"Enough!" growled Sajin. He had quickly grown frustrated with the casual conversation in the midst of battle. "Focus on our guest...The one who lies in wait..." Sajin sniffed the air. An air of familiarity filled his nostrils.
"Sajin?" questioned Ryo.
Sajin inhaled deeply, taking in all that he could. "That's not possible..." he mumbled to himself. "No..."
"I know what you question, Komamura." Aizen nodded, a grin on his lips. "And, it is possible."
Before Sajin could speak, the mysterious man appeared in front of him, a finger to the metal plate covering his chest.

Post by Shosei on Mar 7, 2023 18:15:27 GMT -6
The tip of Shosei's index finger barely tapped the metal plate covering the wolf Captain's chest. He hovered above the ground, just eye level to the Captain. Shosei smiled as the rest of the Captains seemed to move in slow motion. He brought his finger back then forward again, plucking the Captain in the chest. The wolf Captain stumbled backwards before falling, a trail of blood following him.
Shosei disappeared, taking a position in front of the noble Captain Kuchiki. He grabbed the Captain by both wrists before kneeing the Shinigami in the chest. He pulled the man's arms far behind him, as his body moved backward, until they moved from their natural positions. Shosei sent heavy pulses of energy through the Shinigami's arms shattering bone and ripping apart flesh.
Turning around, Shosei was met by the now masked Captain. He parried the masked Shinigami's attack, spinning until he faced the right side of the Captain. He reached out, taking hold on the Captain's mask at the chin. Shosei stopped only when he felt the sting of the Captain's blade in his shoulder. He gave a wide grin. Shosei moved his hand from the chin of the mask to the front, palming the Captain's face. Shosei's eyes widened and glowed bright as he took delight in squeezing the Captain's mask until it cracked and shattered revealing the face and right eye underneath. Blood poured through the cracks in the mask, turning Shosei's hand red. Feeling another behind him, Shosei, still holding on firmly to the masked Captain's face, threw the Shinigami into the youngest of them.
The young Captain tumbled back. Shosei looked up as the large figure behind him cast a shadow over him. He turned around only to be grabbed by the neck by Captain Zaraki. Quickly, Shosei kicked the Captain in the chest hard enough to release himself and send the Captain sliding on his heels.
"Showing all the cards in your hand?" Aizen spoke up. He gave a nod. "Show just enough to leave them on tilt."
Shosei smiled, glancing over his shoulder as the untouched Captains gathered to protect those among them left unable to stand. "Until next time, Commander Kyoraku." Shosei disappeared.

Izuru looked around at the captains laid out on the ground, quickly assessing who needed the most help between them. He made his judgement as a former Fourth Division member and quickly ran over to Captain Komamura, kneeling beside the wolf-man's hulking body. Izuru hovered his hands over Komamura's gaping chest and began pushing as much of his energy into him as possible, a pale-yellow aura surrounding the wound in his chest.
He turned and narrowed his eyes at Aizen. "So this 'Shosei' is just another of your creations, then. One final card to play after your power was taken. Once again you use others to do your dirty work for you."

Ryo ran over to her husband's side. "I can take over here, Lieutenant."
"But, Captain..."
"I may not be as skilled as you, but I am skilled enough to keep my husband alive." Ryo placed her hands to the gapping wound in her husband's chest. "Go, tend to Captain Kuchiki. Captain Hirako will have a headache and a broken smile. But, Captain Kuchiki...Go..."

Aizen's smirk grew wider as he watched the boy scurry off to help the Noble. "Szayel does not displease," Aizen chuckled softly. "I am very pleased by what I have witnessed. His creation is indeed a work of art."
Aizen looked around at the mayhem caused by their attacker, his attention shifting to Kyoraku that was still shielding the White Knight. "Four captains at once, and not even the brutish Zaraki could detain him."
He stepped forward, further into the street. "With what you have seen here of his strength. I'd dare not get into a battle of the wits with the man." Aizen chuckled, "you will lose." Aizen disappeared as his chuckle lingered behind him in the ally.

