Kurotsuchi titled his head giving Shinji a pointed look. "Well then! If that is how you feel then you will have no objections to stopping by my lab later. I have a few experiments I have been wanting to test out and you would make the perfect subject for them."
He gave Shinji a wicked grin and winked.

"Nah~ I'm too valuable to go to hell yet," Shinji quipped easily. The shark grin spread over his face. "Besides, the only one allowed to run crazy-ass experiments on me is Kisuke Urahara. At least he's halfway sane and truthful."

Kurotsuchi grinned wider. "That old coot? PFT! And I won't hurt you much. Just cut you into little pieces and stick electrodes in each piece to see which one twitches the most. I would put you back together, though I can't promise how well." He tilted his head again. "I have never been too good at puzzles. So I can't guarantee how perfect you will be. That is if you consider yourself perfect now."
He chuckled lightly, "what do you say old friend?"

"Enough with the joking around! We were called here to decide the Gotei Thirteen's next move! Not poke fun at each other!"
Hitsugaya turned to the captain commander. "Are there any plans for attempting to retrieve miss Ryouma? Regardless of the fact that there isn't much we can do, we can't simply leave power like that in Aizen's hands."

At that moment, Tsukiro Ashimitsu slammed the doors of the hall open, storming in, red faced and raving mad.
"You fucking IDIOTS!!" He screamed. "While you were here sitting on your asses, talking about things instead of taking action, one of that bastard's Espada has taken Kita! Now you've got another abduction on your hands!! So what now? Huh?!! Are you going to drag your feet again?!!!!"

Hitsugaya's head snapped up and over at the sound of the doors being thrown open. When he looked over and saw his third seat, his temper skyrocketed.
"Ashimitsu!! What the hell are you doing?! Where have you--"
He was cut short by the third seat's yelling. When he mentioned Kita, his expression twisted into one of disbelief.

Shunsui's inwardly sighed. Definitely not ready. He's about to ruin everything Kisuke's done. "This meeting is not for you, young man," he stated sternly. "Wait outside if you deem it urgent enough, but leave this room immediately," he ordered quietly.

"No, I don't think so," Tsukiro shook his head as he walked further into the hall, passing up half the captains to stand in the center of the room.
"Soul Society has hesitated long enough! When Inoue was taken, you did nothing! Then it was her again and Ichigo's sister! Again, you did nothing! Now you want to leave Kita there to suffer too??!! I'M NOT GOING TO STAND FOR IT!"

Hitsugaya walked up to his third seat with a beyond irritated expression.
"Ashimitsu! Stop this right now! You're embarrassing yourself and me as your captain! Leave this room at once and head back to the barracks. I'll deal with you when I get back."

Tsukiro bared his teeth at his captain. He grabbed him by the front of his kimono, lifting him up off his feet.
"Shut up! I don't want to hear that from a cold hearted kid like you! You have no idea what is like to lose the girl you love! Especially when she's all you have left!"
The look on Hitsugaya's face was almost murderous, but Tsukiro released him and paid him no attention. When the captain was about to open his mouth to speak, Tsukiro turned back to the captain commander.
"Our job is to protect souls and humans from hollows and those who would destroy them! So what do you call this?! You're talking it over like it was a book review! You don't care about her since she's human?! Well what if she was the seraph!?!"

Long white hair was the the only warning the boy had.
"Inemuri."
Juushiro's spell was cast even before his shunpo halted and hand settled on Ashimitsu's head, forcing him into a slumber. The third seat slumped to the floor. Juushiro looked up at Shunsui.

Shunsui sighed and lowered his hat over his eyes. Just what I need now, more twists and turns. He lifted his head. "Captain Hitsugaya, you're in charge of your errant third seat. Make sure he stays unconscious. I will deal with him afterwards." The irate captain nodded. Shunsui turned to his friend, Juushiro.
"Perform the barrier we discussed arond the room." Juushiro nodded and sat on the floor, drawing the Kanji hidden in the floor and raising a light green barrier than sank into the walls.
The Captain Commander turned to the captains present. "Thanks to this occurrence we have one more item to discuss, and I want it to stay in this room." Though it was phrased as a request, the look in his eyes made it absolutely clear that it was an order.

Hitsugaya straightened his shihakusho and said in a tight, stern voice, "he'll be confined to the barracks after this. And believe me, he'll be getting an earful."
He turned to Kyoraku. "Now, may we please get this meeting over with so we can get this mess straightened out?"

Soi Fong growled under her breath as she shook her head at Ashimitsu's outburst. But when the word Seraph rolled off his tongue like it was a normal everyday word to him. An interest peeked in her.
"Do you know something about this..." Soi Fong paused before the word was spoke again. "Seraph? Captain Commander."

Kurotsuchi's hands shot up in the air as his eyes rolled around in his head his fingers wiggling around. "The boy was stark raving mad. I don't think he even knew what he was saying." He looked to Juushiro. "Did he really say this Kita girl was a Seraph? A celestial body? A God? Here under our very noses and none of us was any the wiser to it?"
A wild and insane smile crossed Kurotsuchi's lips. "I must see this creature with my own eyes. What an addition she will make to my collection."
