Mayuri nodded with a wicked grin across his lips as he turned and started walking the room again. "There is no need to rush it. I have been working on this for sometime. Now that it is in the final stages; all I have to do is get the towers back up and the new features added." He tilted his head, "which by the way. The towers are ready to be reactivated. Now!"
He turned looking at them again, "you all know I try to make everything foolproof." His grinned widened, "but as we all have learned. Even a God is not perfect. Even they have their weakness."
Kisuke narrowed his eyes at the madman as he looked his way causing a soft chuckle to emit from Mayuri.
"Since I can't fully test this on an Ayakashi and we know it will not stop a God." He spun again walking around the Commander, Nanao and Isane. "I am taking a guess at the strength one of them might possess. So don't be surprised if it only detains them. However, if we act quick enough we should be able to keep them from causing too much damage here in the soul society."

Nanao pushed her glasses up, pondering something before stepping out of the room. She returned with a slim binder. As the group turned to stare at her, she wrapped her arms around it and stared at the mad scientist, eyes steel. She took a breath. "Captain Kurotsuchi, perhaps I will endeavor to strengthen such securities with my unique Kido nets if you keep your hands to yourself and don't push experimenting with Kisaki. I will give you what I want and nothing else. Is that clear?"

Mayuri could not help but grin at the lieutenant at her offered helping hand. "I would like that very much, but you know my curiosity peeks when I find something that interests me and I find it to be a good test subject."
Ise narrowed her eyes but before she could speak again Mayuri stopped her by speaking himself as a lazy hand waved nonchalantly at nothing in particular. "I make no promises, but I would like to see what you have to offer. You never know what one of those brutal bastards might have for a power."

Kisuke chuckled lightly as he looked to Kyoraku which was still suffering from the after effects of his hallucination. "So you want me to take three of your Captains with me to Las Noches?" Kyoraku nodding slowly at him as Kisuke returned his nod with a firm one. Looking to Mayuri he informed him. "I am leaving it to you to let them of these orders. I will talk to Sumi and see if she will be willing to help you out in the testing. I am sure she will in a matter like this." Mayuri nodded in understanding. He pushed up from his chair as Juushiro tried to make him sit again. "You still need to be healed, old friend." Kisuke shook his head, "Take care of your own," he looked to Kyoraku and smiled. "I have a Goddess to heal me." Juushiro and Isane shook their head as Kisuke stood again. "We will be leaving in two days." He announced as he walked toward the door. "I will fill you in on everything when we return." Kisuke turned at the door and winked at Nanao as he adjusted his hat. "Keep that old fart out of trouble. I got enough ass to kick without going after the bastard that takes him out too." Kisuke grinned at Kyoraku and disappeared from the doorway. --END RP-- "Warning": |

"Fleeting Report": (continued)Shunsui leaned back in his seat at his desk, inspecting various reports that had come to his attention in the last few days since the return of Las Noches' threat. The situation regarding his integration plans was his main focus at the moment. The scientists and healers were the slowest pieces of that scheme. They were a timid group once out of their comfort zone. Perhaps he needed to call on those members of divisions that were dual-skilled and had chosen a combat division, such as Naomi-chan. The commander looked up as a guard opened the door and let Kisuke in. His eyes narrowed. There was something afoot. He could tell by the look in his old friend's eyes. "Take a seat. I have a feeling that you didn't find what you were hoping in Las Noches."

Kisuke shook his head, "I wish that were the case. However, I found more then I bargained for." Kisuke sat down in front of Kyoraku and opened the notebook he found. "Where do you want me to start? It goes bad to worse."
Kisuke flipped through a few pages looking back up at Kyoraku waiting for his reply the look on his friends face contorted from 'lets hear it' to 'annoyance'.

The commander’s eyes narrowed. “I understand. Start where you want to and if there’s a place I am going to lose my temper with, I want that last.” He waved his hand for his friend to continue and leaned forward to listen closely. “What is happening in Las Noches, Kisuke Urahara?”