Post by Captain Nori Mutsu on Mar 7, 2023 21:47:51 GMT -6
Nori called for Renji who was at his captain's side as Izuru healed Captain Kuchiki. Ryo was at her husband's side and her lieutenant, Hisagi, was tending to the captain of the fifth as well as the Captain of the Eight, Tsukiro Ashimitsu, who also had an injurie, a busted leg, from the captain of the Fifth being thrown into him and both of them taking a tumble.
"Lieutenant Abarai," he looked toward her, from his location. "We need further assistance with the wounded. Go to the fourth and--"
"No disrespect Captain, but these injuries are too severe, and the Fourth Division healers are beyond drained." Izuru informed her. "We need fresh and stronger healers." He looked from Byakuya to his captain.
Nori nodded to Izuru and looked back at Renji. "Go to Urahara Shop and retrieve the healers, Kita and Tessai."
Renji stood with a stiff nod. "Just those two, Captain Mutsu?"
She looked around the wounded once more, her heart dropping. "No, have Urahara come with them. Tell them of the two severe injuries so they will hurry." Her attention turned when she heard Shinji growl.
"What the hell am I?! Hollow fodder!" Shinji grumbled.
"Of course not, but unlike you, the other two do not have regenerative qualities." Her attention returned to Renji. "Go, and go quickly." She watched the lieutenant nod, then disappeared.

"SHIT! Easy Hisagi!" Tsukiro hissed. "That shit hurts."
"Sorry, Captain. I just need to get this leg straight so I can get a splint on it." Hisagi informed and consoled him.
"Just concentrate on Shinji. He is worse off than I am. You need to stop that bleeding." Tsukiro more ordered Hisagi, than requested.
"I got it under control, Captain. This is not my first time out in the field."
Tsukiro sighed, "I am not trying to tell you how to do your job, Hisagi. I am just saying I am the least of the worries with the other injuries at the moment."

Kenpachi huffed as he lifted his sword to his shoulder. "Oi, Hollow Face, if you want to be worth saving, next time aim higher."
"Fuck you, Zaraki," Hirako spat, lurching up and wiping blood from the seeping cut running down his face. "At least I drew blood. You couldn't even hold him long enough to get anything done!"
Kenpachi tilted his head. "Not really. Normally, I'd have crushed his windpipe with that move, especially when I've been bored."

Juushiro suggested Hitsugaya stay next to the commander and joined the two brutes bickering, pushing Shinji back down into a sitting position. "I'm glad both of you got away from that with nothing but 'scratches' but wait until a healer examines you, please." He looked to the bloody sight of Kuchiki and shook his head.

Post by Captain Byakuya Kuchiki on Mar 9, 2023 0:42:15 GMT -6
The noble shut his eyes to mask his agony as he returned to consciousness, on his back and not in position to be able to disguise his blatant failure. He took a slow, haggard breath, recalling the moment's confrontation. As if Aizen's continued presence wasn't enough of a mockery of their current state, this creature's entrance was even worse, like salt on open wounds.
However, he was not dead.
Slowly, ignoring the pleas to stand still, Byakuya leveled himself up from his fall, cursing inwardly and coughing bad blood over his front soon after as someone steadied him with a gentle hand on his broken shoulder. Ukitake said something else, but he ignored him. At another time, he may apologize for his actions.
Byakuya's eyes narrowed, calculating, focusing on each point of pain as a means to an end.

Hitsugaya remained next to Kyoraku, watching as his comrades collected themselves after the devastation the hollows had left. He clenched his fists, lowering his head. He was useless as he was now. He may have his kido abilities, but there wasn't much good that would do in a fight against one of Szayel's creations. He could help with healing, but compared to someone like Izuru, who had been in Division Four before being made Lieutenant of the Third, he would only be in the way.
He turned to Kyoraku and bowed. "Commander, I am deeply sorry that I could not be of more help."

