Byakuya turned and inclined his head slowly. “Captain Komamura,” he acknowledged in his quiet voice. He raised his head to his fellow captain. “Having completed my work, I thought it would be prudent to pay you a visit. I believe it is a very good sign for Seireitei that you were able to return to the captains." He looked down to his new hand glove. "Even if we are strong, we should not be above recognizing such things when they occur, especially in times like these."

Sajin nodded in agreement. His return to the Seireitei brought with it the strength of his command. "It was not my intent to stay away for such a long time. I apologize for my absence, Captain." Sajin stepped past Kuchiki and slid open the doors of his office. He invited his fellow captain into his office, before entering himself. "Please, I have not had the opportunity to consult with my lieutenant yet. Can you inform me of the changes that have happened within the Seireitei during my absence?"

The noble captain nodded and entered the office. "I will attempt to give you as honest and impartial account as I can," he murmured, "though..." the corners of his lips rose into a faint smirk, "the most difficult part of that task has already been completed, as you have already met Third Seat Ashimitsu."
Sajin chuckled as he sat down. "Judging from your tone, you hadn't been impressed with Captain Ashimitsu, up to this point," he stated plainly.
The noble nodded, taking his own seat. After a moment, he added, "However, as much as I wish I could fault Shihoin, in the case of her pupils so far, we have not been disappointed. The boy may have potential."
Again, the werewolf chuckled. "I am sorry, then, to be the bearer of bad news for a friend. I, myself, was wary of such a young choice, but you will see something else soon enough. I did not have a chance to meet him before he had grown, but I met a man worthy to join us."
The noble chuckled quietly. "With a judge nearly as exacting as myself, I doubt he will need to prove himself too far." He looked up, eyes serious again. "You have missed much, Sajin-san. The most important pieces you should know about are the circumstances of two women, the noble Yumiko Ryouma, and a human from Karakura, Kita Miyamoto."
The day advanced as Byakuya covered the details of both women, the movements of Kisuke Urahara, Gin Ichimaru, Aizen's daughter, and other details as the werewolf captain asked.

Sajin ran his fingers through his silver mane as he sat behind his desk with Kuchiki on the other side of the desk. His face grew heavy with sadness and anger. He felt his heart sink into his stomach. "So much has happened..." He slammed his fist into desk, causing the pile of books on its corner to fall off. "I am sure the Gotei 13 being short a captain, in my absence, has not helped matters."
Sajin stood from his seat and walked around his desk. He brought his fist to his chest, the metal of his vambrace and chest piece clanging together. He walked over to the open window and looked out, taking in the sight of the people going on about their business. "I thank you, Captain Kuchiki, for sharing this information with me. But, it is not what you came to see me for. Is it?"

Byakuya rose from his seat as well. "As I told you, I fought with Aizen last time he dared to set foot in Soul Society. Since he was still faster than myself, I have been training, but there is only so much that can be done by oneself. That being said, I would like to borrow your strength. Your stature makes it less difficult to harm you with Senbonzakura or Kido, and Tenken's Bankai makes my own no such easy win either." He paused. "If you have the available time for such a foray."

Sajin wore a toothy grin as he turned and face Kuchiki. "Yet another man wishes to face me, hm? That makes two since my return. I am beginning to think that these skirmishes are meant to test my strength, not your own." He stood straight and looked down at his fellow Captain. "I am ready when you are, Captain Kuchiki."

The noble nodded. "Then let us adjourn to the training grounds. I have already informed the 12th division of my request. No alarms should go off, even if our energy levels spiral beyond what most see." He turned around. "I have no doubt of your strength, Komamura. My pride won't stand to let Aizen walk away from me a third time without finally drawing blood."

"Very well, then." Sajin said nodding. "I do not believe that I need to provide a warning to you about pride, Captain Kuchiki. But, if this is something that you feel you need to do. Then, I am more than happy to be of assistance." He walked towards the doors of his office and slid them open. "Shall we?" He extended his arm and led Kuchiki out of his office.Moved

"Calming the Wolf":Ryo slid open the door to the office of the Seventh Division. The room was dark, so she left the door cracked to let in some light. The light shinning through was enough to see Sajin hunched over in a corner of the office. She walked over to him slowly as his low growls echoed throughout the room. "Sajin." Ryo laid a gentle hand on his shoulder before darting backwards as he swung at her. "Sajin!"

Sajin growled, bearing his fangs and claws as he swiped at his fellow Captain. "Leave me alone!" He swung wildly at her, forcing her to draw her zanpaukto against him. "Leave. Me. Alone!"
"You know better than that!" shouted Hirabayashi, using her sheathed blade to block his attacks. "Stop it!"
Sajin's attacks continued despite Captain Hirabayashi's words. "I want to be left alone!"

Ryo darted around the room, blocking and dodging Sajin's fury. "Please. Stop it, Sajin." She stepped backwards as Sajin stumbled forward and fell to his knees. She dropped her blade and latched onto his arm. "Please, Sajin. I don't want to hurt you." She held onto him tightly as he clenched his fists and began to pound the floor with his free hand. She held on until his anger subsided and his attacks were reduced to a growl. She turned and brushed his silver hair from his face. "I need you to stay calm."

Sajin nodded as Hirabayashi tucked his hair behind his ear. He sat on the floor, as Hirabayashi still held onto his arm. "I want to be left alone, Captain." he said between whimpers and growls. His eyes narrowed as she wiped away the tears that feel down his face.
"No one is angry with you, Sajin." began Hirabayashi. "We know it was an accident."
Sajin turned away from her. "Is...She..."
"She is alright, Sajin."
He let out a deep breath and leaned forward, resting his forehead to hers. "I thought I had...She is just a child..."

Ryo pulled away from him slightly and placed a gentle kiss on his forehead. "No one would have persecuted you, if you had. Eisaku Koga would have been the only one to blame for her death." She continued to wipe away his tear as they fell. "You have Lieutenant Kairo to thank. His swift action is probably what saved the child."

Sajin turned down his ears and frowned. "The Espada. Please, tell me his life was taken during the battle." He growled as Hirabayashi shook her head in response. "Then, I will have his head..." He clenched his fists until his knuckles were white and his palms bled. Hirabayashi grabbed his hand and wiped away the blood using her haori. "I meant not to harm the child. It truly was an accident."

Ryo frowned as she continued to push his hair from his face. She glanced down at his torn clothing, the cuts and scratches on his arms and hands. "Sajin...Hurting yourself isn't going to make you feel better. This wasn't your fault. You know that. It was the Espada." He pulled his hand away from her, his nails tearing at the floorboards. Ryo walked over to her zanpakuto and picked it up. She glanced over her shoulder at Sajin, who had curled into a fetal position. She walked over and placed a gentle hand on his head. "Please talk to me."