Kisuke nodded closing the notebook. It was all to fresh in memory to need the notes. He set the notebook to the desk and looked to his old friend. "It was a rather simple mission. Everything went off without a hitch, though I am sure you heard that already from the others. Its what I discovered the further along we got in the mission." He adjusted his hat looking at Kyoraku better. "When we stepped out on the sands I could feel a few familiar reiatsu's. When I went to check it out there was blood and signs of a fight." He shook his head, his eyes narrowing and hand clenching into a tight fist. "We will go back to that."
He stood and started to pace the floor to clam himself. "The palace was rebuilt." He turned to look at Kyoraku, "not completely. Some areas were still in shambles. We know this because we went looking for all the Espada and Ayakashi. I wanted a head count and I also wanted samples." He turned with a softer look and a slight grin.

Shunsui nodded as he listened and managed a small grin at the pause. "Are you sure you can handle processing all the data you found and get enough sleep, old friend? Your family must have been lonely in the last few days."

Kisuke was still grinning. "I don't need to processes all this now, just two. The others can wait, but not too long. If Koga was awaken and this new Ayakashi has been created I am sure the others won't be far behind in returning as well." He walked the floor some more scratching his head. "The God Alister's reiatsu is all over Las Noches which tells me he is working with the bastards. The million yen question, though, is why?" He looked to Kyoraku.

Shunsui's fingers drummed on the table, considering the facts presented to him. A new Ayakashi. The bastard rabbit who had raped at least three women in Aizen's service, nearly breaking each of them, and had kidnapped more for his Masters. And the god Allister.... who had put out all flames in Soul Society... for his sight and the zanpakutos.
"Do you have a reason, old friend?" he asked, voice low, restrained.

Kisuke shook his head, "I have none. I have no idea as of why a God would be working with the lot of them." He turned looking at Kyoraku. "You think maybe the God is a rogue?"
Shunsui laughed shortly. "And what would we do if that were the case?" he asked. "I don't feel like suffering the consequences of the Gods for killing one of their own?" He leaned back in his chair. "Though I do wonder if Tervaden and this God rose up because Aizen disappeared so abruptly with nothing to control the chaos built there."
"Killing one of their own?" Kisuke laughed softly, "if he is a rogue he is no longer one of theirs." Kisuke then shook his head. "I don't believe their was an uprising in Las Noches with Aizen's death. Not from the stories I heard from Ichimaru. Over half the population of Hueco Mundo hated Aizen. Even his own Espada wanted to see him dead. If this God has joined forces with Aizen or even if he has not and is only working with Vale..." Kisuke dropped off in thought.

The captain commander did not like ending with an open-ended thought like that. "What do you mean, Kisuke?" he growled. "You're thinking something, and if it concerns Tervaden, I want to know."

Kisuke looked to Kyoraku his eyes narrowing again. "The blood I found on the sand was a mixture. The mixture of a Gods and of..." he shook his head.
"I don't know. It was not hollow, it was not soul reaper and it was not human. I tested the blood of one of the Ayakashi I obtained and it don't even match that. Though there were very small traces of hollow cells." His fist clenched again. "Vale's reaistu was present at the area where the blood was found. It was week. So it had to have been at least a few weeks maybe a month since Vale was there," his teeth clenched tight, "but that bastard was there." Kisuke growled from between his teeth.

“How. is that. Possible?” Shunsui asked very slowly, struggling with his own rage. “He should be human. He would die in that plane or be eaten, and two, he shouldn’t even be able to cross the dimensions?!”
He halted and then his eyes narrowed even further, hands clenching. “Vale had a God on his side before he was turned human. Is it the same one? Is this some trick of Vale’s to buy himself time?” He slammed his fist onto his desk, shaking paperwork to the ground.
“What do you know, Kisuke? And what do you suspect?” Behind the large-rimmed hat, an inferno brewed.