Kyoraku turned back to the younger captain and shook his head. “Your actions were to rid us of one of the worst the enemy has thrown at us, much like Kurosaki’s when he chose to lose his powers for the greater good. Don’t apologize for having the courage to take that step forward.” He looked around them and let out another sigh. “Sometimes, what we earn from such endeavors is not always clear, but you did the Gotei no harm by attempting something great like that.” Had it been a mistake to leave Aizen's fate to the gods? To trust them after everything the fire god had put him through? He shook the memory of the dark voice away, yet again. Mistake or not, he didn't have a choice. The Gotei and its commander had to keep moving forward. - END RP - "The Final Blow:"

Post by Kita Miyamoto on Mar 9, 2023 23:55:32 GMT -6
Bleach Unrated: REBOOTEDCurrent Arc: Deep RenewalEpisode 338 "The Final Blow:" Kisuke and Tessai along with Kita arrived as a Fourth Division medical squad was readying the wounded to move them to the Medical Ward. The three stopped and looked at the ones Renji had informed them of having severe injuries. Seeing Byakuya, she started moving his way, he was the only one with a severe injury that did not have regenerative abilities. However, as she started his way, she was stopped by Tessai as his hand gently rested on her shoulder.
He gestured with his head toward Ryo and Sajin. Kita looked their way seeing a frantic Ryo as they lifted Sajin to the gurney. "Go. They need your help more than the Noble. I will tend to him." Tessai informed her.Kita nodded to Tessai and started walking toward the hulking man known as Sajin. She did not know either Sajin or Ryo very well, even though Ryo was in the maze. They just did not talk that much when she had to make an appearance, but she could see in Ryo's eyes something was wrong and it was not the fact that Sajin had a relativity large hole in his chest. As she stepped up to Ryo, Kita placed her hand on Sajin's arm stopping the men from moving him. "Give us a minute, please."
The two men nodded, resting the gurney back to the ground and stepped away to leave them alone. As they moved away, Kita kneeled beside the gurney and lifted the cover they had over Sajin's chest, and looked at his wound. The hole was big enough to place her fist in and though his bleeding had been slowed, he was still bleeding rather heavily. "He's...," Ryo's voice was low and trembling. "He's not healing..." She shook her head as she tried to fight back her tears. "He's not healing." Kita knew that was not a good thing. From what she did know about Sajin, she knew with his bloodline, he had regenerating abilities and if he was not healing, even with help, something was indeed wrong."Then let's hope"--she looked slowly back at Sajin as she uncovered the wound once more--"I can heal him."Ryo kneeled with her, as she rested her hand on her husband's forehead, brushing hair away from his face. Most of the time, since her healing powers were boosted by the Soul King, she could just be near the person and heal them by concentrating on said injury. For injuries that were slightly worse, she needed to hover above the injury. If they were fatal, like the many injuries she had healed on Gin, her touching the injury was the best course of action. She hoped that was the case for Sajin's injury.
Moving the material of Sajin's shirt back, Kita softly laid her right hand over the top of the hole in his chest, her left hand on top of the right. She closed her eyes and hoped this worked as she concentrated on his injury.

Kisuke was helping Tessai evaluate the damage done to Byakuya's arms as he kept a close eye on Kita. She was still dealing with the turmoil she was under after their conversation about her actions during the war. She was having a hard time accepting and dealing with them.
Her heart and morals would just not let her accept that it was something she could not escape from, and with the judgmental accusations and taunting she got with her last visit to the Soul Society, she was beyond stable, and here they were again, back at ground zero for her.
Though he figured as long as the Market Square remained vacant things should move along smoothly. He just hoped nothing set her off while they were there and they could get back home without her breaking down again.

It felt like hours had passed as Kita let every bit of her healing powers and energy pass through Sajin. The wound was healing, but what would have taken a matter of a few seconds to heal on any other, was taking minutes upon minutes to heal on Sajin.
Looking across Sajin at Ryo she smiled warmly at her. "It's healing, but very very slowly."
Ryo shook her head and tried to force a smile. "Something's wrong...But, at least..."
Sajin looked up at the Vessel as she kneeled next to him, her hands firmly but gently resting on his chest as her healing powers flowed through him. "Ryo..." he groaned before closing his eyes again.
She gave a caring smile.
