumiko gets here I expect you there shortly after. Please do not take too long." Kita nodded slowly as she watched Kisuke turn and walk toward the office doors. "I will see you in a bit." He turned and wave to little Kadaj with a bright smile. "We missed you, buddy. Good to have you back." Kisuke turned and left them to their own. Moved

Post by Lt. Nanao Ise on Jul 17, 2017 14:27:34 GMT -6
"Aizen's Last Revenge II": Back in her room, it didn’t take long for Nanao to realize what was going on and what the cause was. And it took even less time for her to find a course of action.
How dare that disgusting, arrogant, flea-ridden, overgrown bully interfere with that part of her life? And how dare he die somewhere where she didn’t get to view the show? She’d buried Cero, indirectly, under his own room’s weight. Sousuke ‘Imaginary King’ Aizen should have got his own taste of her medicine.
And now she had something else to do.
Marching from her sleeping quarters down the hall of the First Division to where she could sense healers, she ripped the doors open so hard they slammed against the back walls. Not giving them time to recover, she seized the nearest healer by the scruff of their uniform and yanked the taller person down to her eye level. “Where. Is. the Commander?” she growled, eyes boiling in rage.
The man blinked at her, as if trying to place her. “Lieutenant …. Ise?”
In the back of the mind, she acknowledged that it wasn’t that surprising that he hadn’t recognized her. Dressed in her sleeping kimono which revealed her hourglass figure, long hair tied at the back of her neck instead of up in a bun, and cheeks flushed with rage, she didn’t look her normal self.
Well, she didn’t feel her normal self.
Nanao shook the hapless man in her grip. “Pay attention and answer the question, pea brain!”
“I- I’m sorry,” the healer stuttered, “I-I don’t know his location. I c-came to replace-”
Nanao didn’t let him finish. She reached inside herself and flung him aside with a wave of Kido. “Then get out of the way,” she called over her shoulder. A couple more healers in the room approached her, one with a syringe in her hand.
Nanao’s dark blue eyes flashed and they were pushed aside too.
The no-good Nameless King had done enough damage. If their commander, safely returned, was another ‘show,’ she was going to burn it before she shed another single tear for something that didn’t exist.
“Either you show me where he is or you get removed from my presence,” she snapped. “Now which is it?” “But the floor’s kind of hard, even to get thrown around by a beautiful woman,” a new voice called from behind her. Commander Urahara. Nanao shunpo’d and seized his kimono, yanking him down. “Foolish flattery won’t stop me from adding you to my list if you don’t show me my captain. Right. Now.” She shook the taller man with all her strength.
Kisuke looked aside with a goofy grin and Nanao’s reiatsu climbed higher still. This wasn’t a joke!
Then her whole body froze as a certain pink and floral kimono settled over her shoulders, momentarily blinding her. That … had been in her room.“Ignore Kisuke’s death wish, Nanao, and trust me. He would be the first one to question Shunsui’s return – even before this final display of Sousuke’s powers. He did return to you, and it was not the horrible illusion that made your pain easier. That came from a place Sousuke may have believed he controlled but he has never really. Not completely." He paused as she took a shuddering breath. "It came from your heart, Nanao, and looking to new life is one of the purest means to recover from grief. He may have planted an idea and wanted to shatter us with his cruelty, but he could not control the depth and meaning it would have on each individual. The goodness of that event is not something he could destroy. Not completely." Kisuke added his two cents. "Look at my brother's part in it as cheating." He grinned. "He can't get anywhere close to what matters without twisting the rules, and this was his last attempt to get one over Kyoraku. And ..." he waved his hat, "he failed." Nanao managed a small smile as Ukitake shook his head from over her shoulder, but it didn't go all the way to her eyes and she did not let go of the present commander. "I'm tired of words, Hat Man," she murmured. "And I don't care if he's asleep or unconscious. Just let me see him. Please."
Then she would be alright again.~END RP~ "One-Sided Fair Fight": / "Mid-morning R & R":

Bleach Unrated: REBOOTEDCurrent Arc: Deep RenewalEpisode 306 "The Bitter Cup of Dawn": Shunsui Kyoraku, Captain Commander, appeared on the roof of first division, shading his eyes. Buildings and formations of the Seireitei reformed before his eyes, and once again, the tall shadows of Sokyoko Hill stretched over the white walls, seemingly unbroken to the mountains beyond. White, grey, black, or any color in between, from this place, it all fit together again. And if he turned around, the houses, markets, and shops of the sprawling Rukongai for the other population under his protection would also reappear. So he understood. Shunsui let out a long sigh, letting the fringe of his hair fall over his eyes. He didn’t have a hat anymore or a certain kimono. The beat of the sun here seemed even harsher without those things, but he could purchase or commission new ones — even find new hairpins to replace the splintered ones keeping his thick hair out of his face. But there were things he couldn’t replace for all the genius packed into his woeful head. Lighter footsteps stepped up behind him. The commander didn’t even bother turning around. “Don’t shoot, Nanao. This is all real.”

Nanao’s eyes remained narrowed, eyes flashing behind her splintered glasses. Her hand remained trained on the back of the figure before her, ignoring the nostalgic scenery that spread out around her. “How can you be sure?” she demanded.
In her mind, she started her kido chant.
She had put her very best work into the hideout, but she was not a genius like the others — or the enemy tormenting them. Her hard work was not flawless and she was not perfect. But she would do everything she could to stay by the real man behind that shadow.

Shunsui cocked his head towards her with a low smile. “I am the Soul King’s agent in these realms as Yama-jii before me. I know when He finally steps in, even without the vows and the weight of the office upon my shoulders.” He looked over the restored realm, to the blinding white walls that hid away the flickering souls behind them.
They were too few. Even with their return.
The glorious view laid out before him couldn't hide that.
“And what right would I have to return here if I could forget?

“You’d be a normal man, not a god,” Nanao responded, arms lowering. No one could imitate her captain like this, when he had no choice but to surrender to the weight of the world dropped on him. Very few witnessed the full extent of this side to him.
But she had. When he had tried to leave her behind. And here, again, he turned to face her, face half obscured the sun’s shadow and his dark hair. “I’m sorry, Nanao.” She didn’t bow this time, only walked up to him, eyes staring deep into his best eye. “No apologies.”
“Come,” he murmured, “we have work to do.” He couldn’t rest until he had seen the damage wrought with his own eyes, and neither would she. - End RP - "Proof of Life":
